Attractive, excellent value Inn, but avoid car taxi

Very clean. Welcoming staff. Simple breakfast, but tasty.

Because it is located on a street that does not go through and requires driving past the busy Ubud Palace, travel by car can take a long time through heavy Ubud traffic. When you are free from luggage, I recommend walking or motorcycle taxi.

Awesome place, good location and super clean

Location, super clean, walking to downtown Ubud. The owner and his wife are so helpful and down to earth whenever and whatever we needed , he got back with us right away. Yes the price is low for the location. Beautiful garden.

Great location with fantastic restaurants nearby. Nyoman was an excellent host. He was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find a good driver for pick up and day trips. I’d definitely stay here again.

It got a little bright in the room, but I had a sleeping mask that helped.

Wonderful

We loved the whole ambiance of the property. It was so quiet and peaceful. The room had everything we needed. The garden was lovely and very well kept. The breakfast was great with fresh healthy food. The inn was in a great position, close to everything we wanted to do. The host was very welcoming and always very friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay a great experience.

Feeling at home in Bali

Everything was perfect ! The host and his wife are wonderful and make you feel at home… the room is very clean and comfortable; the hotel is in a very good position, quite but very close to the very centre of Ubud (few minutes walk). The breakfast is simple but VERY GOOD: fresh fruit every morning, excellent balinese coffee and another dish at your choice. For me their Riffle with banana was absolutely extraordinary…

The property was so clean and Nyomen and his wife were the kindest. I really liked that the property was close to the center but was still in a quiet zone. The breakfast was great! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

My room was on the 3rd floor with no lift so not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Neat little place in Ubud

Very clean, good breakfast, located very close to central Ubud, but at the same time in an area without any noise from the traffic.

The room felt a bit too small and there is almost to place to store your clothes.

A quiet, bright place in lively Ubud! Very friendly and helpful people! For breakfast you can choose between different dishes (pancake, omelette etc.) and they serve it on your balcony! Everything very clean and comfortable! Really a very good choice!

Great stay to explore Ubud

Location is central enough to do Ubud center by foot ( +Monkey Forest max 10min) and far enough to avoid the loud party noise of some streets. WiFi, plugs, hot shower and AC were in perfect order. The breakfast is always served at your request very punctual. I strongly recommend it

The owners are Thief

The owner of the hotel stays on the property, so he knows when you are coming or leaving. There are no safe in room. I left my money in my room and counted it before I left. When I returned that night, I could tell someone had been in my room. I told him I did not want room services, which is his wife. I knew he had been in my room because I set up stuff so I would know. He went into my room and took $ 200.00 dollars out of my money when I confronted him about it. He lied and then said ok I will return it if u go ahead and get the room another night." I immediately left that hotel he had been going to my room every day looking and taking things. I didn't know because I had so much stuff that I packed for a month and brought a lott to take back. Don't stay here he will steal your money and other valuable items.

amazing stay in Ubud

Loved everything. was super clean, comfortable, breakfast was good, served on our balcony. Lots of hot water in a lovely shower. Nyoman our host was delightful and very helpful and kind. Quiet location, well situated, easy walk to main attractions in Ubud. I would give a 15 if I could. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for the price.

Very pleasant stay.

The property is fairly central to many other properties and attractions. It was incredibly clean and the family who ran it was so nice and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better. Breakfast was wonderful and they had the great showers.

Great location on Bisma

they let me drop my bags 2 days early while I was travelling which was really helpful. I had a cute tidy room, comfortable bed, great ac and I had upstairs room with balcony which I preferred rather than being in below rooms. I checked in with Bali belly so didn’t leave the first 3 days and they looked after me bringing me extra water and light breakfasts, despite being in central Ubud I found it quiet, I heard a bit of noise from other guests but nothing that bothered me that much.

there was no tea supplied ☹️ I’m not a coffee drinker and the room came with a thermos of hot water replaced daily and coffee but no tea and there was none on the breakfast menu. I had a few cold showers, I assume hot water is limited, it didn’t bother me too much seeing as I was HOT 🥵 But sometimes you still like a warm shower, otherwise it was a great place to stay and fantastic location as I walked everywhere

It was a simple clean room with an amazing terrace. It's super clean, and the area is quiet. It's located very centrally and you can get the centre in 5 mins. Nyoman and his family are doing great, they take care of everything, it feels like home more than a hotel room.

Wi-fi was not super good but it is a common problem in Bali.

Friendly, comfortable & great location

Nyoman was so helpful and organised our taxi to and from the hotel. He also helped organise our sunrise hike of Mount Batur. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful little garden outside. AC and WiFi are very good. Complimentary breakfast is yummy. Easy to walk to the main street of Ubud with loads of great cafes/restaurants within 15 mins walk. Thank you so much for our stay :)

Could have stayed longer!

Lovely little hotel with all rooms with a balcony/porch area for breakfast. Delicious simple breakfast included! Nyoman was so helpful in helping us arrange transport to and from Ubud as well as a sunrise Mt Batur hike. Very hospitable! The whole place was very clean and our rooms serviced every day with fresh water bottles and beds made etc. Location was ideal! Short walks to lots of nice cafes/bars/restaurants/spas etc
