Perfect place to stay in Ubud.

It was the perfect location as all the necessary shops are at walking distance such as laundry, marts, restaurants and it is situated in the centre.

I booked family room , it is spacious and good location. Close to monkey forest and Ubud central. Bathroom is clean although no exhaust fan. Bathroom can be more clean Nice swimming pool and nature surround.

Location and balcony make this a good option to stay in Ubud

Location: Walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores. Balcony: I loved the balcony. It is overlooking the swimming pool, nice place to relax outside the room and read in open air with ambient light.

Bathroom: There’s an open window that has no closure. Mosquitos come through that small window. Exhaust fan is a bit noisy sometimes. Lighting needs to improve. Aircon: After some time, the aircon started dripping and it’s a lot of puddle in the room. Had to use pail to catch the drips. Breakfast: It was supposed to be an intro to Indonesian food but the breakfast wasn’t enticing.

It’s ok place.

It’s decent size of room, breakfast is good. Decent size of swimming pool.

Location is tuck away from everything, but opposite has sport facilities and nice Korean restaurants to make up the inconvenience, my kids love them. The rice field is not that big, u can easily see the opposite but I am not that fuss. I think what it bugs me is the noise from other guest when they arrive late , they roll their luggage in front of our room makes a lot of noise which is not fault of the hotel. The other morning got woken up by staff sweeping the floor in front of our room at 7am

I’d happily stay here again.

Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, we had 2 adjoining rooms for our family of 5. The staff were wonderfully kind and patient with our family.

There must only be 1 cot available, so we missed out for a couple of nights. Best to pre-book to avoid disappointment.

A cosy welcoming gem!

The staff are wonderful and very hard working. They always have a smile and ready for any requests. The pool area is lovely and an evening dip is very refreshing. Breakfast each day was delicious and cooked to order.

Bed was a little hard for my liking but this is personal preference. The walls in the rooms could use some attention due to mold/ plaster issues but is would be hard to maintain in such a humid environment. I'd return any time.

we like everything, room was clean, stuff very friendly and helpful, big rooms and nice swimming pool in front of us. they were cleaning rom every day. hotel has nice restaurant as well. we used their airport pick up and driver was very nice as well

Good value accommodation with simple amenities.

The location is quite strategic, within walking distance to restaurants and the centre of Ubud. It's also quiet and spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor, looking down to the swimming pool and rice paddy field. On our 2nd day, we got a surprise visit from a monkey, walking passing through our balcony railing.

It would be nice to have more water pressure when taking a shower. The cleaning can be improved as it was very dusty under the bed. Bed sheets and towels may need to be refreshed as they look old.

Always the best stay in UBUD and Kiskenda

We have stayed here 4 times now and we love everything about it. Perfect location, lovely pool and room and nice staff. We always have Ketuk pick us up-he is one of the drivers the hotel offers for pick up but he and his wife lilly also have a stall for excursions at the hotel and we have always used them as they organise everything. Perfect stay every time.

Very good hotel in great location..The room was exceptional with a fantastic open area bathroom and shower. Breakfast also very good. Only bad thing encounter was wifi dropped out quite a lot.

The room was nice and the breakfast is really good. The staff was very friendly. The pool is also very nice. The hotel is not at the main street but in walking distance to monkey forest and the busy main street.

The property is very beautiful, and the pool is nice to relax by after a day of exploring Ubud. The room was big and had good facilities. The staff is very nice. The breakfast was okay. The location is central, but the area is quiet.

The outside shower was too low. If you are taller than 175 cm you will have to bend your knees to use it. Also, the bed is a bit too hard in my opinion.
