The hotel is calm and feels quite secluded, even though you're a short walk from some restaurants and shops, and only about 5-10 minutes walking from the main streets of Ubud. The room was a decent size, bathroom was clean with a large shower, plenty of hot water. Late check in at 21:00 was easy. I ate the smoothie bowl for breakfast every day, a great way to start the day.
The pool was refreshing and clean, but the area around it is really not inviting at all. The tables / chairs at the breakfast area are nice, but there is really no comfortable place to relax and sit by the pool, read, etc. They are a couple beanbag chairs but I think a sofa or some cushy chairs would be much more comfortable.

Excellent Breakfast, exceptional hospitality, very very clean room with mosquitoes protection net. Best hot water shower and wifi. Best location, walking distance from art market, restaurant, spa massages, etc. Definitely recommend any guest for their stay.

Gorgeous place to stay, with well furnished large doubles and lovely balconies. The pool, with very cool water, is a boon in hot weather. Free water from a dispenser. Owners are very amiable and will help with laundry or scooters. Nice breakfast. Very central–10 mins walk to Ubud Palace, plenty of great bars, restaurants, massage etc. nearby. Off the road, so very quiet. Amazing value for money!
The Jl. Bisma street nearby sees heavy traffic and isn't the nicest. Bathroom a bit basic.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
The room inside had some bugs and mosquitos, and I had to sleep with the mosquito net around the bed. The bathroom has an open window with mesh wire so it's very hot and humid in the bathroom. The shower had black mould in the silicone and snail in the shower. The toilet and basin smelt like sewage. No silicone at the bottom of the shower, when the water hit the wall it flooded the bathroom floor.
