Great for Families!!

This was an absolutely beautiful place for the family to stay. Beautiful buffet breakfast with egg station and two pools. Close to pamper and shopping areas Amazing hot water and the staff are very friendly

Its down a narrow road, like most of Ubud and larger cars have difficulty on the road, traffic was bad but normal for Christmas in Bali. Sights are not far away but traffic makes getting there longer.

Noise, room has no sound proofing Tons of light flooding into room from outside, no blackout blinds Whilst upgraded, location of room was next to pool and noise from guests Some sort of rodant ate through a bag of cocoa powder I bought. I was refunded the money but hearing a rodant rummaging on the floor was ear curdling.

Good resort in a great location in Ubud , with fabulous views from the infinity pool, Kel, Lisa and Sherree

Located on Jalan Bisma , the perfect location for us in Ubud . We stayed in the Joglo rooms at the back of the property overlooking the infinity pool and jungle with fabulous views ,so quieter than the rest of the resort although these rooms are not entirely soundproofed. A visit by the local monkeys each day was a nice surprise. Great places to eat nearby on Bisma too if you don’t want to go far. Very nice and helpful staff . Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much .

Breakfast a bit hit and miss , the egg options cooked for you on request very nice , the other cooked options available need some attention.

Great option for solos and friends to stay

Lovely, welcoming, and friendly staff. Room was large with large bathroom. Aircon worked well. Great breakfast options, fresh cooked eggs. A mix of savoury and sweet dishes. Due to the weather we didn't get to use the facilities like the swimming pool, but the restaurant was great. Location handy for shuttle pickups and walking to nearby shops and restaurants

The polished tiles could be slippery after rain. The staff tried their best by providing towels to wipe/dry your feet on in the hallways, walkways.

Great location but average experience

The back pool was lovely and location was great. Gardens looked well kept. Is was nice to have a fridge and free water, tea and coffee everyday.

The bathroom stank and the drains were blocked. After complaining they didn't fix either the smell or the drains. The noise of aircon and fridge kept us up at night. The curtains didn't block the light.

Good location, nearby Ubud centrum and main streets

My room did not have a separate shower, only a separate shower head above the bath. So showering was terrible. And when I asked at the reception for a small bottle of water, I had to pay 18,000 because of the high service costs Breakfast was good, but really basic

Our Superior room was damp and smelled of must. We almost changed rooms but it was in a good location for the pool so we decided not to. It was a little old in the bathroom and the shower needed a bit of repairing.

Nice pool area out the back and very spacious room

First night, got eaten alive by mosquitos, roof was leaking water over the bed, the shower had no pressure and randomised temperature and the provided linen like towels were old. We got moved to another room and the shower then had a flooding issue where it would not drain but they did provide an electric mosquito repellent. The breakfast was also limited in our opinion for 150000 RP.

Property was beautifully maintained with two lovely pools. Rooms were spacious and air conned. Super clean and relaxing. Food was lovely and staff were amazing.

Stay was brilliant. Only VERY minor things that I barely even noticed. Beds were slightly hard but we slept fine anyway. Shower water didn’t go down the drain very fast and would sometimes spill over. Food was lovely but slightly more expensive than other options on the same street.

Exceptional infinity pool and jungle vibes

The infinity swimming pool is picturesque and relaxing. We spent a lot of time chilling there. The breakfast was superb and they offered omelettes cooked in front of you to your liking. The jungle vibe of the hotel garden is great. Exactly what you need in Ubud.

The rooms can be a bit more clean and offer some better soaps/shampoo products.

The property is located really good, just like a 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. However, it is very quiet at night. Also, it is surrounded by jungle, which gives it an exotice vibe. A small cute detail is that the staff made a beautiful flower arrangement on the bed in order to celebrate our anniversary!

I requested all 4 rooms together and unfortunately that didn't happen. When we went to breakfast, which was only once, at 8am we had to ask for extra food, there was nothing in the trays and no cups for tea or coffee. Service was very poor

Great location, beautiful facilities and friendly staff

An absolutely stunning resort. We stayed in the Jogolo House and it is exactly as pictured, so much space to spread out, very quiet and clean throughout. We had an airport pick up at 12am arrival and a transfer to Kuta after our stay, Doni drove us both times and he was exceptional, very good driver and told us all about the area. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice mix of western food and Indonesian food, the pool has a bar for afternoon drinks and the spa massages and facial were very good. We would definitely stay here again, very highly rated.

A good potential but needs so many improvements

The location and pool at the bottom of the property

Staff: communication was difficult, multiple problems with rooms, extra bed, AC, ants in room,…and very slow pace to resolve these issue. We almost had to argue to get it done which isn’t nice for the staff neither for us on holiday Also on check-in and check-out the staff didn’t help to carry all our luggages unless one little lady while 2 others (1 man and 1 girl) were watching. A lot of work next to the property resulting with a lot of noise throughout the day First pool isn’t very maintained and welcoming Rooms: as explained we had issue with AC in some rooms and 1 room had an ants invasion
