Good for a short stay

The walk to the road flooded in the rain so had to walk through ankle deep water to get in and out of the hotel.

Good location, staff are very kind and welcoming!!

Breakfast was of a generous size. Amazing butter, homemade jam and muffin. Had many options to choose from for the breakfast. Bathroom and room was clean. Airconditioning was good. View from my room was good. Beautiful nature around. Very quite and relaxing. No road noise in the hotel vicinity. My tv in the room wasnt working and the staff fixed it straight away. Bathing towels were smelling good. Perfect location if you love the city center. Staff were very kind and super welcoming!!

My room's toilet is placed in a cramped corner in the bathroom. We were in 203. The place to keep your right leg once sitted on the toilet is tight. A narrow and a long way to enter the hotel from the main street although it did not matter after day one. However, Can be a bit hectic if you have heavy luggage.

Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING. The Nasi Goreng was delicious. AC and WiFi were excellent. The location was perfection- close to everything but far enough where you could sleep at night. Terima Kasih!

Great money/location/quality value. One of the greatest staff so far

Staff was great- all the guys/girl were really very helpful. Were helping with laundry anytime, were bringing our breakfast to room without any complaints. Helped to get in/out our luggages during checkin/checkout. Pool was clean and nice, the view from 202 room was great( jungle view).

The plumb was right in the room 😭 The internet had troubles- google meet was lagging a lot

An amazing stay in the heart of Ubud

I had an incredible stay at Amoya Inn! The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Ubud – with the heavy traffic in Bali, it makes such a difference to be just steps away from restaurants, temples, and all the main attractions. Everything is within easy walking distance, which really made exploring Ubud so much more enjoyable. The property itself is spotless, and the cleanliness is outstanding. My room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff are amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything. Overall, everything about my stay was incredible. I would highly recommend Amoya Inn to anyone visiting Ubud and would definitely stay here again!

Super responsive staff. So very friendly. I didn’t know I had misplaced my credit card and they found it on the ground and returned it to me!!!

Lovely spot

Centrally located but not quite in the middle of the chaos. Set back from the street in a quiet area. Good breakfast selection (you need to make your selection the night before). Lovely grounds and pool. The staff were very friendly.

Good location for the money

The location of this small hotel is perfect, deluxe rooms are spacious with pool or jungle views. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful as some rooms are on the 3 floor. Although there is some building going on nearby ( like everywhere else in Bali) work commenced and finished at reasonable hours.

Hidden gem

Amazing location. Right in the middle of things but tucked away down a quiet lane way, so you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Great shops and temples on your door step. Beautiful outlook.

A Hidden Gem in Ubud

The place is very cozy, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is perfect. The room is spacious, with a bathroom with a tub and shower, AC was working perfectly. The view of the pool was mesmerizing. Although we arrived very late (2AM), they were so kind to leave us the keys and had a very easy check in. Someone who was awake from the family even helped us with the bags going up.

The entrance is a bit long and narrow with no parking, so it could be an issue for accessibility or with lots of luggage. However, the staff was so kind to help us in moving the luggage even to our room on the second floor. TV channels aren't a wide variety, but we barely opened it anyways.

The Cultural Heart of Bali

Excellent location in the heart of Ubud. Surrounded by jungle with lots of birds and some monkeys in the distance. Beautiful Balinese entranceway and nice pool area. Top suite was large and had a lovely view. Good breakfast variety to choose from, all meals were delicious and brought to our room on time every morning. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lots of stairs to top floor, no lift unfortunately but staff do assist with bags. Constant noise from surrounding construction, roosters, traffic and a club plays music all night until 1am.

Amazing hotel!

Really lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is good and very delicious. You can choose from a big list of options, we had eggs and fruit with yoghurt. The room was spacious and well lit, we loved the view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the centre and everything to see is walking distance. There’s loads of good shops and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere with no problems, and really appreciated this about the hotel. It is set back from the main road so has a really quiet and peaceful atmosphere, very much needed in busy Ubud! The hotel helped us to organise a driver so we could explore outside the centre, and a rafting trip, both were fantastic. The driver was excellent, and we really enjoyed his company. We highly recommend booking these through the hotel, they are fantastic trips and really good value for money. The hotel itself is also great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here, and grateful to all the staff and neighbours for being so kind.

Maybe a hand towel would be good, alongside the main towel. Also, there is no lift in the hotel and our room was on the top (third) floor. This was no problem for us at all, and the staff carried our bags and suitcases, but is maybe worth noting for others.

It is well-located. The rooms are large and clean, and the beds are comfortable! The pool is also nice. The breakfast is standard Balinese, but there are various options. I would return.

The drain in my bathroom was clogged, causing a flood that was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the toilet seat was old and had a strange smell.

Great to calm down in downtown Ubud

The staff is wonderful. Such lovely people. Abslolute great breakfast, with excellent coffee. Very good wifi. The location is right downtown Ubud, but still nice and quiet. Pricing of minibar is even with local supermarket.
