Puri Bisma Ubud

10/10, mieux que prévu, proche de tout, accessible à pied, piscine fantastique, climatisation, personnel formidable. Nous avions réservé 4 chambres, nous avions donc la villa pour nous seuls. Un grand merci !

Мы бронировали все 4 номера, поэтому вся территория была в нашем распоряжении. Классный бассейн, рядом еще есть маленький пруд с рыбками, огромные номера и балконы. Удачное расположение в центре, на улице с множеством кафешек и магазинов

Мебель уже достаточно старая, где-то проедены термитами. Мало розеток

Bisma is my fav street to stay. This place has lots of potential. Bed is comfortable, good shower and good aircon.

No staff to reach. No drinking water at all (like not even a small bottle for the coffee, I ‘m not talking about a gallon to refill that I was looking for..)No wifi code provided.

Nice villa with great potential, it is in a great central position where almost everything in Ubud is within walking distance.

There a lot of problems with these property but let's start with the most problematic two: - the property is really really not well maintained or cleaned: the fridge has broken eggs inside and all the stuff previous people left there to rot. The kitchens are so dirty it is impossible to use them, the plates and cutlery are in the open air. The garden is left to itselft with little to no managing it is both filled with trash from other guests and completly overgrown. The bedsheets were badly stained and the rooms have various wall with great water infiltrations and dilapidated wall paint. - the staff is so so so invasive, the host stayed an hour with us, without leaving after check-in, when we were leaving the property we asked him to get out because we didnt felt confortable having him there while we were gone. Daily random staff came and go, someone came to the public bathroom inside, someone hanged with us a bit, other came to pray at the altars in the property, we felt like we never had privacy. Now for the other stuffs: - the main door doesnt lock, the rooms themeselves have a lock but half of them do not work (indonesia is generally safe but this is a bit too much) - the nearby restaurant plays music till midnight almost daily. - the pool doesnt light itself up at night, you have to call the staff. - if you pay by card there is going to be a 3% surcharge (not specified anywhere).
