Friendly staff, great location but - Moldy place

Location is great! Very close to many central areas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful They use refillable water bottles which they fill up when you need which I loved, so you don't need to buy more plastic. The swimming pool was great The garden was also beautiful

The rooms are very moldy and outdated, the cushions of the bed had a lot of black spots, make sure to remove the covers and check them. The airconditioning also made a lot of noise The toilet leaked so the bathroom was also very moldy and the shower head was too old and the water sprayed pretty all over The cats walking on the roof make quite a lot of sound at night. The photos are outdated also.. I ended up asking for a refund and moving somewhere else But the biggest problem is how moldy the rooms are. It's a health hazard and I recommend not taking it lightly. When you first come they use an air refresher so you don't really smell it, but once its gone you will.

Great people in good location

When we needed to change rooms the staff were very accomadating and so friendly.

Our first room was a deluxe room on the street end of the complex. At 8pm till very late, the establishment across the road was playing very loud music. We got no sleep the first night. Hence, why we changed rooms.

The room was very clean but there were little issues that need to be addressed, like fixing the switches to the bedside lights and mending the broken kettle lid. The stuff were quick to solve an issue in the bathroom.

Good experience, perfectly for “just sleeping” place when visiting Bali

The whole backside are of the hotel is green, like a little jungle but the personel is taking care of the flora practically everyday to keep it nice and clean. The location is also very nice, it really has a rice field nearby.

The pool area is better looking on photos. The breakfast is limited to 4 versions a la carte.

Beautiful boutique style in Ubud. Stay here!

We loved everything about our stay here. The rooms are huge, beautiful Balinese style room with large bathrooms and walk in showers. The balcony is also huge with marble edging. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything but not on a too busy street with little picturesque rice fields along the way. The staff are all so lovely and so helpful and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was delicious. As the property is not a hotel and only has about 10rooms we often had the pool to ourselves! The music from across the road did not bother us at all as once in your room you can hardly hear it.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and lounge chairs. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the beds very comfortable and wide. Breakfast: 4 kinds of breakfast to choose from, so everybody can find something for himself. The location is very good - not the main street, but a pleasant street with a lot of shops, restaurants, massage parlours. The restaurant opposite plays live music till 23.30, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage - depending what you like. Drinking water is available in the bottles all the time. I think it's a really good place to stay in Ubud.

I would put sun umbrellas by the pool.

Great location! Clean hotel and friendly and accomoting staff.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is great! Bedroom was clean and had everything you needed, pool was clean with pool towels provided. You can walk into central Ubud easily. We rented a scooter and were able to explore and go around without getting stuck in too much traffic.

The bar across the road had music till late. I’m not able to complain as it is not a fault of the hotel but a little annoying if you want an early night!

I really enjoyed my stay here.

I had a lovely room with a large balcony. The balcony chairs were comfortable and I spend a lot of time outdoors. The staff were very friendly. It was in a convenient location and I was able to walk, mostly. The room was large and the bed and pillows etc comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast, dinner all along Jln Bisma.

I think that the only thing that was somewhat annoying was that the bar across the road had a band every night and they are very loud. Definitely take earplugs.(unless your keen to participate) it is not the accommodations fault but just something to keep in mind.

Great location and friendly staff

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. A clothes rack outside to air the wet gear which is fantastic. Water refill facility is great for the environment instead of plastic bottles. That not only saves money, but also saves the environment.

Water spreads from the shower head to the basin even there is a screen between. That causes the basin area wet after the shower. And the bathroom is damp as there's no window or exhaust fan. Would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room. I had to place my suitcase on the floor instead.

An excellent place to stay in Ubud

I didnt have breakfast included, but great options on the same road very close by. Room was big and spacious, with great working facilities. Bathroom was clean and a nice space to use. Location in Ubud is fantastic, just a short walk away from a lot of temples, and great food and drink. Very easy to get taxis to and from. Pool was fantastic. I used the laundry service for some clothing items and it was very good value for money.

The bar around the corner in 5m! Played music till 11pm every day! This is not mentioned in the description of the hotel! Pictures of the hotel are old and are not actual. The hotel needs urgent an reservation, it’s out of date! VERY BAD: I brought my stuff to the hotel laundry in the early afternoon. Hotel stuff told me that my stuff will be ready next morning 8am. I arrived at the hotel next day at 7pm to change clothes, but unfortunately NOBODY did know where my clothes are! I have to go on a date with dirty clothes! My stuff was delivered next day at 9am. And I have to pay the full price of 35.000!
