The location of the hotel was great - just outside of the busy centre but close enough to walk to if needed. The rooms are nice and large, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It has a nice and relaxing atmosphere to unwind in.
The pool area could use a few more parasols and cleaner sun loungers, but they provide a towel to cover the loungers with.

Great stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

The quiet location, close enough to access the town easily by foot or hotel shuttle, but far away to ensure peaceful surroundings. The amazing, helpful friendly staff. Good breakfasts.

It’s my all time favorite place, very nice staff, amazing location near by everything.
This time there was a bad smell in the washroom and window blinds were not properly functional.
