Location is awesome..staff super friendly and helpful..monkey are a bit scary but this why I chose this hotel..just had to get monkey smart 😄

Room needs a lick of paint...and a thorough deep clean....towels were old as was the bedding..worse thing though was the ants and some cockroaches..I kept my food rubbish in the fridge to help keep them down... Family seem to live in a couple of rooms in the front rooms of the hotel resulting in lots of storage on the balconies.. just brings down the feel of the hotel .. location was the bonus though. I have stayed here a couple of years ago and the standard seems to have dropped

Great place to stay just in the heart of Ubud Monkey Forest

Great location, just in the heart of Ubud, amazing coffee shops, stores and restaurants nearby. You can wake up with the monkey hanging out our chilling in your balcony haha - definately not a place suitable for people that are skared of monkeys, but other than that great value.

It's older and less tidy than on pictures, wifi is not too strong for working remotely

If you are not a huge fan of monkeys, maybe do not stay in this hotel😅 they are everywhere haha. My balcony was completely occupied by monkeys which, tbh, was quite fun show but also a bit scary👀

Fantastic Accomodation, with hugely friendly staff! This was my first hotel of my first ever solo trip, so I was nervous but they made me feel so welcome and comfortable! Perfect place to stay if you like Monkeys! They played on my balcony and were hilarious to watch! Clean rooms Good Wifi Walking distance to everything

The monkeys came to my balcony and were very friendly, the ac was great and bed was comfy with lots of pillows

The bathroom sink didn’t have any space to place our toiletries , bed was a bit loud and creaky, the place was a little bit hard to find but still great location, overall those are small things so I really liked it still

The fact that monkeys actually come up to the window in the morning was enough for me to book this place, and they DID! Very cool, also dead centre in the middle of town, so you are in a great location.

Honestly this property and the management were very good and welcoming, the rooms are nothing crazy, nothing to say negative about it.

Really comfortable rooms located very centrally in Ubud but set away from noise in a quiet garden. Perfect for walking out to restaurant and the sights. Yes there are monkeys about (right next to the forest!) but the lovely staff do a noble job of keeping them away from your breakfast!

Location was very nice, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was simple but nice. Pool area was nice, was like a quiet garden getaway in middle of busy ubud.

Stay here if you love monkeys!

We do! The macaques are entertaining and intelligent; but beware we saw one try to pry open a balcony door. The coffee here is a strong brew compared to other places and for this we're grateful. Best of all, the staff are truly warm. To Ayu, Wira, also the lady who offers morning prayers, and the gentlemen who guarded us at breakfast, thank you for taking care of us.

Exoyit hotel near the Monkey Forest - Quality with lot of potential

Lot of green (trees and plants) in the hotel, the hotel is part of the forest/junggle. Monkeys are around during the night and are visible theirs shadows through the bathroom window. Location is about 300 mts to the Monkkey Forest entrance. Near of some restaurants and bars.

The referred laundry service isn't exist. In consequence, we need to search / look for it and spent many hours for taking the clothes to an external service. The bathroom cleaning has a lot of marging to improve. Bath and window next to it were full of dirty scale. There was an open hole of the drainage next to the toilet.

East to review. It’s a great location, staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and when there’s an issue, the staff respond immediately. You can hire a scooter directly for 100k per day. The location is idillic. It looks nothing from the road, but once you walk through the only access, it opens up, and it’s wonderful. A lovely pool. Plenty of monkeys - the monkey forest is very close, and they like to cause trouble! Keep your doors/windows closed, or the steal things! Excellent rooms, large, with a bit bathroom… suggest plugging the gap in the window with tissue paper however… keeps mosquitos out. Loved it here. Have no reservations, it’s a lovely place to be.

You need to book breakfast at a given time. The common spaces (for breakfast and swimming pool) are not that big. Sleeping may be difficult for the sounds coming from the garden.

The room was very dirty and very neglected. Not only did it smell damp and there was a lot of moisture on the walls, but the sheets, pillows, and towels were not white in color and had been poorly washed. The pillows smelled so bad that I couldn't use them. I had to sleep without a pillow and slept inside my sleeping bag, since it felt like someone had slept there before me, since the bathroom was still wet, as if it had been used before me.

Excellent location, a hotel hidden just behind the main road full of restaurants and shops, and a few minutes walk from Monkey Forest, we had a good time for the 8 nights we stayed in! Nice vibe with a mini-forest in the garden, visited by many monkeys plus a small pool Staff very kind and helpful Breakfast was tasty (especially pancakes and fresh juice) Overall a good value for money

Location

The bed was bad, it will make a noise everytime you move your body even the slightest move. Bathroom wall was dirty. Overall room was not clean. Room smell of cigarette when we entered first time. We were really want the night go fast so we can check out.

Cozy hotel near the Monkey Forest

Cozy hotel near to the Monkey forest and to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The staff is very helpful and so kind, they prepare an excellent breakfast and always there to help. The room is spacious and comfortable, and so quiet! In the morning you also get to see monkeys in the garden and maybe in your terrace, so better don’t leave your belongings outside. I definitely recommend it!

We loved that it was close to the monkey forest and walking distance to the markets and close to restaurants. We wanted to book somewhere that we could see monkeys walking around without having to enter the monkey forest. This hotel did not disappoint. Monkeys everywhere, the kids and I loved it. Staff were excellent constantly checking on us to make sure monkeys were not disturbing us. Rooms were cleaned daily, staff always friendly ++ Basic hotel but great. Would definitely book again.

Best place to live in Ubud. Only on Descovery Channel you can have this experience.

The location is perfect, near the Monkey Forest. All day long monkeys are coming to your balcony and you can watch them, and throw them food. The Pool is available, clean, and with sunbeds. The breakfast is as much as Bali can offer: fried noodles, fried rice, plate with fruits, eggs and coffee or fruit juice.
