The rooms were spacious and it was away from the hustle and noise of the main road while just being a 15 min walk away.
The beds were also very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very very well.
The rooms were not cleaned properly. While the beds were made everyday, I don't think the floors in the room and bathroom were cleaned. We had an issue where our coffee mug spoon was unwashed too.
The breakfast had very limited options and was quite underwhelming. Additionally, communication with staff in English was a challenge since they didn't understand the language very well and while there is a WhatsApp number to reach them, we could never contact them on the number half the time.
I do think it's a tad bit pricey for the limited facilities and they may do better without offering breakfast.

I likely how big the room was - wasn’t expecting it to be that big and comfortable. Bonus points for having a mini fridge too. The bed was super comfortable and the mosquito net saved my life. The view straight to the pool was very nice to have too. Breakfast was nice + location was great too.
Pool seating was so limited I couldn’t even try it.
Unfortunately staff didn’t understand me very well - it’s ok, it’s not their country so I understand, just made things a bit harder.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a funny smell to it and it had this big window with broken blinds - people could literally see me.
There’s nothing you can hang at the door to stay not disturb so staff did wake me up for cleaning which was unfortunate.
Overall I think it was too expensive for the stay it was.

We loved where it was located. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem. The Villa was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but lovely and enough to keep you going until lunch. There were 4 choices to pick from.
The tv had no antenna so couldn’t watch anything. To be honest we didn’t bother letting staff know. I am sure they would have rectified if we had informed.
The only other thing that would be of benefit would be a microwave oven. There was a gas stove however bottle wasn’t connected. Again if we had asked I am sure they would help us.

Not as shown in the picture. Left the property
Dirty room with lots of bugs, unhelpful staff, entrance to hotel was hard to find and no communal area. Pool was very small compared to photos and looked dirty. Bathroom has holes in wall and bed sheets were stained so we decided to leave and not stay- would not give us a refund or compensation.

Location
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the door had big gaps enough to pass the smell into bedroom. Due to this the room got really bad smell. We had to leave the balcony door open and aircon running all the time. Due to busy season, there was no replacement room either.

The perfect place in the heart of Ubud. Great value for money, and everything is very clean.

The breakfast can be improved (for example add French Toast).
A little too distant from the center

Room spacious and cozy, cute outdoor area with pool
Some mold in the bathroom but not that big problem being in Bali. Bathroom was ok overall

The staff was really friendly, offered umbrellas on rainy days :) Rooms are spacious, simple but with a nice style. Outside there is a pool, which is also very nice. Breakfast options are 4 but they are all delicious. Quiet and a beautiful place, with not so far from the city.
There were not towels for hands and for the outside swim.

I walked into a dirty, noisy and super moldy apartment. Visible black mold on the walls, the whole bathroom had a black ceiling. Extremely dangerous for one’s health. This hotel should have a safety and hygiene check. I did not end up staying due to this very huge problem.
The black mold everywhere

Narada Suite and Villas was a beautiful quiet space away from the noise and congestion of Ubud centre. We were on the ground level with views out to the pool which was serene. Room is a little dated but spacious and clean. Air con was great!
The traffic in Ubud during School Holidays is crazy. Better to walk into the city centre then rely on transport. The walk is 15-20 minutes and with rain and traffic can be a bit intense. Local restaurants and Warungs open and close in sporadically. (We missed dinner a few nights thinking we would be able to eat locally but they were closed.)

It's about a 15 minute walk from the city, which we liked because it's not crowded. The staff is friendly. There are 4 breakfast menus available. The room was pretty clean. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another day.
There are quite a few insects, but that's to be expected since we're in nature.

The room was clean and spacious, the private pool was also a lovely touch. Staff friendly and there looked to be a good selection for breakfast. Having two convenience stores next to it was also helpful!
It isn’t that near to the centre of Ubud, we thought it would be a lot nearer from reading reviews. It is probably a 20 minute walk into Ubud so we got a Grab sometimes, this was a pain during peak traffic times.

