This was our second stay here, and as last time, it was a wonderful experience at this excellent hotel.
Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The patio in front of our room was inviting and relaxing, and the occasional monkey visit added to the charm of the place. It felt like living at a temple.
The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly! They are always genuinely smiling and very helpful. You see them always working on something around the resort, tidying something up, they do a great job at maintaining the place.
Over our week-long stay, we needed help with various administrative tasks, and they were always eager and willing to help.
The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The bed had mosquito nets, but we actually saw very few mosquitoes around.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety. I was happy to have an egg station, salad, veggies and fruit. Apart from that, there were also cold cuts, fried rice, curries and noodles, pastries, so plenty of choices. Not to mention, good Balinese coffee.
The resort has two pools, and the pool areas are beautiful, very well-kept and inviting.
The hotel's location is very good, in walking distance to all Ubud attractions, restaurants and cafés, yet very quiet, thanks to the proximity of the Monkey Forest.
A clear recommendation, we would be happy to stay here again!

Stunning hotel, pool and rooms very spacious and the bathroom was huge too very clean. I was worried about the monkeys on the reviews but they’re really chilled and mainly on the roof in the evening. Not bothered by people. I’m coming back to this hotel I loved it. Staff went above and beyond for you.

The location is more or less good, close to the monkey forest, shops and temples. The pool is good too, they could improve the coffee.
The smell of dampness is awesome, desperate, the bed had bedbugs, I was assigned room 303 and they were doing demolitions in the rooms on both sides, I booked 6 nights but I had to go two nights to another hotel to rest properly and the last night I booked a hotel in Kuta, I paid 6 nights and slept three nights in that hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, the place is already very old.
