Wonderful, friendly staff who accommodated every request. The room was more spacious than expected and the location was good - quite close by scooter to the town centre.

The breakfast was fine, but if you want really good breakfast, skip and go to Akaman across the road instead.

Beautiful peaceful stay in Ubud

Such a beautiful and peaceful hotel. The room was stunning, perfect combination of modern and bohemian. Such a comfortable bed! Location is perfect if you don’t want to be direct in the busy town centre, but only a short walk if you do. Beautiful views over looking the rice fields and so submerged in nature.

Everything, the property was beautiful and so were the staff

The breakfast wasn’t the best. We had read a lot of reviews about the breakfast being exceptional, and it wasn’t. A lot of bread heavy options, would have been great to have a nourish bowl with vegetables, or if the smoothie bowl contained granola and other things to make it a meal it would have been great

Amazing experience here !

Very nice place well located in a quiet environment. The staff was excellent during all the stay from the beginning until the check out ! The breakfast but also all the food in general was delicious and I really appreciated the taste ! I am very satisfied about the stay, special thanks to Juwita, Yunda and Cok Wulan for making my stay fabulous, I will definitely come back in the future if I am able to !

Fantastic hotel with incredible employees

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and beautiful. However, what really made this stay special, are the people working here - they are super proactive, flexible and make sure to to meet the guest's needs. Their friendly personas enlighten the whole atmosphere to the next level.

Loved our stay, and would definitely return in the future!

Room and the hotel were stunning! Extremely secluded, with only a handful of rooms main areas such as the pools and dining areas were never busy. Staff were incredibly helpful anytime we needed anything. Location was a short taxi away from attractions like the monkey forest and restaurants (but with one way streets, the length of some journeys were quite long - didn’t bother us as we weren’t leaving every day and wanted a relaxing break around the hotel). Food was delicious! Good range of breakfast options included, and a decent dinner menu too.

Doors were not completely sealed, so with the heavy rainfall it was leaking under the doors. Construction was taking place in the neighbouring property while we were there, so breakfast outdoors or trying to use the pool was very noisy - wish we had have been warned about this before, as it started at 8am each day we were there. There was no full door to separate the bathroom to the bedroom, with only a 3/4 length glass paneling separating the toilet from the space.

THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL

Close to ubud downtown.

I stayed at Suara Alam for two nights with my girlfriend. We had an allergic reaction to something used during the couples massage; the staff didn't help us resolve the issue; they abandoned us. We had to go to the hospital. After much persistence, they agreed not to charge us for the massages. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL. The rooms are tiny; once you open your bags, there's no room to move. The bathroom is open to the room, so there's no privacy. If someone gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, it wakes up the person sleeping because turning on the lights illuminates the entire room. Furthermore, in the room I stayed in, to get to one side of the bed, you had to climb over the other person. The bathroom is tiny, and there's not even room to hang two towels at once. The light fixtures are so low that you bump your head when moving around the room. The hotel invited us for dinner; after looking at the menu, we accepted. We ordered dinner after about half an hour; of the eight dishes on the menu, three were unavailable. So we had to order the only things they had: chicken and rice.

Great stay in a peaceful location

We stayed at Suara Alam Ubud for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a quiet, green area but still close to central Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a calm place to stay in Ubud.

Beautiful hotel, was made to feel very welcome. The staff were very attentive and organised us a driver for the day at short notice. We couldn’t fault the staff or facilities.

Doors of the suite are not sealed, so lizards come up easily inside. Bathroom and shower are outside so welcome mosquitos and the rest. Hotel not maintained, and there no life. Pools are too cold. Less dreamy than pictures

It doesn’t worth it.

The location was near to the most attractions and staff’s behavior was good.

The breakfast was terrible. We just had a few options and we should order one day in advance. It doesn’t really worth it. Before we come to this hotel we were in another hotel in Kuta with the same price( even a bit cheaper) you can not compare how much that one was better.

A relaxing oasis in the heart of Ubud.

We loved our stay at Suara Alam. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk into town or catch a quick taxi drive. We especially loved the chilled music playing on our room on arrival. Overall, a great experience.

The area was a lot smaller than expected and what the photos portrayed. Also, the front of the porperty does not do the hotel any favours- but when you get past reception it opens into a beautiful oasis

The staff made this hotel such a wonderful place and we could not be more impressed with their level of hospitality. The food available at the hotel was also excellent and the pools were fabulous. Very intimate stay at the Honeymoon Suite, private Jacuzzi was awesome

Hands down the best place I picked for my Bali trip. I had just informed them that it was my anniversary so they gave me the Honeymoon suite, which turned out to be exquisite and very intimate. Loved our stay, especially the private jacuzzi. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The best hotel and stuff in Ubud.

Definitely the most beautiful Hotel in Ubud. I just love everything. This is a new hotel, starting the building, the pools, the eating area, the rooms, and the furniture is soo immaculate. I’m very impressed. All here is same as on the pictures on booking. There are 3 pools and you have acces in all of these, the water in the pools is so pleasant. The sunbeds are so comfortable and they have some net beds. The rooms are so tidy, beautiful, I adore the design. The bed is comfortable. They clean the room amd change the towels every single day. Plus they bring you 2 bottles of still water. In the rooms there is a coffee maker, water kettle, hair dryer. They are offering slippers, bathrobes and a very cute bag with a hat and you can use it during the days you stay there. There are a lot of options for breakfast and all of these are so delicious plus you can choose coffee/tea,fresh juice. The stuff are so kind and respectful ,they always smiling. I will come back for sure!! 🤍

Not the hotels fault as it’s in the jungle but there was huge rats running across the roof of the room at night which kept us up most nights, only thing that was a disadvantage. Also the service charge & tax on everything is 21%
