Hotel staff was all very helpful and friendly. They helped us arrange a transportation quickly when we requested.
We were three in a family delux room, which was very spacy, clean and comfortable. The clean private pool in front of our room was also just so great.
Breakfast was very good with several choices! It's just that it may be better to request to use less salt if you ever find it a bit salty.

La chambre (appartement?) est vraiment très grande : sur un étage.
Nous n’avons pas eu d’autres visiteurs en même temps que nous donc on a eu la piscine privée pour nous pendant une semaine.
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l’hôtel qui se situe à 200 mètres, il était très bon
La salle de bain du bain était pas tout fraîche et nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement.
Énormément de moustiques, on a vu seulement au départ qu’il y avait des prises anti moustiques fournies (dans un placard)

La villa está a unos 5 minutos andando de la calle principal que te lleva al centro de Ubud. Para el caos que es Ubud de tráfico en la villa no se escucha nada. Los dos dormitorios muy amplios y las camas cómodas.
La cocina estaba muy sucia, menaje solo para dos y éramos 3, las sartenes, los vasos y los platos estaban muy sucios, grasientos y sin lavar… los baños también dejan mucho que desear… la chica de la recepción no habla muy bien inglés y el día que nos íbamos nos quería volver a hacer pagar la reserva…
