Narada Ubud Suite and Villa

It was not a far walk to places and the breakfast was delicious! Staff were super nice and very helpful.

The beds were really hard, we weren’t able to use the pool at all, everytime we went to use it there was a sign still up saying closed for maintenance. But no one was doing anything.

The pool and breakfast were excellent. Staff were lovely. Great location.

Safe wasn’t originally in the room, this was later provided, but had to use a preset code. No issues at all though.

The breakfast was decent and served on our balcony which was nice.

We stayed one night then moved to a new villas as it wasn't up to our standard. Good cheap option for young people / people travelling without little kids but our experience was not it. Check in was hard, communication was poor and the staff didn't speak english. I also left some things there and the manager was not responsive for me, luckily the host at the next place contacted them for me and was able to retrieve my belongings for me. Also our son moved a box under the sink that seemed to have a big ants nest in it and dirt and ants came pouring out. Yuck!
