Our deluxe room by the pool was very good. However we had to ask for the right one as originally the one they gave us was a twin.
Different rooms have very different standards. Therefore be sure you book what you want.
Nice location a bit out of the noise of the town.
The staff was great and friendly. They kept our luggages for four days after we left as we explored the island with a scooter.
There are a lot of stairs in the facility. This is not a problem as long as you don't have disabilities.
The breakfast order has to be placed the evening before. Not a problem by just kyiu know. It wasn't a buffet. Just one main plus fruit.

The pool is great, the grounds are great, the people are great and the breakfast is great.
The only thing I am unhappy about is that I keep having my stay limited because the hotel is getting too busy. I try to book 2 weeks and all I can get is 4 days :(

Peaceful clean old Bali style building . Friendly staff . In best street to explore Ubud
Two different types of rooms , renovated & unrenovated. We paid same for unrenovated as our friends new renovated room . Didn’t think that was fair.
