Nice location, quiet but not ok far from the center.
Entertainment during dinner. Not very appreciative for the artist and too loud to have a conversation over dinner.

I really like the staff here which is very friendly and care for every need, I also like their facility the two swimming pools are gorgeous and also the gym in a quite spot with greenery views outside very nice, also need to mention that the hotel provide the shuttle bus service to Ubud downtown which is very convenient, all of the above made our 5 days stay a perfect vacation, highly recommended!
The food quality and variety in the hotel need a bit uplifting.

The staff are awesome! You are greeted with a smile at every opportunity & nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect, a slice of paradise but within easy reach of Ubud centre! Free hotel shuttle! The food at Ely’s kitchen is excellent! The rooms are a great size & super comfortable! The pool area is great for cooling off & relaxation. We had 2 fabulous treatments at the onsite spa, the setting is wonderful with a waterfall right outside the window! The additional touches of afternoon tea, mini bar, fruit & nuts in our room all included in the price are a wonderful addition! This small scale boutique hotel is first class & feels like a family run hotel by people who really care! We will definitely return when next in Bali! I couldn’t list all of the staff names because each & every staff member made our stay perfect!

Loved the inclusive breakfast everyday with my reservation, I stayed in the villa & loved that as well. The pool was bigger than I thought, room was spacious, & the bathroom was beautiful. My bathroom was outside but with lots of space, very clean, & the bathtub was my favorite part! I requested a flower pool, decor, & flowers & loved everything! They made everything come out perfect & with my color theme.
I did stay another day & switch rooms to the unagi suite & loved that as well, but I’ll be staying in the villa only lol! Especially when it’s hotter, I stayed in November & there was rain of course so my flower pool didn’t stay pretty long, but in dry season it’s to die for :)

The villas are beautiful, the rooms are new, the bathroom is really njce. The pool is instagrammable, and the location is perfect. It’s close to most attractions in central Ubud. We will definitely return. The staff is 10/10.
We liked everything.

Nothing whatsoever.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was huge and really comfortable. The staff do everything possible to make you feel welcomed. The hotel is a bit far away from Ubud centre, but the shuttle service is really convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Ubud.
The breakfast could be better. The main courses are okay, but not amazing. Loved the little mung bean porridge they had on the first day - would be amazing to have something like that daily.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adiwana Unagi Suite in Ubud. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk did an amazing job—they made me feel like part of the family. I was welcomed with drinks, chocolates, and even a special bracelet, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The staff went above and beyond by upgrading my room to their best suite, which included a private swimming pool—it truly felt like a luxurious sanctuary. The suite itself was stunning, combining modern comfort with traditional Balinese charm. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved all the thoughtful touches throughout the room.
The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that I could order it anytime I wanted, making it so relaxing. They also offer a shuttle to the sightseeing areas, which made exploring Ubud so easy and convenient.
The serene atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind, and the overall hospitality was exceptional. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet tranquil stay in Ubud, with outstanding staff, beautiful suites, a private pool, and excellent amenities, I highly recommend Adiwana Unagi Suite. It truly feels like a slice of paradise in the heart of Bali.
Everything about my stay was perfect—couldn’t think of anything to improve

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The room was spacious, the gardens were beautiful, and the complimentary shuttle to Ubud town was very convenient. Grate massage!
There’s no gym on-site, but guests can access the sister hotel across the road, which has a great spa and a beautiful pool area.
The rooftop bar felt a bit unfinished and could have much more potential — it deserves some atmosphere and design touches to match the rest of the resort.

Good hotel with villas in Ubud.
Staff was very nice.
The location: very noisy and quite small hotel with a tiny pool.
The villas: are on the road side so very noisy. And offers the full experience of bathrooms outdoor (not for everyone).
The breakfast: a la carte menu with various choices but not very tasty.
4.0 / 10.0
Definitely not 5-star worthy.
We were disappointed and expected much more.
Pros:
• Nice hotel overall, especially the pool area.
• Appreciated the all-day breakfast option.
• Complimentary yoga class and instructors were good.
Food and drinks are very poor in quality and tasteless (coffee, cocktails, fruits all disappointing).
• Location is inconvenient – no sidewalk to Ubud, shuttle is infrequent, and traffic makes taxis a hassle.
• Staff is kind but inexperienced and unprofessional (our anniversary surprise was spoiled at check-in).
• Poor organization – e.g., we booked a yoga class with one instructor and ended up with another without being informed.

Outstanding service, spacious room and beautiful outdoor areas. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had great food. Outstanding breakfast.
Spa staff were a little inexperienced and a better massage can be had for much less in Bali; however the spa facilities were excellent.

Our stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very spacious with tasteful decoration, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was absolutely wonderful – beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. What impressed us the most was how spotless the room was, always kept perfectly clean and comfortable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made our experience even more special. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to others
It was a little expensive!!
Considering the cost, it would be a lovely touch if a short complimentary 1-hour massage could be included daily.

