Ideal for a short stay away from the busy Ubud center

The staff were friendly and accomodating

The facilities including the bathroom could do with some upgrading. There was a mouldy smell permeating the room and just wasn’t too inviting. Be mindful that it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the main roads with cafes and restaurants and the lane to access the property is quite narrow (cars cannot enter), so you many need to carry your luggage 100m or so.

Perfect location for us, beautiful clean room, stunning grounds, lovely helpful staff

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony. The room was very tidy and clean. It had an electric kettle (a bonus in Bali we discovered), lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and very well maintained. It's location was very close to IMAN Massage and Spa. A drawcard for us. It was also that tiny bit further away from the main hustle and bustle which was perfect for us. It was still close enough to walk there when needed. Just up the road going away from the main centre of town, there were rice paddies and more open spaces. Still plenty of restaurants around.

We had a slight water leak coming from the back tap of the toilet pipe, with a small amount of water constantly on the bathroom floor. This was the only place we stayed at over the 2 weeks where breakfast wasn't included. We'd become use to this treat. It was the end of our trip. If it was at the start of our trip, we wouldn't have noticed. Our room didn't have a fridge. We realised a fridge in a room is a big luxury and rare in Bali.

Very good value for money, friendly staff, good facilities. Good bed!

Only improvements could be a towel hook or holder in the bathroom, and an extra power outlet next to the bed. But for the price you pay, you really cannot complain!

Rooms very large, clean and tidy, lovely shower and good air con. Very handy to nice cafe Amsterdam for breakfast. Very walkable to main street via quite off street path

The pool was very close to someones room, it didnt bother us but was interesting. Very clean pool. The breakfast wasnt worth ordering as brought in from somewhere else, much nicer cafes near by.

Staffs are nice. Laundry service is nice. The room and bathroom are spacious.

Mattress is quite old, has a dip at the middle. There's some unknown black grain around the corners.

Nice place, good spot, but bathroom needs a clean

The location was great just a short walk from city centre to feel the vibe of Ubud but away from the craziness. Had the 2 bedroom villa and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and staff helpful.

The kitchen and bathrooms need a deep clean.

So cozy and warm staying

Very comfortable stay with exceptional staff. Spacious and clean rooms, good furniture and nice balcony.

By the way, no fridge in the room and the pool is in the next building.

There are better alternatives to stay at.

The bedroom (and bed) was big and it was nice to have a private balcony.

The bathroom was not very clean at all and there is a bad smell from the drains. I was a solo traveller and I asked for no one to enter my room multiple times and put the do not disturb sign up and staff still entered my room anyway. I didn’t feel I could relax at this venue, I left early and went to a different hotel.

Superb

The rooms were very comfortable with a nice view to the countryside (balcony). Very quiet location! Breakfast was excellent! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! They also provide you with a car and driver, if you want to go on tours. 5 minutes to the city centre of Ubud with a scooter!!

Without a scooter, you will have to walk 15 minutes to the centre. If you are lucky, you can find private taxi drivers you can ask for help on the way, though.

Exceeded our expectations! Absolutely loved our stay here!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, there were so many options and all were delicious! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, really didn’t expect the lovely bathroom!

Pas assez propre ni bien tenu pour ce prix

La chambre n’etait pas inconfortable….

Le propriétaire à lourdement insisté pour qu’on mette un commentaire sur Google….le voici: nous avons eu un rat le dernier soir, et il n’avait pas l’air de s’en soucier outre mesure, voire il se moquait de nous (nous avions un bébé ds la chambre en question…). La cuisine n’est pas vraiment équipée pour cuisiner. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais à 200m, ce qui n’est pas gênant en soi mais devient un négatif au vu de notre expérience.

Bardzo duży dwupiętrowy apartament przy samy basenie (można rzec, że należącym do tego apartamentu). Wygodne i duże łóżka, dwie łazienki, kuchnia. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania serwowane do pokoju z możliwością wyboru kilku różnych dań. Blisko atrakcji (10-15 minut spacerem do centrum).

Niestety kuchnia i łazienka na dole nie były najczystsze. W łazience na dole w narożnikach grzyb. Ogólnie przydałoby się troszeczkę posprzątać w tym apartamencie.

Gentillesse du personnel, configuration de la chambre rez de chaussée et 1er étage pour les enfants. 2 salles de bains. Piscine. Situation dans Ubud, très proche du centre et de la campagne. Calme

La propreté des lieux laissait à désirer, besoin d'un rafraichissement. Salle de bains du bas vraiment dans un mauvais état. Douche à l'italienne qui coule jusque vers les toilettes, rien pour poser les affaires, carrelage cassé, malfaçons....

Homestay a conduzione familiare

Ambiente spazioso. Stanza familiare ampia con cucina, piscina, camere su due piani. Molto carino lo staff.

Piuttosto complicato parlare con la famiglia ospitante. Non esiste una reception in senso stretto del termine: bisogna scrivere o lasciare messaggi. Ad esempio è necessario preparare un piccolo foglietto per la scelta e l’orario della colazione per il giorno successivo. Non l’ho trovato pratico e nemmeno sempre facile. Le persone sono comunque squisite e, se c’è un problema, non è nella disponibilità ma solo nel metodo. Altro aspetto da considerare è l’ubicazione: l’homestay è in una via molto laterale al centro pulsante di Ubud e per raggiungerla si deve camminare. Di notte la strada non è illuminata e secondo me è un aspetto da considerare per le famiglie con bambini. Non lo segnalo per un pericolo perché tutta l’atmosfera generale di Bali è davvero tranquilla. Credo solo che si debba sapere quel che ci aspetta in termini di spostamenti a piedi Infine, come tutte le strutture indonesiane con buon rapporto di prezzo, la struttura necessiterebbe di qualche piccola manutenzione

La ubicación

La falta de limpieza, la poca disponibilidad del personal, el corte horario para el desayuno. Todo muy sucio. No cambiaron las toallas en varias ocasiones. Daba la sensación que no limpiaban hace meses. Nos dijeron que lo limpiarían però no lo hicieron. No hay recepción durante la noche.

Todo. Es un sitio estupendo, siempre limpio, buena atención. Buena ubicación. Hay un supermercado cerca. Tiene todo lo necesario. El agua sale caliente. La cama tiene mosquitera. El desayuno siempre rico. Y tienen servicio de lavandería a buen precio.

El baño tiene malos olores.

De svarade när vi behövde hjälp och var väldigt trevliga i personalen. Använde deras tvätt service vilket fungerade toppen. Fanns fler alternativ till frukost vilket var bra.

Det är lite nedgånget och väldigt fuktigt inne på rummen.

Propre, spacieuse et confortable

Nous étions 3 nous avons eu un duplex familial très spacieux, propres et confortables avec piscine juste devant. A 10-15 min à pied du centre de ubud. Un supermarché, un restaurant et un massage juste au dessus du logement très s pratique et massage excellent. Accueil très agréable et discret . Je recommande
