Would come back there

Wonderful garden and the rice field, super friendly and polite staff, big room. We have also ordered a floating breakfast and it was simply amazing! Location is very good, main attractions within walking distance, plenty of meal options around and even yoga classes nearby. If we go back to Ubud one day, for sure we stay here again.

The rooms are a bit old but we have seen the same standard around Bali, it didn't bother us.

Amazing location and facilities with daily cleaning. Minus bed quality

This property has a beautiful pool view even when the rice field has been farmed! We loved the convenience of location, the property included breakfast which with a good selection. The rooms felt private and we only ran into people in communal areas

Not clean and confortable

Decent location, staff were friendly.

The bathroom was outdated and showed visible staining, including in the shower. The air‑conditioning sensor had been blocked to prevent temperature adjustment, which was quite unreasonable. The bed was uncomfortable, and overall the room did not feel clean or comfortable. Stayed in Room 201. Booked for 3 nights but left after the 1 night. Additionally "Bookings" system tp reach customer service needs to be more user friendly, could not resolve this issue on the day as the chat system kept crashing.

Well priced and lovely setting.

This property was lovely. The rice paddies were so pretty. The aircon was cold, the bed was comfy. The pool was lovely (chairs a bit old though). The price was fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well as laundry services and an icecream store across the road (must try. it was delish). We would stay again.

The staff didn’t speak the best English but hey…..i’m in their country so that’s a me problem really. there was quite a big gap between the wall and the door which caused no issue other than bugs could get in (a mosquito net was provided for the bed).

Beautiful surroundings in an excellent location

I had 5 nights/4 days in Ubud on my way through from England to Perth, Australia and this hotel was absolutely perfect for me. It’s walkable to everything in ubud centre, it’s extremely suit and peaceful, beautiful grounds and the staff were exceptionally friendly and lovely. If recommend to anyone as somewhere to stay in Ubud!

I liked the pool. Breakfast was ok but a bit limiting with options. Location was great though and had easy access to food. Just traffic is awful because of how narrow the roads are. The room was okay with a comfy bed.

No fresh towels at times. We also paid for laundry but got charged an extra kilo even though it was only 3 kg (got charged for 4kg). We weighed it before when it was dirty and got pressured to pay for 4 as the staff member paid for it out of their pocket so we just paid it so that he doesn't get into trouble. Next time I would recommend you weigh it first, take a photo before giving it to staff to avoid getting overcharged and scammed. They don't have laundry facilities on site so they had to take it elsewhere, which might also explain the lack of fresh towels but as a hotel to not have your own laundry facility is a bit disappointing tbh. Breakfast was from a menu (not a buffet) so it was a bit limiting but still not bad tasting. The shower head pressure from our room sucked so bad. It was like the water was trickling down. the bathroom didn't feel very clean tbh. The bathroom was also not very ventilated. There were bugs around the place.

Very good!

All the staff members were really kind and helpful. They organized our transfer from the airport, booked our trekking on the Batur and helped us anytime we needed. You can basically arrange everything you need through them. Also, the breakfast was really good and the position was also perfect (lots of bars and restaurants nearby - we really enjoyed Why Not? bar - and very close the city center, yet not in the most chaotic part of it).

Great Location. The market is closely. The Water Temple and Ubud Palace is walking distance.

Abipraya is perfectly situated on Jalan Bisma which has everything you want (restaurants, massages, convenience stores) but also just a short walk to Monkey Forest or the art markets. The suite rooms are really big and I love the stone bathtub. Because each suite is a separate cottage there is little noise. The patio overlooks a rice field which is so peaceful. It’s rated as a 4 star but it’s a good 3 star. And the price reflects this - so cheap! My tip - get the banana pancakes for breakfast

Good for a night or 2 in Ubud

Easy walk to all attractions in town. Breakfast simple but enough, order the night before. The pool was small but not busy so excellent for cooling off in picturesque setting. Noisy town so expect night noise. Bed was quite hard, but it’s expected!

Great stay for the price

Location is great. 10 minutes to Ubud Palace and market and 20 minutes to Monkey Forest. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool with a little rice field view was clean and refreshing in the mornings after pretty nice breakfast offered by hotel. Lots of restaurants,mini markets and shops around. Towels and bedsheet were clean. Shower stream was surprisingly strong , because I have stayed in three different hotels in Ubud and most of the times they have similar issues with water pressure being weak, or lights being too dark/dimmed. (Lights were dark in all hotels I stayed in Ubud). The garden and the little pond with fishes made the atmosphere very relaxing even though outside the main doors it is quite busy.

Only that bathroom was humid and would get smelly. But I was a huge bathroom and door could be closed. Also leaving the ventilation on when leaving the room helped a bit.

The staff is excellent, the facilities are mid.

The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. They follow up with us all the time on what we need while staying there, which is very warm.

The lights in the room are dim, which are abit scary that we don’t even dare to off all the lights while sleeping. The furnitures and building are old, expect a renovation as soon as possible. The toilet is very old and water pressure is bad.

Peaceful rice field view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the terrace over the rice fields was so peaceful and the pool was perfect to relax and have a swim. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also got our laundry done and they packed us a breakfast box at 2am for our hike. The room was great - we had a few small things that we needed them to fix and it was done by the staff very quickly, thanks! It is close to nice restaurants and a Grab taxi away from the busiest centre streets.

Our room didn't had any tissue paper/box, not the facial tissue, just a normal one. I went up the reception and their reply was you booked the delux room and it's doesn't have it. I was told to check my inclusions on booking.com as it will tell me what's included in the room. It only comes in the suite. A tissue which is given at smallest of restaurant and this so called 4 star hotel is suggesting me that I should have booked the other room instead. The shower head is extremely filthy and the handheld one doesn't have any water pressure to it. I asked them to clean the main shower head and when we came back, nothing was done. The room size is humongous but there isn't a place for you to put your bags on and organize it. They do have old style wardrobe but more like 2 star hotel. 👏👏 When the people on the above floor walks, you will hear it. Not all the rooms are the cottage style. The room just has one charging socket and definitely it's not next to the bed. So good luck charging multiple devices while using it! Similar to bedroom, bathroom is also very big but not clean. Its definitely dated and has smell to it. We paid 153$ for 2 nights, similar price was paid my other friends at other 4 star hotel and the experience is vastly different with pool breakfast. I would 100% get a bit smaller room but a cleaner and decent room.

Lovely place

The compound is amazing with plants, pond and pool. It is very serene and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is wonderful, clean and spacious. Truly a good place to relax after a tiring day of visiting temples.
