Location of property.

Property need maintenance. Toilet was leaking and it was hell living in that room.

Warji House 2 short stay

The location off Jalan Bisma was great. The outside sitting area was good. The bed, shower and bathroom was also good.

The room was quite dark and some of the lights did not work. The breakfast was very limited. Instant coffee, dry toast, omelette which was greasy, no ketchup, no butter etc.

Great location, quiet street and close walking to everything. Pool was lovely, room size great and nice peaceful balcony. Staff friendy and helpful.

Ensuite toilet was leaking at the base causing intermittent bad smells in the room. I reported this and hopefully it is sorted now.

Beautiful property in a great location!

This is a beautiful property! The rooms are big and very comfortable. It's a very short walk to the center of Ubud. Close enough to all the action and not right in the middle. A quick walk to restaurants, shops, markets and the Grand Palace. A really wonderful stay!

Nice spacious rooms and balcony, great location walk everywhere. Clean. Friendly staff, i stayed for a total of 9 days in my 8 weeks in bali and value for money cannot be beaten.

Location is excellent, staff is very nice.

Rooms are very old, the doors of every room don't close all the way and you have to put a lock on the handles to lock the doors. There is a gap even with the lock and you can pass your hand. So some gekos and other insects came in the room. The wall infiltrated with water so paint was coming off; other than brooming and changing bedding if you ask, they don't clean the rooms properly. The towels smell very bad when wet as if it wasn't washed!

Good location as quiet, within walkable distance to the main street, local shop and good places to eat nearby. Our room was really spacious and had good views from the balcony. The pool area was really clean and comfortable. The hosts were also really helpful, there was an issue with our room and they moved us to another straight away.

The bathroom were a bit dated.

A relaxing stay in a perfect location.

The accommodation was almost perfect for 3 nights in Ubud. The staff are so lovely, the pool is greart, and we even got a massage on-site, which was brilliant. The building itself is beautiful.

Calm atmosphere away from all the traffic

The Warji Bisma House 2 has a really relaxed atmosphere after the noise and traffic of Ubud. The staff are very good. There is boiling water provided all day in a flask for making tea and coffee. It's nice to have a pool and terrace right outside the door.

There didn't seem to be anywhere to refill water bottles. The bathroom was a bit tatty although clean.

I liked the street & location, just perfect! I liked the spaciousness of the room and the balcony view. I liked that there was a bathtub. The bed felt great! And aircon worked well.

I didn't like the windows were not fully letting light in with the iron work around it, also i felt the room was a bit dirty, dusty cables and lamps, and the bathroom didn't feel as clean. A bigger mirror would have been nicer. Everything feels quite old. The door didn't close well.

Good place, loved the soaking tub!

It was great location, off a side street close to spas, shops, restaurants and other services. very walkable area. it had a very clean pool and friendly staff.

I was on first floor so the upstairs people a bit loud with footsteps late at night. At night, many lights remained on outside and shined in the room. There was No TV, no coffee/kettle, or no safe as mentioned in the listing, but overall good stay.

The most we liked was stuff! The boys were always ready to help. And made very tasty omlette. Also the reception let us pay next day, because we do not have cash (Just came to Bali at night). Other thing LOCATION. Everything is nearby: laundry service (Very cheap), bars, minimarket even ATM. All what we were looking for. By the way pool zone was cool!

There was only few things, maybe problem with cleanless and bathroom floor was always wet after using the bathroom sink. But because we do not much stay at the room in the day time it doesnt bother us much. Second was the other guests... they were very loud, get up on 6 oclock and begin ring phone, kids shouting, walls are thin, it looks like you are together. But after we are still very thankfull. :)

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the pool was perfect to refresh in after a long day out and the view from the our room balcony (1st floor) was great!

We had the best time!

The breakfast was small and simple but always cooked at a time that was suitable for you. The hot water always on your table with tea and coffee was wonderful! The staff did not speak much English but went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed.

No fridge in our room but they kindly let us use the one in their breakfast room.
