Great value for money!

We stayed in 3 separate rooms which were all very spacious and comfortable. Great value for money in the heart of Ubud centre. Comfortable, clean and great staff!

The front staff tried to organise some trips for us but were quoted higher prices you could find going directly to the trip providers.

The location, staff are very friendly

It’s too old, no chair in the room, power point is cracked not safe for me, bed base is broken, can’t flush toilet. Shower head needs repairing.

ideal location and would recommend as a relaxing place to spend your holiday

i’ve stayed here twice, once with a group trip and the second by myself. i felt extremely safe here as solo female traveller. it’s location is ideal, it’s central to everything and while it’s on a main road, you can’t hear anything. the staff are welcoming and really friendly. just overall a lovely and peaceful place to come for a relaxing holiday :)

Highly recommend

Good location near to monkey forest and the city centre. The room was very spacious with outside seating area overlooking the garden and pool. The staff were brilliant and very helpful High recommended

Very nice compound with very friendly staff but rooms close to the road are a bit noisy for sitting on the balcony.

Lush peaceful sanctuary in central Ubud

Excellent location in the centre of Ubud yet a lovely peaceful garden sanctuary where you step entirely out of the noise. Gorgeous greenery and wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

For the price, I have no complaints at all. It is an excellent deal.

Beautiful tropical getaway in the heart of Ubud

Very lovely staff, breakfast was yummy, the pool and gardens are soooo beautiful! I have loved walking through the beautiful gardens and seeing the koi fish, monkeys and plants.

Bathroom a bit dated as when I showered the whole bathroom floor flooded with water, and needs a deep clean. But I wasn’t too fussed.

A peaceful, welcoming oasis with lush gardens and warm hospitality — we loved it enough to stay twice as long.

We originally booked 1 week but ended up extending for a second because we liked it so much. The staff are incredibly warm like a family, and the lush tropical gardens with fountains, statues, and even a few monkeys create a peaceful atmosphere. Our second-floor balcony was perfect for taking in nature. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Ubud, near great restaurants, spas, and shops, but without all the noise. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was a great value, and the waitstaff were always friendly. The pool and overall vibe made the place feel very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Some small suggestions: pillows were a bit too firm, maybe add some softer ones. Shower had low water pressure and took about 3 minutes to heat up. Our door had a small gap, just big enough for something to slither in, so we blocked it with a towel, not a big deal. TV was a little small and reception not the greatest, so we didn’t use it. Room could use some more furniture, large space and felt a little bare.

Great property, on the main street but away from the noise. The room was big, the bathroom was as big and had all amenities. I had a balcony with a nice view on the garden. The pool area is great as well. The breakfast option I choose (banana pancake) was really good. Staff was really nice and helpful. I’d probably book there again.

I wasn’t convinced by the massage I had at the property. The shower pressure was very low, it took me 10mins to wash my hair.

Lovely, quiet garden stay with friendly staff and beautiful pool, pond and grounds.

Everything was wonderful, from the customer service and the very friendly and helpful staff, to the beautiful garden and pool area, and the restaurant food. Dining while overlooking that lily pad pond was a treat every morning. The banana crepes were divine. My room was lovely and quiet, just what I needed. The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived from the airport on Tuesday October 21 around 2:30 pm and helped me carry my bags to my room was especially friendly and sweet. I didn't catch his name, but he greeted me with a warm smile every day. I felt very happy staying at Ubud Inn Cottages and would highly recommend it to others.

What a fantastic experience!!!! I am so happy to have chosen Ubud inn Cottage by Prasi for my stay in Ubud! Everything was just perfect, located right in the centre, but as soon as you pass the door you are in heaven, no noise, authentic Balinese atmosphere and rooms spacious, spotlessly clean and with all the necessary amenities! And the most amazing staff!!! Special thanks to Kadek who was so professional and kind and to the spa girl who gave me the best massage I have ever had!! Thank you so much all, you made my stay in Ubud super special and I was really sad to leave! Definitely coming back !

Beautiful location and comfortable quiet stay but needs a bit of tweaking.

Beautiful location right in the centre of Ubud but feels peaceful once you are at your cottage, seeing the monkey migration every morning was an exciting bonus and I did not experience any hostility or trouble from the monkeys. Beautiful pool with quiet atmosphere and good breakfast portions. I especially loved the generous servings of fresh fruit with breakfast. Bed was super comfy and lots of space in room and bathroom. Very friendly staff always smiling and happy to help. Very quiet at night and no noise apart from monkeys playing in the morning.

I had a lot of black mould in my room particularly in the vents of the AC unit. I have mould allergies which worsened the cold I was already recovering from during my stay. I was coughing and sniffing a lot because of this. Sometimes I had to keep the AC unit switched off to minimise exposure. I also had an issue with my bathroom whereby the floor of the bathroom was flooded every time I took a shower. I did inform a staff member who came to take a look and said it would all be fine but the flooding continued.

I stayed in 2 different rooms at this hotel and both were wonderful. The staff was super nice and friendly as well. The pool was great. And the location was perfect! I did not eat in there restaurant so not sure about that.

The only downside was the slow wifi sometimes. I was doing some work onto my laptop and was planning some more things for my trip but this was sometimes impossible. In the night there was often a noice of some animal running on the roof. Maybe rats or monkeys? It’s sounds a bit scary but it’s nothing the hotel can do anything about I assume so it’s ok!

It was a good time to spend a week in the cottage with full of joy happiness and creating a memories

I like the cottage vibes and ambience with the full of greenery and the staffs are so loyal and kind to us. Everything is perfect of Ubud inn cottage to stay and spend the good vacation with family, friends as well for the couples. Beautiful setting, nice and close with AMAZING staff

We can for my partners Birthday, the staff were so lovely arranging so many surprises for her. Decorating our bed on arrival. Organising a cake and singing happy birthday when we went down to the restaurant. Thank you so so much!!

Overall still a good resting place.

The stay was great with good customer service and support. The room was great too.

Take note that it’s my own preference when it comes to my review. I felt that the room was too empty. I did not watch TV as it is a resting stay for me before moving on. But the position of the TV is weird. You will probably need to shift the Tv so that it will face the bed. If not you will have to move the chairs outside the room in, and put it in front of the TV to watch. I personally don’t like any portrait/paintjngs that’s very cultural or religious. So I actually took it down and place it one side. This of course I understand the cultural context of the country and I respect that. So like I said, it’s my own preference. Wifi is not the best but still can make do.

A lovely hotel, close to lots of attractions in Ubud.

Water pressure of the shower was really low in my unit, 230. Internet was weak, but access in the lobby was good.
