Great for short stay when exploring around.

The hotel is in the centre of Ubud, with very nice surroundings. The owner and staff were amazing; they helped me with all the requests and were extra kind and accommodating. I am grateful for them.

No access for cars or taxis, you need to have a 2-3 min walk to the street. It's a hotel that suits people who are only looking for a good place to sleep but don't want to spend the day there. Have a construction nearby.

After extention is finished, i would come again. Great people, nice place, good location.

The accomodation was great! Location in off the busy road and easy to get to everywhere. The staff was welcoming and kind. The pool was nice. As in pictures! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was ok - I did sleep well.

There is buiding work going on - the extention in progress. So the noise is there from 8am-5pm. However, you will be out majority of the day and wont notice them.

Perfect location

The villas are perfectly positioned in Ubud. The room is spacious with all the necessary amenities.The staff is kind, the only problem is that they are presently construction works on the site- they are building an extesion.

The ongoing noisy construction works - but they most probably will end before the season starts.

The room and balcony was spacious and very clean. Loved the pool. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette and green crepes.

Don’t stay here if you don’t want to be robbed.

DO BOT STAY HERE. I liked everything before after check out and moving to another part of the island I found out that I was robbed. They stole about 2.000.000Rp and 100$ from the safety box they provided. When I said that I will inform the police they told me they will say that I damaged something.

They stole my money and pretended that I spent or lost them, treated me that if I go to police that will tell the police that I damaged something.

Everything. Location was perfect walking distance from city centre. The room was spacious and balcony was comfortable. Overlooked the swimming pool. Very scenic. Loved the plants around the building too. Lovely staff: my fav Win, she was so kind and respectful I love her. Wanted to take her with me. See you next time ❤️

First of all, I want to talk about the administrator's honesty. I forgot some new, high-value Apple devices, and they were all returned to me. I went to the administrator's house, and his family delivered everything. I must say a big thank you for the great experience I had...

A private homely stay in vibrant Ubud.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Swimming pool was at our doorstep. Location was within Ubud centre. The tiny eatery in front served delicious dishes. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The entrance is not very visible and is not impressive, although inside the landscaping and rooms design were attractive. Construction of new rooms was on-going.

Amazing villa for families

Amazing villa, perfectly located near the Monkey Forest, supermarkets, and many great restaurants , everything you need is just a short walk away! We stayed with our 5-year-old child, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was wonderful, and we’ll definitely come back!

Only the wifi in the bedroom and the lights in the morning, if the kids awake with sunlight could be not good, but our son is a good sleeper

Great location and well priced

The villas are located in the heart of Ubud but are set back from the street so there’s no traffic noise. It is easy to walk to Monkey Forest, the palace and the markets but taxis are easy to catch as an alternative. A simple but fulfilling breakfast is served in an undercover area next to the pool. The staff are very polite, friendly and always very helpful. This was my 3rd stay and I will be staying here again.

Occasionally random monkeys roam into the villas as they are very near the Monkey Forest. They will go through the bin on the balcony looking for food and generally make a mess. I would not recommend leaving anything on the balcony if you are going out. Staff come and scare them off as so as they see them.

Lovely accommodation in good location with really nice breakfast. Good location for going to Monkey Forest & to the Palaces and various temples in Ubud.

Not worth the money. Stay next door at Nick’s Homestay, clean, cheap and great value.

The property had the bare bones of a great hotel. Room was spacious and the hotel is situated close to a main shopping strip with lots of restaurants.

This accomodation should really be advertised as a home stay. There is a family that lives in the front of the hotel. When I arrived it felt like I was intruding and almost as if they were surprised to see me. I should have known when the staff were smoking at the front desk not to set my expectations too high. My room was dirty, bathroom needed a scrub and there was hair on the floor. The hotel was under construction near the pool area and didn’t create much of a vibe to use the pool. and it was loud during the day. All of the grass had been ripped up, it didn’t make. I left a day early.

We were not notified that there was construction going on next door to our room. Very noisy and dusty. The room was not as clean as I would expect with quite a few issues to do with the bathroom facility and faulty electrical . The mould was very visible as was the odour. They could spend some money on upgrading this room.

My own temple in the middle of Ubud

My favourite place to stay Ubud. I always choose the same hotel and it’s Betutu. I love everything about it - staff, location and the place itself. I feel like in my own private temple in the middle of Ubud. Very close to the Main Street, Monkey Forest and shopping area. But still so hidden that you don’t get much of the noise from the outside. Thank you again!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place in a very good location. Close to all the restaurants and mini markets. Friendly staff, always smiling. The room is very clean and feels really cosy. The view from the balcony is absolutely terrific! Truly recommend!

Gone backwards.

Nice adequate breakfast good central location.

We stayed here 2 years ago at 500k per night, quiet rooms cable TV great stay. This time the price was 700k per night, we asked for a quiet room were put in, was the room closest to new building work which was continuous from 7am to 5pm., which was not advertised at time of booking. Screaming kids at breakfast and at pool. Tv only had 3 local channels. Overpriced now for what you get. We left a day early, no offer of refund.

Best hotel in Bali!!

Everything was perfect, the room is sublime and the bathroom is perfect. The staff is really nice, helpful and full of little attentions. This is the best hotel I have ever done in Bali. The location is perfect (calm and very well located in the center of ubud). The pool and the exteriors are very well maintained. I am happy to have been able to stay here. I highly recommend!!!

Second time staying at this Villa, very relaxing area with still a lot to offer close by. Staff are lovely and always accommodating. Their daily breakfast is always nice with different options and they cater for your needs. Beds are comfortable, aircon is great and the pool area is clean. Also very cheap to get your washing done here
