Very nice hotel, quite very good the best things there are the staff. They are very friendly, a professional, and special things to Ms Nita in the restaurant was very helpful lady special thanks to the front office, ladies ( Ayu Sri , mei , Elvi , Dewi )

We had a wonderful stay at Metland Venya Ubud. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very well located, making it a great base for exploring Ubud. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the facilities and, above all, the friendly and attentive service.
A special mention to Nico, from the restaurant and breakfast team. He was incredibly nice, welcoming and always had a smile on his face. He really made our mornings even more enjoyable! 😊
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The staff were great. The food was reasonably priced.
The pool doesn’t look anything like the photos, the pool was not full to the top so it looked old and not at all like the photos. When house keeping did our room they made a dog out of a wet towel and left it on our bed which made our last stay there not so pleasant with a wet patch on the bed. Not sure if the towel they left on our bed was clean as it was very wet.
