Well located in a quiet street but central to most attractions. Good breakfast selection and comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff.
A BIG negative was that one of the younger receptionist/kitchen helpers hadn't been trained to use the credit card reader properly and his error meant that my PIN number was visible on the reader which makes us feel very insecure. It's imperative that staff who use our cards know how to do so safely. Not happy!
