It was a good value for money. Staff is courteous and ready to help.

It had a pretty comfortable rooms with the balcony. The pool was under the construction but we were allowed to use the neighbouring pool

Amazing stay. Can’t wait to come back

Amazing spot near the centre of ubud - but still nice and quiet. The rooms are brand new with the most comfy bed. The staff are great and there is a nice cafe right next door. Highly recommend

I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

They arranged the breakfast at the nearby small cafe. The food was good and the cafe staff was nice.

The hotel is not ready to host guests and is still under construction. There was no sign, no reception, and no staff to assist with luggage. Construction work started every morning right in front of our villa until around 4 p.m. The noise, dust, and bad smell ruined the stay. There was no hot water, and using the small plunge pool while construction workers were right in front of us was extremely uncomfortable. We were told that the card we used on Booking could not be charged and were asked to pay in cash at the property. Despite all these issues, no discount, no compensation, or even a small gesture (such as a welcome drink) was offered. No invoice or receipt was provided, and overall it was clear that they have no understanding of basic hospitality. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Great place to stay near Ubud center

The property is tucked away from the main road so you don’t get any sounds from the road. No roosters or dogs. It’s a cozy bed and beautiful new room. There is a nice pool to use nearby. Comes with breakfast. Real great value and you’re close to center of Ubud

Very nice place to stay for short or for long term

Great place! Very nice owner who takes great care of the place, great service – delicious breakfast, which can be enjoyed on your own terrace, and refillable mineral water. Everything in the room is new, the air conditioning works, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Fantastic location, right in the center, plenty of restaurants, everything is close, but the street is a bit less crowded than others. I will definitely be back.
