Amazing kind owners and spacious and great room for a low price

Had a super pleasant stay! I arrived at the hotel at 1am, and upon arrival the owner and my taxi driver helped me carry my suitcases to my room (I had 3). Because I arrived so late, she let me handle the payment and passport things the next morning which was super nice. The breakfast is made as you order, so it's fresh and hot and super delicious. The son usually handles the breakfast, and both he and his mom are so kind and really wonderful to talk to. The room, including the bathroom, was nice, big, and clean, and it had a large fridge and water tank. Overall, I had a really amazing time and would recommend for anyone to come here if you're looking for a central location in Ubud with kind owners, good food and great room.

I can’t recommend this place enough.

Location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and organised our tour to Mt Batur for a great price. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room itself was very spacious and included a fridge, kettle, and water dispenser. The air con and shower worked well. They also have a nice pool to cool off.

Good people and good relaxation place.

Wayan is very friendly and always willing to help when needed. Check in and out went hassel free. The pool, location, and view are nice. If you want a quiet place to relax from the city hussel n bussel, this is one place to come Options for breakfast are good and of good portions. Overall, the stay was of good value.I would return any time we are in Bali.

Great place, wonderful people, super value.

Super location to walk to main Ubud attractions and easily day trip out. Wonderful team taking care of us (Ayu and Wayan). Big room, clean pool and a 5 gallon water tank in room so we didn’t have to buy more plastic bottles! Oh and a great breakfast. 😃

Quiet Balinese villa around a really clean pool. Great for a relaxed stay. Great value for money.

Location was excellent. You walk about 100m up a lane to the main road where there are cafes and spas and shops. Ayu the owner was attentive to our needs and stops for a chat. We liked the white clean sheets , the quiet fan and the new air conditioner in our room. We liked the balcony and just sitting and chatting in this quiet location. Wayan makes a great omelette with grated vegetables.

Slight smell in the bathroom. Not a problem we just closed the door.

Loved this place, everything you need!

-We are fussy and this has been the only place in Bali that we have extended our stay -Lovely staff, the manager/owner Ayu and Ryan who makes the breakfast are superb -Lovely breakfast, great to actually see some veg in an omelette, nice that they bring it to your room so you can eat on the terrace -Great location, close enough to everything without the noise -Spacious rooms, big beds, big fridge, nice pool, clean enough!

-We thought it had a kitchen but only the downstairs apartments do. The owner did however let us use her’s whenever we wanted :) -A kettle would have been great!

Feels like home away from home

Great accommodation which is located in the center of Ubud and yet very quiet. Stayed there several times in different rooms. All of them are spacious, clean, have AC, fan and come with a fridge and kettle, some even with a private kitchen. Breakfast is served on the balcony/porch of the rooms with a nice view on the beautiful and well maintained garden. Pool is clean and very refreshing. But the best part about this place is definitely the owner Ayu. She always offered her help and and is just the kindest person! She really made me feel like being a part of the family. Also her staff Wayan is super friendly and makes the best banana pancakes for breakfast, definitely give it a try. Can highly recommend to stay there!

Calm Oasis in ubud

It's a pleasure to wake up at Ayu's place. High quality facilities, super well curated garden, the host is wonderful, making you feel like being part of the family. All rooms have their own private terrace with plants around where you can have breakfast. So quiet, but right by all you need in the heart of Ubud. Bonus: rice fields just outside the little lane walk.

Breakfast & freshly made juice was lovely, if a little limited in choice. Choice to have room service for breakfast. Perfect location away from main road but only 5mins walk. Nice having a pool. Having a large fridge & free re-fillable water in the room.

Unfortunately the sun loungers were uncomfortable & a little worn.

Ubud Town Center Sanctuary

Perfectly located, right in the middle of Ubud but just a bit off the main road to where it’s perfectly quite at night. The host are very welcoming and friendly. Laundry can be done on site for a fee. Secured parking for your motorbike. Mattress is comfy. Toiletries are provided. No soap or shampoo so bring your own and it’s all good! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly.

Very good place just in the center of Ubud but also very calm place so you cannot choose better location. Room was ok, Bali clean level. :) Breakfast was good and we had it on the terrace.

the staff were lovely and attentive. Perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Great fresh breakfast in the morning. Nice spacious (minimalistic) bedroom with a big bathroom with a hot shower. Would definitely stay again
