Öncelikle otelin konumu harika. Mistik ve botanik havası çok hoşumuza gitti. Odaya ilk girdiğimizee wow dedik çünkü fiyat performans dengesi çok iyiydi. Gayet temiz bir otel, çalışanlar ilgili ve kibar.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. The pool is great. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The best stay we could have had in Ubud
We added another night and moved to other rooms, which had a strong smell of pesticides or mold. Other than that it was perfect, maybe the rooms should be aired out. Additionally, it would be nice if there was a drinks and snack bar by the pool.

Das war unserer 2 Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das erste Mal waren wie begeistert, das toll und ruhig gelegen, wenige Minuten von Zentrum Ubut entfernt. Schick und praktisch eingerichtet.
Wir haben die letzen zwei Nächte vor unserem Rückflug gebucht, um noch den Tag am Pool zu verbringen, der ein wichtiger Grund für unser Entscheidung für diese Unterkunft war. Der Pool war die ganze Zeit nicht benutzbar. Das Personal hat uns Mitgeteilt, dass es ein hygienisches Problem mit dem Wasser gibt. Ein Entgegenkommen wurde uns nicht angeboten. Eigentlich wir täglich ein Frühstück serviert, den man ein Tag vorher buchen muss. Leider war niemand von dem Personal dafür zuständig. Schade, wir waren Wiederholungstäter…
