Peaceful and relaxing

Sitala Suites is located about 10 - 15 min moped ride outside of Ubud centre in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We stayed in a top floor room that was most lovely. It was a nice size with a big bathroom, a comfy bed with surround mosquito net, a big bathroom, a fabulous view out over the rooftops to trees and volcano in the distance, clean, had a little bar fridge and cupboard for clothes. We had a little patio with table and chair on the the other side. It was a lovely room to relax in, breezy and peaceful, and we could hear the birds singing in the morning. We stayed a week and could easily have stayed another week. The family staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fresh, tasty and substantial breakfast every morning. There was a pleasant swimming pool to take a cooling dip in. I can highly recommend Sitala Suites.

A hidden peaceful gem with wonderful staff

The staff were very helpful and responsive , helping in any way they could and offering to drop me to my nearby conference . They were accommodating of any of my requests . Thankyou .! The rooms were v clean . I liked upstairs rooms better because there was a small fridge and I like height .. the downstairs rooms are still very good . Very peaceful location and excellent to visit pyramids of chi ..

The downstairs rooms were v mildly musty on bathroom due to dampness of climate . It was ok but I prefer dry environment and found upstairs bathroom to be completely fine . That is my only reservation about the property . Everything else was very good

Fantastic place to stay in Ubud

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Sitala Suite. The staff were so friendly and helpful and arranged our daytime trips as well as giving us recommendations for places to eat and help us book taxis or bikes if you wanted. The room was clean and comfortable and daily housekeeping.

There was no mini fridge but the air conditioner was very good so even our water didn’t get too warm.

Perfect

We had a great stay at Sitala. Wayan was very friendly and nice, he was available 24/7 and he was answering our messages in less than 1 minute. The rooms are really nice and quiet, the bathroom was amazing, I loved it. They have many options for the breakfast. We really felt like home. The location is just perfect, far from the noise and the crowd of Ubud center but close enough to reach it in 10 minutes by motorcycle. Thank you very much Wayan for making our stay so amazing. I am looking forward to come back to this place.

There was nothing that I did not like. Just the fact that I had to leave, I would have stayed there for months.

Totally nice family business, great for a stay in Ubud!!

It was a very warm welcome after the standard checkin time (due to delayed flight), but the host and its family try everything to help. We rent a very new scooter there with clean helmets for a fair price. Rooms are clean, bright and big, also the terrace is welcoming you to take a seat outside in the evening. For breakfast you can choose from different things and it is served at the terrace! We would stay there again 10/10 points for this lovely family business!!

Wonderful welcoming environment

The wonderful hospitality and welcoming feeling, the comfortable room, cleanliness, the gorgeous breakfasts plus the knowledge of Wayan for places to visit .. we had a wonderful time celebrating our 25 years of wedded bliss, thank you

The air conditioning plug on the wall may need some attention as it did affect the air conditioning working at times... we worked around that and it did not affect our stay but mainly to notify for maintenance reasons

Charming Guest House with wonderful staff

Wonderful staff greeted us at the driveway to Sitala Suite. This place is small and charming. It was absolutley perfect and close to Pyramids of Chi and the north section of Ubud. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and slept well. We had plans the next morning, so we weren't able to enjoy breakfast.

It's a bit tough to find as there is a new hotel that shares the same entrance and they have a large sign.

Oasis in wonderful Ubud

The hotel was small and charming. it gave a tropical experience as if you were surrounded by an oasis with the pool in the middle. The bedroom was nice and clean. the distance to ubud center was no problem if you have a scooter. There are laundry facilities just outside the hotel and it is possible to rent scooters. The hotel is located right next to a large hotel whose facilities you can use by buying something to eat or drink. there they have a great day club and good eating and drinking options. is recommended.

The bathroom we had was an outdoor bathroom, we can expect some ants and some insects. due to the humidity level, there was also some moss/greenery in the bathroom, but this is also understandable. There is no fridge in the room, but you can borrow the shared fridge in the shared kitchen. The communal kitchen is also not as clean as I had hoped.

Got woken up at 7 in the morning by loud construction works with people banging on metal rods right outside the window that went on until noon. Can't say it helps you get any rest whatsoever.

Chambre et établissement conforme à l’annonce, lit très confortable, belle décoration, le petit déjeuné servi sur la terrasse privée est très agréable. Petit Warung local à 5min à pied très bon et très pratique pour les repas du soirs.

Rentrer à 18h et trouver la salle de bain avec la lumière allumée et laissée ouverte sur la chambre. Salle de bain ouverte sur l’extérieur, donc moustiques…. Ça peut arriver mais on a juste pas trop apprécier la cohabitation avec les moustiques le temps d’arriver à s’en débarrasser!

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit von Wayan und selner Schwester war einzigartig herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause und sie unterstützen ihre Gäste in jeglicher Art. Fantastisch!!!! Auch das balinesiche Frühstück schmeckt mega lecker und immer ganz frisch zubereitet, einfach unglaublich lecker!!! Auch die Preise für Rollermiete und Rafting etc. waren sehr gut und teilweise günstiger als beim Veranstalter selbst. Etwas außerhalb von Ubud aber in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Scooter im Zentrum wenn man möchte.
