Nice and clean - close to attractions, lift and meals near the road, free local entertainment at night

If the put a ramp at one of the entry steps then would be suitable for wheelchairs as internal was good for a wheel chair

Central location & value for money.

Staff friendly & helpful on arrival. Rooms were clean. Near monkey forest park. Monkeys on the streets as you walk bye. 5 minute walking distance to bars restaurants and shops of ubud centre. Availed of a Balinese massage in the spa. Great massage & value for 1 hour.

A beautiful and peaceful stay amidst the the heart of Ubud.

The property was just the right size that it never felt crowded even with it being fully booked. It was beautifully set with the environment and was peaceful even with it being on a busy street. The staff were very attentive and always smiling. A couple of steps away from the monkey forest and walking distance to the main downtown area just made it even better. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Good location and design but

The design and pools are beautiful. The staff is very responsive and would quickly help you out, they are also very nice people!

The breakfast is bad. Only very few options, cappuccinos/lattes etc are extra, I wouldn't recommend booking a breakfast with this hotel.

Tranquil.

Very central location. Quiet pool area.

On two occasions we needed a packed breakfast as we had very early morning starts. The first breakfast consisted of some dry bread, a packet of butter and j and some pastries. We complained about the quality of the breakfast. The following morning they added some fruit to the package. Apart from the poor breakfast, the stay was excellent.

Good location located near the supermarket, monkey forest and restaurants, staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Needs updating - shower wouldn’t stay up without being positioned in a specific way, bathroom sink was dirty under the rim. The bed base was dusty

Quiet spot near busy central Ubud

The service overall was absolutely brilliant, and the housekeeping wonderful. The rooms were serviced sometimes twice a day. The staff were so friendly. For the price, the value for money, including breakfast, was brilliant. My daughter and I really enjoyed it here, she is a toddler and the staff were fantastic with her. The pool was great for her with a lot of shallow areas around the sunloungers to play in. Location wise, the hotel isn't too far from Ubud palace and the markets and Sweet Orange Walk which we enjoyed amongst the rice fields. We walked once however the taxi fare was cheap for the other trips to this location from hotel. Some good restaurants nearby for choice and near larger supermarket for drinks etc. Monkey Forest nextdoor makes a plan for the day inexpensive as no travel costs to get here.

The cocktails I think could be improved which would help the restaurant be more busy in the evening times during happy hour. Babysitting service would have been good, maybe a kids play area handy for this service at hotel.

Beautiful building and surroundings. We booked the room with the plunge pool. No better way to relax. The communal pool is in a gorgeous garden with big trees and plants. The restaurant on site serves delicious local food. The hotel is located centrally right next to Monkey Forest, as well as a short walk to many bars and restaurants.

Position is at bottom of hill which is ok for Monkey Forest but needed to get Gojek sup the hill all the time - gets expensive. Needs a free shuttle service to be perfect

Excellent and convenient to many restaurants and shopping

Anumana is in a great location to many restaurants, monkey forest, and shopping. The hotel had a great breakfast that was included in our reservation. Many people in our group took advantage of the spa massage offerings. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Traffic in Bali is insane. It took extra time getting to various activities due to lots of chaotic traffic. But Anumana can't control that. So not a fault of the hotel at all. In fact, we walked to many restaurants and shopping.

Good location but lacking a good breakfast.

Was a great central location.

The breakfast was very average. We ended up going out for breakfast as the food was much nicer. The showers were only lukewarm when turned up high.

Ideal spot for exploring Ubud and a lovely place to stay

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Ubud and is right next to the Monkey Forest. The room had plenty of space and the additional facilities around the hotel were great. The breakfasts were excellent, bar area is ideal for a coffee/drink, and all of the staff around the hotel couldn't be more helpful. We also used the laundry service which was good value for money.

Wonderful location with walking distance to everything. Hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful.

Our room on the third floor was overlooking the pool which is very unique with lounge chair in the water. The yoga studio on the roof had wonderful views and visited by monkeys in the morning. My wife did her yoga by herself in the morning after borrowed a yoga mat from the reception. The restaurant attached to the hotel, also opened to everyone, has a good assortments of vegan food including breakfast. The staff was very friendly and remembered our names. From the hotel you can walk very easliy all over town. The hotel driver that drove us back to the airport was excellent.

Amazing stay, great location, great staff!

Everything! The room was spacious and had all the facilities you would need. It was in a great location and a great price. The pool is lovely and clean (regularly cleaned by staff due to leaves and bugs ). The restaurant was amazing and we went at some point everyday to experience the food or drinks.Staff were all so lovely and very helpful with helping us arrange a taxi back to the airport.

Unfortunately a few rooms dont have a view.

Everything you would expect for a 4 star hotel at a great price

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and enjoyed everything about it. Location, ambience, pool, it was private and quiet and breakfast was cooked to order and generous. We especially enjoyed the traditional dance and dinner on Saturday night. This place has a great vibe and friendly staff and we would highly recommend and go back given the opportunity.
