I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suara Alam. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The facilities were excellent beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional care the staff showed when I became unwell. They immediately helped by calling a doctor for me and made sure I was looked after every step of the way. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to me during a difficult time. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the team at Suara Alam are some of the most attentive, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever met!! Juwita was so kind too. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Suara Alam for making my stay so special!

The property was very clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The food was delicious and fresh!

Everything — from the peaceful surroundings and beautiful room to the delicious breakfast and incredibly friendly staff — made the stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Ubud.

Staff were lovely and pretty views

Wasn’t the cleanest - would expect much better for the price especially the bathroom and statins on bedding, would expect better options for breakfast for price.