Spacious and quiet room
Very bad breakfast experience, dirty linen, no facilities as such, not worth the money paid.

An oasis just outside Ubud centre. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The property is calm and somehow secluded.

Hotel was very quite and very good for longer stays in UBUD. Rooms are big and you can stay with your kids,
Pool is good and all rooms are viewing the pool and green garden .
it's a bit far from city center we need to walk 15 mins to reach the city center everynight.
Breakfast options are limited and there is no kitchen you have to go out for dinner all night.

The staff members were great! Location is fine, close to Ubud most iconic places, it's by 2 supermarkets also, one is open 24/7. The villa has a great interior design. Very quiet.
Mould! Mould! Mould absolutely everywhere in the room. Bed sheets were dirty, they were changing them but with other stained ones. Mosquitos, ants almost nonstop at night.

It is very close to everything. Few minutes walking to city center where you can find plenty of restaurants & shops. It was very clean! The villa is stunning!

The location was quiet but close to downtown ubud . Easy walk to Temu coffee which was our favorite. It was also closely located to the best yoga we experienced called Griya heart +62 819 3620 3001 (Dayu) It was safe and beautiful and we didn’t want to leave !
Caged bird but there must be a story about why.

New repaired rooms, exactly like on the pictures. Swimming pool was nice and deep. Breakfast on menu, very tasty. I would recommend and would come again

It’s quiet, peaceful, cozy and beautiful. Such a gem in busy Ubud. Only 10min to the main road and all the shops. The room is spacious and the staff super friendly.

This place felt like an oasis. Specious, beautifully decorated, amazing swimming pool and great restaurant called Soul Food less than a minute walk. The staff were wonderful. I needed extra night and they went out of their way to make it happen. I wholeheartedly recommend. Would definitely go back!
The only thing I'd say it's a bit pricey, and you have to drive everywhere. Definitely better if you rent a scooter and you enjoy driving.

The staff was really good and extremely helpful, they took care of special requests like we asked for breakfast without egg and they provided us with it. We wanted to check out really early on our last day and that was not an issue for them.
The water pressure in the bathroom was very low! The Ubud market and the Ubud Palace is a 10-15 min walk from the place so just keep that in mind
5.0 / 10.0
It is a basic property like an airbnb
No daily cleaning, no fresh towels, no daily water, no daily replenishment of coffee/creamer etc. they promise 24 hours reception but there’s nobody whole day. Breakfast is made to order only 1 dish per person. The staff doesn’t understand English. Entrance to the place is very shabby with all old things thrown in front of the entrance. All in all very average experience. No soap/shampoo/handsoap. Nothing provided

Beautiful, bright and big room which has a huge bed! There is nice view to the pool area from the balcony. AC and WiFi worked well. Staff members working at the hotel were kind.
Bathroom is beautiful and big but the shower drain is not working properly. There was sometimes bad smell in the bathroom which is common in Bali. Other than that everything was perfect.

The place is new and in a quiet location, close to the centre. A lot of natural light. Our room was of a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also nice. We used the laundry service and it was quick and good.
Staff don't all speak fluent English, but were able to communicate and were helpful.
Too much humidity in the bathroom, which gave a really bad smell. There's a nice big window, but it can't be opened, so air only passes through some tiny wholes on the outside wall and room doesn't ventilate, unless you keep both bathroom and outside doors open at the same time. Sink was also leaking.
We expected humidity in Ubud, of course, but we feel like the issue with the bathroom is unrelated, probably the facilities should be better kept and cleaned being this new.

Good location, 10 minute walk outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Hotel is a mini oasis. Breakfast was good and the guys at reception were good at organising tours. Good at accommodating food allergies.
You couldn’t change the combination code on the safety deposit box.

The location is quiet, 10 minutes walk from the center. The garden and swimming pool is beautiful, personnel was polite. Breakfast was delicious, with more selection.
The room could not be ventillated, all our clothes became wet and stinky after 2 days.
