Nothing really. Just note The Walk to central Ubud was 10-15min away but not that easy with the traffic. Also, they could have an area to refill our bottle of water.

I had a very relaxing time there, stuff super friendly and very helpful, room was big and well equipped. Nice breakfast served on my porch, location is also good. I really like the pool area too! I wish to stay longer.

The breakfast was all yummy and healthy. Fresh fruits every time. All the staff were happy and smiling all the time. The whole place was just perfect with little gardens and the pool was perfect. and rooms so clean. And also very close to the tourist spots. Had a great time at Nyoman Sandi

It was quiet, clean and nicely set out. Pool was close by. Staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice to have insect repellents burning!

Bed was a bit rickety. Pool could have had a flood light for night swimming. Servicing was awesome 🙌

Comfortable and big rooms. Super clean and close to ubud main market, yet peaceful. Amazing hosts. Pool is well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

Amazing. 10/10, can’t get any better! The rooms are so comfortable and super clean. The staff are amazing; they are very friendly and comfortable. Great breakfast, great pools to relax in.. peaceful vibe all around. Fresh towels and linens, beautiful property.. it was an absolute delight to be a guest here. If you are looking for a perfect stay in ubud, this is definitely the place. 🙏

Beautiful property in a quiet part of Ubud, 15 minutes from the centre Large clean attractive room and bathroom. Water supplied daily and a mini bar with soft drinks and beer at sensible prices Nice swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast

Wonderful reception and staff. Great place. In case of rain, there is a covered area. The pool is the best we've seen in Sri Lanka. Breakfast is good. This is an overall great hotel.

Perfect stay in Ubud

The environment is perfect with peace and relax, feeling really warm when the staff receives you. The views and calm during breakfast with the grandma preparing the Canang sari is really enjoyable.

The room could have been more isolated (windows), but not a drama. The street to reach the guesthouse from Ubud palace is ok, but could be better with wider space to walk for pederestians, but nothing really depending on the guesthouse.

Lovely hosts.

This was about a 10 minute walk from the main strip in Ubud but it made everything feel completely accessible and walkable. The staff on the property were lovely. They were always attentive and helpful at every turn. He was also personally fun for me to hear about the history of the family and the Property.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could’ve been improved as there were black mold, spores in the shower in the sink was not draining properly

Great stay - highly recommended!

Lovely guest house - spacious room and room service everyday. The personnel is lovely. Great location. Nice pool and environment. It’s a traditional Balinese house and they have extended it with the rooms for guests so that has its charm as well. Great value. All in all we loved this place and were sad we had to leave !

Peace and rest

Very peaceful place walking distance to ubud center. The rooms are spacious and nice, the pool area is very calm, and even though close to the center I experienced absolute silence. Perfect.

A Memorable experience !

The property is well nestled in Nature and We felt like staying in a luxury resort . The approach is very convenient . The staff is exceptionally nice and supportive . Everyone tried their best to make our stay comfortable and memorable one . The breakfast served was amazingly good . The pools are neat and clean . The rooms are big and spacious .I would certainly rate this properly as 10/10.

Truly exceptional in every way!

The staff were incredible. The location is incredible - a chill 10-15 minute walk to the center, yet super quiet and full jungle vibes in the room i was in. the pool is stunning, the brekkie sooooooo yummy. Again, the staff went above and beyond. I will 1000% return and recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay - I feel blessed to have stayed here.

Kind staff and beautiful grounds made our stay charming.

Nice pool area and the grounds were kept clean and tidy. They brought breakfast to our terrace for a time made convenient for us. The breakfast was good - a nice, simple selection to choose from. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put on trips for us and really looked after us. The room was large and clean.

The property is on the outskirts - which meant it was quiet and peaceful. Taxis were easy to get. It was around 20 mins walking to get into the centre. I would recommend hiring a moped for easier access to the area in general.

Staff was very friendly. We were to arrive at the place around 1 AM and they accommodated our circumstances. Waited for us to come and show us to our room. Clean room, excellent breakfast and atmosphere.

The staff is really nice, they do the extra mile for guests. The breakfast is delicious. It’s a tranquil location away from Ubud’s hustle and bustle.

The rooms are a little out dated and the windows in the bathroom didn’t have the mosquito nets (but at the time there weren’t any mosquitoes, so not a big issue for us).

We just had a worse room that was close to the jungle and there were more lizards. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

Exceptional

We spent in Nyoman Sandi Guesthouse 6 nights. This is really a wonderful and cosy guesthouse, located in quiet area but at the same time within walking distance from the Ubud centre. Fantastic staff and very good communication prior to arrival. We loved breakfasts served on the terrace. Rooms are very clean and the staff makes sure there are no insects. We also had the opportunity to relax by the beautiful pool (there are three pools in total).

Amazing

I ended up extending my stay here for 3 more days because the family’s warmth, comfort/cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful grounds and value for money were beyond positive. I was a female solo-traveler and felt more than welcomed and safe at this Guest House. There are 3 pools, breakfast served fresh to terrace and wonderful surroundings. Beds were extremely comfortable and showers had good water pressure. the city center is about 15/20 mins walk away but there are a few cafes nearby. If I come back to Ubud I would love to stay here again, thank you Nyoman and family!

Really good breakfast with options, and they gave a coconut asa welcome drink. Very clean rooms and pool, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will 100% stay here again when I come to Ubud and recommend to anyone to stay here.

I stayed several times at Nyoman Sandi Guest House and every time they delivered the same high level of quality. Rooms are big, clean well equiped, comfortable, the staff is friendly yet discreet, breakfast options are perfect, swiming pools and the gardens are wonderful to chill, everything is above what you would expect for the price. This is a family run business and you will feel like you belong there.
