“Overall, my stay at Pondok Pundi Village Inn was pleasant and convenient.

My stay at Pondok Pundi Village Inn was pleasant and convenient. The location was excellent — close to Ubud’s main attractions ( Monkey Forest; Ubud palace; Water palace; Campuhan Ridge walk) and surrounded by many lovely cafés. The manager was genuinely kind and helpful, assisting with my transport and daily plans.

However, the room itself felt outdated and in need of renovation, which the manager explained is planned for the near future. Once the updates are complete, it will be a wonderful place to stay.”

Not happy as we had booked 3 rooms. We paid in advance so couldn’t leave and choose better accommodation. It spoilt our

Room dirty, stains on bed linen, , no coffee, no spoons even if you wanted a tea ( which they supplied) cold water in shower no hot water, leaking water from the toilet. No pool as advertised. ( needing maintenance) I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone. Over priced for what you get.

I liked the location, aesthetic look of the place was really nice.

The shower had incredibly low pressure and a lack of temperature adjustment -- it was either boiling hot or too cold. The room was only cleaned once during an almost week long stay. Constantly had bugs and or lizards in the room. Which was especially an issue as they were often bull ants in the bathroom.

Great location! Right in centre of ubud, short walk to monkey forest and surrounding restaurants/bars. Air con was great and much needed for the steaming hot/humid days.

The bathroom was pretty gross with stained floor, towels were clean..but with big black stains on them, shower did not work properly and the sink most of the time did not drain…it stayed full for a long time and then drained later. A rooster went off at 5am every morning, so make sure you’re an early riser! And there was a dog that was locked on the other side of the door in the pool area that howled and scratched in the door every evening as the sun went down which was very frustrating. When I told the staff about these problems, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer at least a discount.

Sheets were dirty, i didn't have any towel in the room and for breakfast you have to go downstairs to order witch was fine for me but prepare yourself for 40min waiting for it.

Very kind staff and really helps you if you have troubles.

Breakfast was made completely fresh and tasted very good. Very kind staff. The manager also made us a very good offer for a ferry transfer from Padangbai to Gili Trawangan, after we talked about our next trip. Were very satisfied with the service in this accommodation.

The doors of the accomodation were damaged and the toilets had seen better days. But it was ok for one night. Over two years of Corona had probably effects on the revenue and therefore for maintenance.

部屋が広くてバリ島にしては照明も明るかった毎日お掃除してお水も追加してくれましたスタッフもう控えめなんですが挨拶もして来るるし頼みごともしっかり対応してくれました

1日だけボイラーの調子が悪かったのか水しか出なくなりましたが翌日は改善しましたテラスに猿が来ますブッキングコムの地図があってなかった。カフェワヤンの下にホテルがあり、2週しました
