We stayed here for one night, and overall it was a good experience. The location on Bisma Road in Ubud is perfect,very close to the center, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, yet set in a quiet garden where you can relax and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable.
The pool area is nice, the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was generous and very tasty.
The highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly kind and friendly.
The room was a bit dark and had a noticeable water smell.

The hotel has a great location, very close to many restaurants and convenient spots, which made getting around easy. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The food options were somewhat limited, but everything we tried had good flavor. The room itself was comfortable and overall pleasant.
On the downside, the bathroom could use improvement. There was a strong odor coming from the plumbing, and the cleanliness was not at the expected standard. The shower cabin had visible limescale and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. With better maintenance and attention to bathroom hygiene, the stay would have been much better.
