Great bungalows right on the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and bars

Perfect secluded spot in the heart of the city with spacious rooms, balcon and actually two outdoor pools.

A little jungle spot within the bustling city, close enough but still secluded enough with clean swimming pool just by your door.

Only one socket, and even that one is behind the cupboard. Very simple breakfast, poor selection, small quantity.

Enjoyable stay, would do it again…..

Central to every thing - even the monkeys dropped by occasionally….. short walk to main market & to monkey forest entrance…. Lots of cafes/restaurants out front of hotel

Nice breakfast but basic…. No TV sound tho good picture 😂 Fault in the Transvision Cable box……. Not fixed - ideal for lip-readers tho……

Staff and owners could easily do much better, if their attitude improved, or they were all replaced

It was close to some cafes and facilities I am familiar with.

When checking in, was told that although breakfast was included, they were already full for breakfast and could not include me. Quite rude. However, their breakfast in the past was poor, so I hadn't planned to take any. The local monkeys from the nearby forest were particularly bad, even trying to come into the room just as I stepped inside. They are also quite aggressive, which is a danger especially to younger children. I have been bitten by a monkey previously while in the forest, and its no fun at all.

Rooms were right next to the pool

Rooms were poor quality. Single, scratchy blanket on bed. No safe. Staff weren't particularly helpful. Breakfast was poor

the bed was like being in a torture chamber,,,, thankfully only stayed two nights . the breakfast was run out before we got to it, yep.daya inq .row.. seems they have a lot of very hungry tourists. fortunately there. ar lots of great places very nearby for food.

Overall a lovely stay, staff were exceptional and hotel and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were really friendly and attentive, if we needed anything we could just give them a message and they would bring it to our room. Hotel has 2 pools so one is usually always in the sun. Our beds were made each day and room was cleaned.

Just be aware that the hotel is right next to the monkey forest. We have enjoyed watching the monkeys on our balcony and seeing them around the hotel. They usually leave you alone if you do not have food and you do not aggravate them. Staff seemed happy to help us around the hotel and send the monkeys away when we were wary of them.

the emplacement is great, the pool and the room were clean. breakfast was ok.

main issue is that we can hear everything between rooms. monkeys are presents so just be aware. staff doesn’t really speak English.

Good location, nice rooms

lovely location and right next to the monkey forest (practically in it) the style of bungalows were nice and bed was comfortable. pool was lovely & breakfast was great.

we had cold showers which is a shame :( rooms could be a little brighter & have the facilities to make hot drinks in your room. The door locking system is fairly poor, especially with the monkeys, anyone could see in by pushing it open.

Some of the things in the room did not work like the tv which the hotel staff were unable to resolve despite paying extra for a room with more facilities.

I had a great time at this bungalows. Great location, super nice staff, good value, very nice pool, and the staff every day always cleaned my room. This bungalows close to the center of monkey forest so u will see some monkey around bungalows. I very loved this place and thanks for everything

The pool is very beautiful and the staff is more than friendly. I fell very ill and they went above and beyond by calling a doctor for me that even came to the hotel, arranged transport to the airport etc. I was really happy they took such great care of me and I appreciate it so much!

not great value for money compared to others in Ubud

it had a big pool, room was big with a big balcony, big bathroom and the sound of the river with little monkeys playing on the grass.

many of the staff were unfriendly, they were doing work on the room above us at 8am very loudly (we were given a choice of rooms but it was not mentioned that they would be doing work), the bath was dirty and the shower head only trickled if you wanted warm water so I tried filling the bath on the first night and only had one inch of water after one hour. no toiletries, the breakfast was ok- an overdone poached egg, soggy pancakes and cold toast, and when we wanted to extend our stay and paid that morning, we were stopped later to pay as they had lost the receipt slip and it had not been handed over that we had paid which resulted in an awkward debate and luckily we found our receipt.

Local Hotel and Very Balinese Style

I'm very very like with this Bungalows. I book at the superior room and the room was so nice and very balinese style. The breakfast very delicious for the local hotel ( of course is very different if you stay at the big hotel). The staff are very nice and kind with me as the guest. The price of the rooms are not so expensive. So if u want to stay at local hotel and still have balinese style i recommend Pande Permai Bungalows but if u want high quality and have a lot of money u can go to 4 or 5 star hotel. So one more time i very very recommend this bungalows.

Location is good.swiming pool is great.

Water in the room kept going of hard to shower due to low water pressure.The dreakfast was not consistent and poor quality also bad staff not at all friendly.The staff let the potential of the hotel down. The manager has been made aware of the situation staff need to be retrained. TV didn't work dispite staff being told.

Not the best place to catch your rest.

The location

i was given the bigger room with a lot of windows. closing the curtains for more privacy was a bit difficult. The air conditioner works, but the fan on the ceiling was loose and thus very dangerous to use. Also I had a sliding door, which was a bit annoying with locking the door and it did not provide much noise cancellations. It was a bit annoying when other guests decide to sit on their balconies and talk in the night. I could hear all the noise. It‘s not the best place to stay if you want to take some rest. There is no mirror in the bathroom. also no Soap provided.

very pretty. quite. right on the main street. nice breakfast. had a lovely pool and great value for money.

no drinking water. it was way too dark. there are no lights in the courtyard so it looks quite scary at night even at 8pm. need to install more lighting outside. i almost slipped cause it was raining and i couldn't see much even with the flashlight. not hot water or soap in the room
