Kausala Bisma Ubud

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno al KAUSALA Bisma Ubud. La struttura è immersa nel verde e affacciata sulle risaie, in una posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Ubud. È proprio questa combinazione tra autenticità, tranquillità e comodità che ci è piaciuta di più. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La colazione, servita all’aperto con vista sulle risaie, è un piccolo momento di piacere: tutto viene preparato con calma e il caffè è tostato fresco. Anche lo spazio per lo yoga e la presenza di lavanderie e servizi di massaggio nelle immediate vicinanze sono molto comodi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo, soprattutto considerando la posizione. Più che in un hotel, ci è sembrato di vivere per qualche giorno la vera atmosfera di Ubud. Per noi il soggiorno ha avuto anche un significato speciale: 25 anni fa eravamo venuti a Ubud per la prima volta, solo noi due; oggi siamo tornati con i nostri figli. Ritrovare, in una città molto cambiata, un luogo così tranquillo e immerso nel verde ha reso questa esperienza ancora più bella.

L’umidità tropicale si fa sentire e in alcuni punti, soprattutto intorno ai lavandini e su alcune superfici, una pulizia più approfondita renderebbe la struttura ancora più curata. Sono comunque dettagli minori che non hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno.

We had an amazing stay in Ubud and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to restaurants, shops and everything you need, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. What really made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were travelling with a baby and they provided a very nice baby cot for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. We also accidentally forgot some belongings at the accommodation after check out, and the staff went out of their way to help return everything to us. That level of care and service is rare and very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Ubud.

Good value for money, great friendly and welcoming staff, awesome coffee.

The location was great, close to everything.

The bathroom was very dated and in need of a good clean. The linen was stained and there was only a bottom sheet and quilt with no cover. We asked for an extra sheet and purchased some pillows because there were no extra pillows available and the ones in the room were too hard.
