Great experience, highly recommended

The hotel is very well maintained and very well managed. The rooms are very nice, especially the bed, which is extremely comfortable. You sleep really well and can start the day feeling refreshed. Otherwise, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ubud: a beautiful infinity pool and a small but adequate fitness centre. The shuttle service to the city centre is also great, providing a quick and convenient way to get to the sights. We booked bed and breakfast. We always enjoyed the breakfast very much because there were various options from Western to Asian, including freshly prepared egg dishes and sweet options. The staff are extremely polite, attentive and friendly and really took good care of the guests.

Great Stay at a Strategically Located Resort in Ubud

Very comfortable hotel with fast Wi-Fi and a great location, close to everything within walking distance. The hotel also provides a shuttle service. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices, and I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist kindly explained that the minibar in the room is free.

Nice hotel

Nice, clean hotel with a lovely pool. Shuttle into the center was very convenient. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. As a solo traveler I felt safe and close enough to th centre of Ubud.

Recomended place to stay in Ubud

A very comfortable resort with clean rooms and a great location, just a 10-minute walk to Ubud Center. All the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay, would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again.

everything exceeded my expectations

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. I originally booked a Deluxe Twin Room, but I requested one bed instead. The team kindly made an effort to accommodate my request and even gave me a free room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. All the staff here are extremely welcoming. They greet guests by name and are always ready to help with anything, making the stay feel very personal and warm. The breakfast was excellent and very diverse. A big plus point is the free cappuccino and the availability of fresh fruits, which you can mix with other fruits to make a fresh juice based on your own request. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay in Ubud.

Nice rest at BW Premier.

Located in a quiet area of Ubud city, by walking could reach the center. Room was exchanged with another one right away, as the initial one was unbreathable, mildew or mold not visible but smell assimilated with. New Room received was very fine, with all amenities listed in offer. Resort has all facilities, the massage was a proff.one, not compared with those from main street. Breakfast was diversified, reach. Staff very pleasant and nice. Swimming pool great. Hope for a return in this life...

Amazing stay here, buffet breakfast is amazing. The facilities were good. Gym and 2 pools. It located at the top of a hill, but grab car, or scooter is easy. Otherwise they have a free shuttle every 2 hours to ubud central. We felt safe, and comfy. Convenience store opposite hotel. And you also get 2 free 1.5L waters daily per room. Staff are so attentive

My stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud was truly delightful. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a sense of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility throughout. Perfect place for your stay in Ubud

I really liked this place. The staff is incredible friendly and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable (we picked the larger one though). Spa was affordable and very relaxing, the breakfast was good and for vegetarians they have options for dinner as well (they can also make the indo rijstafel vegetarian, which I recommend). There is a scooter rental place in front of the hotel, and you can leave the keys at the hotel upon leaving. Extra praise to the staff at breakfast, who remain professional and attentive even when dealing with the occasional entitled tourist.

The location was a nice walk away from the main road so much quieter than I expected. Great pool, great room and comfy bed

The walls are a bit thin, I was lucky my neighbours would sleep by 11 but I did hear them getting home every night and on the other side I could hear them laughing on the phone most of the afternoon. I could imagine having crap neighbours would be stressful

The pool was amazing , it wasn’t busy and the service was wonderful. Free shuttle to town.

The getting picked up in town was disappointing, pick up at 7.15 but due to traffic every night we weren’t getting picked up to after 8.

Another happy stay!

This was our third stay at Best Western Premier resort in Ubud. The location is fantastic, it’s very difficult to find a comparably priced property that you can walk into the main area of Ubud! The price is great, breakfast always fresh and tasty, and the two pools are nice and often quiet. The staff are always lovely, and Mia at reception is such a happy, friendly person, always ready to meet you with a smile and a hello.

The only thing I can think of is the mattress is slightly firm for me, but that’s going to be different for every guest.

It’s was ok but overpriced.

The outdoor pool was a nice space to relax in and around. Dinner at the resort restaurant (on the second night) was enjoyable

Mixed experience — left early. We ended up checking out a day early and forfeited the final night due to several disappointing issues during our stay. We had confirmed interconnecting rooms, but were placed in separate rooms on arrival. My husband and I had to split and share rooms with the kids. We were told this was due to an air-conditioning issue, but it was clear the room was occupied by someone else. The next day, after cleaning, we were moved into that same room — which felt poorly handled. The beds were extremely hard, and the room had mosquitoes from the start. When we asked for spray, staff didn’t understand that was a Tuesday, Wednesday turns out fogging only happens on Wednesdays, which explained why they disappeared mid-stay. We were offered a complimentary meal, but when we sat down, we were told it was actually lunch, not dinner, which caused some awkwardness. Thankfully, when we returned the next evening, the bolognese was delicious and the service was fine. Other concerns included the pool decking, which was in poor condition, and our supposed “garden view” was really a view of dirt piles.

Toilet broke and kept breaking during our stay. If you are on the lower level, you hear in your bed every flush and shower from above, I guess the pipes are in the wall behind your bed. Repetitive breakfast.

I can hear people from across my room when they’re opening and closing their doors. I can hear them conversing when they leave the door open. Conversations in the hallway are also easily heard, as well as the sound of moving luggages etc. It woke me up in the middle of the night.

I highly recommend this accommodation

The room was clean and they set up for us a honeymoon decoration. The breakfast was good, with coffee, hot and cold tea and juice, omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes, pastry and cooked food. There is free shuttle to the center which you need to book in advance. The pool was very nice and they give pool towels in the room.

I liked everything, but for us the breakfast didn’t march the european taste.

We stayed at the Best Western for 10 days and from beginning to end, it was outstanding. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, spacious, the pool is huge with upper and lower parts, your are surrounded by the jungle, the grounds themselves are well kept, and the staff are ALL friendly, helpful, approachable and just want you to make your stay a good one. Our room was modern, large, we had a big balcony, and the bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. All furnishings were modern, amenities were topped up or replaced (ie shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaver, everything) and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast has an amazing buffet with western and Indonesian foods, as well as made to order pancakes, eggs, waffles and so much more. This was delicious and something we looked forward to everyday. There’s also a restaurant which you can eat anytime or order room service for lunch or dinner and it’s very well priced. Oh and did I mention they have mountain bikes free to use when you want, electric scooters which there’s a small fee and a free shuttle service into Ubud center that you only have to arrange the day before. It’s a 12-15 minute walk down to Ubud and outside the hotel is a mini mart and a couple of restaurants. The WiFi is fast and never dropped out throughout the whole stay.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool and ambiance were great. Staff very prompt to respond when I booked and organised driver from Australia. Convenient location in Ubud - away from the crazy traffic but only a casual 20 minute walk to get into the markets, etc. Great variety of buffet breakfasts. The hotel Spa Services were fantastic and good value.

The room I booked indicated there was a washer and dryer, but there wasn't - my travelling companions room descriptions also said washer/dryer and bath - but had none of these things. It wasn't really a "pool view" room - all I could see were the people sunbathing looking directly into the room. The bar at the pool was never attended and we had to walk up to the restaurant to try and find someone who could take an order which was a bit annoying after a few days.

Great stay!

Breakfast had a good range of choice. Rooms were comfortable enough with a nice bathroom and shower, including robes and slippers. Gym was of a fairly good standard too. Walking distance to some great restaurants but this involves a little bit of walking in the dark and on some roads. Great stay overall.
