I used the spa facilities. Nyoma who was the masseuse was excellent. She was gentle very responsive to my requests and she is probably the best I have very had. I had a facial, a body scrub, a foot massage and a body massage. She was good at everything. I highly recommend this service.

Such a peaceful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. 4 big bottles of water complimentary everyday and we were given the contents of the mini bar once per stay which was very generous. Good location, about a 15 minute walk down to the town. You could walk back up but we never did, walked down and got a £2.50 taxi back up. You could walk to the monkey sanctuary which was about 30 minutes but again taxi so cheap in the heat that we opted for a taxi. Pool area beautiful. Rooms were a good size, we had pool view rooms. Loved everything about it!

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
The staff is simply outstanding in every way. They are thoughtful, helpful, professional and pleasant. Mr. Beny was one of the most pleasant and helpful!
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the healthy juices that were available each day.
Lastly, I was celebrating a milestone birthday year and I truly appreciated BW's efforts to help me celebrate; by the welcoming birthday wishes design on the bed, when I entered my room! This added a special touch that made my stay more special. Thank you to the team who created the birthday wishes.
