Good but could be better

The place was good, staff nice and bedroom comfortable Also the ubicacion was very good

One bad thing was that they are building another buil and there were workers around and also to much noise. Bathroom was no very clean, I think the cleaness could be improved, and TV and Air condition was not working properly also the hot water was not working at all.

Could be cleaner

Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly, provided 2 free bottles of water and gave us hand soap when we asked for it.

The room did not come with soap (got liquid hand soap after we asked for it) or body wash, only had bath bubbles liquid for the bath, not sure what to use for shower. Multiple things were unclean, mould in the door frame of mini fridge, inside cups were brown, inside kettle was significantly eroded, towel had unpleasant odor and toilet was more smelly after every flush. There were small crawling and flying bugs in the room. We left one night early. It looked much nicer and cleaner in photos. I think they should as least provide body wash and towels that smells fresh and clean.

Fantastic place and value

Such a great place to stay. Off the main Hustle and bustle. Very big room and massive bed that was Very comfortable to sleep. A nice pool setting to plunge and cool Added bonus was the breakfast I would definitely recommend

A horrific customer experience—unsafe rooms, missing basics, and manipulative service practices.- 1,Security Breach: Both the allotted Rooms i.e. Nos. 203 and 204 had defective locks, leaving us unable to secure our rooms. We were forced to spend the night in unlocked rooms, a shocking violation of guest safety 2. Basic Facilities Missing: The hotel has no intercom system, no First Aid Kit, and no staff generally available at the tiny front desk. 3. Service Negligence: Despite informing them 12 hours in advance about my checkout, no one was present to assist. I had to personally load all my luggage, which is unacceptable for a property claiming to provide hospitality 4. Repeated Excuses: For every request, the only answer given was “No, we don’t have.” This reflects a complete lack of preparedness and guest care 5. Unethical Conduct: After reporting the security incident, instead of resolving the issue, you offered me a discount on the condition that I cancel my Booking.com reservation—clearly to prevent me from leaving negative feedback. This is manipulative and unprofessional 6. Escalation Failure: The so‑called escalation point—the manager—is only available on WhatsApp and never picks up calls even in emergencies, leaving guests stranded without real support.

Excellent value hotel in the heart of Ubud

This is a conveniently located resort in Ubud with large rooms, large beds and a pool. The breakfast is freshly made and you can have on the small balcony in your room or by the pool. The staff are helpful and kind. Would recommend.

Unclean would not go again

Close to central ubud.

Pool dirty. Bathroom smells and dirty bath and toilet. 3 mattresses in the hallway dirty and when I checked our own mattress was dirty. Check out was 12pm but they tried to charge us 100k for this and said 11am check out. Pool was unclean and lots of insects around pool could not relax there. Shower very poor and slow water. Towels also really smelly. Loud music from the near bars and the air con very loud it sounded very windy.

The location is great—peaceful, yet close to the center of Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The only small issue was that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Amazing soacious room, lovely staff!

Most of all, the staff! The lady at reception was so kind, she even helped me carry my huge bag and made aure I had breakfast before leaving even if it was so early! The room is huge and sparkling clean. Amazing view of the garden around. Haven’t used the pool but it looked nice. Location is great because is close to all restaurants and bars, but in a cute side road. The outdoor (kind of) bathroom is very beautiful. Lovely tub! Would definitely come back.

If I really have to pick something, it was annoying to have to keep all the curtains shut to not be seen from the outside because this made the room dark.

Very poor

Staff were friendly, although they couldn't help me with problems I had.

The AC was leaking down the curtains when switched on. This had evidently been like it for a while as the room had a strong mouldy odour. If the AC was turned on for more than 30 minutes a pool of water was on the floor tiling. I asked to switch rooms but they were unable to help me as they were full. As the room wasn't refundable I decided to suck it up and stay the night. The curtains had black mould stains on them from the water leak. I ended up sleeping with a face mask on because of the risk from mould spores. On the positives, breakfast was good, location was great and the staff were friendly. The leak needs immediately attention before allowing people to stay there as the mould is a serious health risk. The flooded tiling is also a safety concern as it is a slipping hazard, especially in the night.

Perfect location. Close to everything yet super quiet. Gorgeous lush grounds. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Felt like home.

Nothing negative to say except maybe it would be nice if there was one more breakfast option, like a muesli yogurt bowl or something like that. Currently there are several egg options, French toast and pancake.

Peaceful adorable Arimba at Bisma

Loved our Deluxe room at Arimba and the glorious forest feel and view from our patio. The breakfast was lovely and ample ..always on time too. The bath tub is huge and we both soaked in there for hours on a big rainy day. Close to shops and many restaurants loved our stay and the family run property ..would we return? ..yes in a heartbeat 💗

The bed was very noisy on my side only (maybe the wood underneath had split?) but that is all.

The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile always. Location was good with many restaurants and bars nearby.

Our room was absolutely not clean, especially the bathroom. The AC was full of mould, we did not even want to run it! We could feel also the smell of mould on our clothes that we put in the wardrobe...The breakfast gets very boring after 3 days so in general I recommend booking without breakfast as there are many places around offering much nicer breakfast for a good price. The pool is nice, however the water was quite cold. Wi-fi connection is poor in the room. It was not a pleasant experience overall for a longer stay with small kid!

Great Stay

The location is great for Ubud and its set in a peaceful quiet area, and you can walk into the centre easily without transport. The pool was great. The staff were great, especially the smiling young lady. We will definitely stay again in future.

So we stayed in the larger suite for 1 night as we arrived early. Loved the outdoor feel of the outside in the bathroom which was amazing. However, I would have on the outside of the bathroom window - a fine wire mash to stop insects flying in or anything else crawling in, we were in 302. But the room was amazing & spacious.

Staff were exceptional. The location was perfect for walking to Monkey Forest and Campuhan Ridge walk. Breakfast was served quickly. The in room massage I had was great!

The location is great, less than 10 minutes walking from ubud palace.The rooms are very big and clean and they clean them for you everyday. The stuff is so friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool and the gardens are really beautiful. I will go there again for sure.
