Heavenly!

Not sure where to start. The grounds are maintained impeccably. The staff is outstanding! Everyone learns your name the first day & makes you feel welcome. The spa was one of the best I’ve been to, the food was fabulous, and our room took my breath away. The outdoor tub, plunge pool overlooking the jungle and luxurious room were perfection! We hope to go back! Agnna did a great job as our driver and tour guide for the day.

Fabulous stay within walking distance of downtown Ubud and Monkey Forest.

Property was beautiful and right next to the monkey forest. All the staff was awesome!

It’s a little more pricy than the other hotels in the area but it was a very nice place for a vacation.

Hotel doesn’t have large numbers of rooms so feels very private and intimate. Bed is very comfortable and spa service is excellent

Amazing hotel for a couple/family that needs space to relax while still being connected to the world on taking a 5 m

Secluded yet so close to the market. Exactly what we wanted as a family with a toddler and senior citizens travelling as a group together. Very cosy rooms, clean, good breakfast and spa.

It was new years and the prices were a bit high but other than that, everything was amazing.

Wonderful Stay !

The place itself was very beautiful and scenic. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. A special shout out to Ita who was extremely nice and pleasant. She even gave me an orchid plant on my request.

The bathroom was outside and open. A little uncomfortable to shower in the open. While the staff did mention that it is safe, that doubt still lingered. It would be good if the bath area could be covered to ensure privacy.

A relaxing place to wind up our trip!

This lodge was our last stop on an 8-week Indonesia trip. We appreciated the design and quality of the place as well as the great work of the staff throughout. Wish we'd had longer!

Perfect!

The service was extremely good. All of them had a smile on their faces and were very respectful. Lely from the reception was exceptionally helpful. I had requested them to decorate the room for my wife’s birthday and they did a great job.

The property is awesome. Please note that it is meant to bring you close to nature. The facilities are very clean and the staff is always there to help.

Beautiful place, highly recommended

Very beautiful place, I loved the room and little garden with the pool, the restaurant overlooking the main pool was a lovely place for breakfast and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent shower and comfortable firm bed. Communication pre-stay also very good

Nothing I didn’t like, though the torch needed a new battery, so I guess that didn’t get checked before arrival - I did let them know. A small thing :)

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, walking distance from everything.

Although all of the staff were extremely polite and friendly, there were too many trainee / inexperienced staff for a 5 Star hotel, quite often ordering the correct breakfast or lunch could be frustrating. That being said, their attitude and smiles made up for any awkwardness.

Great place to stay with wonderful staff

Really nice hotel in great location. We loved our garden villa with the high ceilings. Very spacious. Good lighting and super friendly staff. Every evening they come by and light an inscense coil against the mosquitos and you get daily local fruits. Also loved the restaurant. The location is great.

The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable experience. The pool in the yard was a great spot to relax. Amazing location with the best staff. Rooms are amazingly clean and have everything you require. Occasional visit from the monkeys is a no e touch too as UBUD monkeys are very friendly

Our first time in Ubud and our stay at Tejaprana made our time so enjoyable. Amazing staffs!

Amazing Amazing staffs. It's rare to come across such staff members with a great sense of hospitality. Service was simply great!. We had a great Yoga session ( yes! it's complimentary and worth it). The location is perfect...away from Ubud's hustle-bustle. A nice little walk from the property will take you to some noteworthy Warungs and marts.

Our stay was breakfast inclusive- it was literally the same menu all throughout and they could have brought in some variants. Overall, a great stay but is it worth the money I paid for? Quite frankly, not so. It's not the hotel but it was my mistake as I booked a suite with a private room when the infiniti pool was a less than 100 meters away from us. We hardly used the private pool. I wish I did the following- 1. Should have booked a suite without a private pool. 2. Shouldn't have had a breakfast inclusive plan as it was repetitive. Ubud offers plenty of breakfast options and there is no dearth for options.

Best place in Ubud if you want relaxation

Very nice and friendly staff, really great location, the place where you want not just sleep over, but stay. Every evening staff brings fairy tales and anti mosquitoes thing - small but cute things that make you feel a valued guest. Nice personal garden with pool and stone bath and comfortable couch. Interesting authentic design of villa with very high ceiling - just amazing.

Facilities and furniture looks a bit outdated. Bad smell in wardrobes. Uncomfortable and old door to bathroom.

Beautiful but needs improvement for the price you pay

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We enjoyed the calmness in the hectic of Ubud. We booked the 2 bedroom vill with own swimming pool but the swimming pool was not very clean. The room downstairs was extremely humid and smelled. The dinner in the restaurant was also not wow. Breakfast and staff was great.

The privet swimming pool in the villa, the humid room and the door of the roomdown stairs slammed everytime as it closes by itself which was very annoying

The Spa was amazing, The service, the staff was super nice, very service oriented and on top of everything we loved the hotel!

We loved the room, the garden, breakfast was awesome, we loved that we were visited by the monkeys (only once unfortunately at the forrest view room). The bed and extra bed were very comfortable. The infinity pool was beautiful

Nothing was bad, if anything, the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t strong enogh, and since we couldn’t open the doors because of mosquitos and gekos, it was very humid and there was some smell in the toilet area

Perfect Balinese embrace.

The entire stay was seamless, the staff, the facilities, the room, everything was excellent. We enjoyed the private outdoor area of our room with monkey forest view. Excellent shower, beautifully appointed room. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent, highly recommend it and look forward to our stay.

The toilet cubicle had no door.

Perfect location: away from the noisy streets of Ubud, but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Beautiful small resort, with a very nice pool overlooking the jungle.

a quiet sanctuary in the hustle bustle of the Ubud centre

The property was very central but in saying that was still quiet with rainforest scenes everywhere you looked, the room was a great size, the staff were amazing and were wonderful in the service they provided, would try and accommodate any request no matter the size.