We had a one bedroom villa which was so lovely. The hotel grounds and bedrooms are decorated beautifully. We loved the food at the restaurant and by the main pool, which was also stunning.
The team were extremely accommodating. The shuttle to Ubud was helpful and the team did their best to help with any queries or recommendations. The spa is also stunning. The hotel overall is relaxing and very beautiful. There are a few places in walking distance and Ubud is very close.
We had one minor issue with noise which was rectified. Overall the property was calm and relaxing.

Our second time here was amazing again. Very nice jungle pool, kind staff, decent food options. Nice, spacious and clean room. Everyhing looks like they take care.
I’ve stayed at many places in Bali so far, but this one is my favorite balance of location, beauty, comfort, kindnes, food… The place is simple and amazing butique hotel. It give you immersive jungle experience and still very safe from wildlife (if you know what I mean).
No gym, although there is gym available in sister Adiwana hotel acceoss the street. It can be used for free, so this is not real minus but I would love if there was a gym within the hotel.

Absolutely out of this world - great staff, beautiful scenery. I felt fully taken care of here. The receptionist, Rika, went above and beyond for me. Not to mention the surprising upgrade I received upon arrival after a very long journey - it was absolutely the cherry on the top. Their juices are incredibly fresh and tasty as well.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, excluding the smoothie bowls, which were amazing.
The location is decently close to Ubud town and the nearby rice fields, but getting anywhere else is a pain due to traffic at all times.

Everything was perfect, especially the room. I have never stayed anywhere like it, the jungle shower was heaven!! The staff were extremely polite and were ready at your beck and call. Location is fantastic. Overall I had the best stay.

The best thing about the hotel is, of course, the staff - most of them are around 20 years old, all proactive and friendly. Special mention goes to a guy named Gede - an excellent guide for Ubud, as well as Balinese traditions and culture. Be sure to book this tour through the hotel.
Delicious à la carte breakfast is available until 11 PM, which is very convenient if you go somewhere early in the morning (like to watch the sunrise on Mt.Batur) and come back later - you can still have breakfast.
Tea and snacks are served on the terrace from 3 to 5 PM. Lunch and dinner from the menu are tasty and relatively affordable, and there’s a BBQ on Tuesdays. There’s live music almost every day and sometimes traditional dances. On Tuesdays, there’s also free yoga, and private classes are available for an extra fee.
The hotel’s location is great- just 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Ubud, yet in a quiet area. The hotel offers shuttle service to the town. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily, comfortable bed, and have everything you need. The balcony overlooks the garden and pool, and since it’s away from the roads, there’s no street noise, just the sound of birds.
The spa is decent, but the foot reflexology was a 6/10.
The hotel territory is small, with no real walking areas inside; outside is just a narrow street with no sidewalk, and it feels risky with passing motorbikes.
Also, when we checked in, we were given a room with one king size bed, even though we had specifically searched for and booked a twin room with two separate beds. The hotel offered an upgrade upon check-in, but that room also had just one bed, so we declined. We were moved to the correct room only after two days.

Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating , always happy and smiling. They will arrange a tour of Ubud for you, book a dinner in town for you, so on and on. The room we booked was vast and worth every penny.
Minor complaint but our room seemingly had an iron from 50 yrs ago. Very small, light, weak, and no steam. So if you have any linen to iron, you may not get the result you want.

We stayed in the One bedroom villa with the private pool for 4 nights and had such a wonderful experience!
Sharing a few inputs below incase anyone needs to refer before booking:
- The villa itself itself is quite large with a reasonably sized private pool.
- The bathroom was stunning, quite large with a bathtub placed in a space that looked like a private garden! Just gorgeous with a tropical feel! Loved it!
- The service was flawless to be honest. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Rika who was our butler.
- My daughter fell down and hurt her knee during one of our site seeing days. The hotel was able to arrange, betadine and some bandages very quickly which was very thoughtful and highly appreciated!.
- Food was truly excellent! We had some of the best poached eggs and French toast during our stay! Truly a feast for the senses!
- I found the veg options to be good! We didn't have any issues during our stay as the hotel was able to customize some dishes for us! (Veg pasta or pizza by removing the meat, etc)
- Spa was great as well. I enjoyed a very nice relaxing Balinese massage!
- The hotel is appx 2 kms away from the Ubud market. However the hotel has a free shuttle service every 2 hours that guests can use.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you have young kids, do book the one bedroom villa with the pool and you won't be disappointed!
Thank you Adiwana Unagi team! We had such a blissful stay!

Great location and vibe. Staff so friendly and couldn’t do enough.
Pool not very big and not too much sun but fine anyway as most people are out and about.

Gorgeous garden and surrounds, we love our forest view room. If you want to be away from the madding crowd in Ubud Center this place is ideal. Staff are young, excellent, so attentive, especially thank you gor Gede for his top hospitality!
Big steps to go through ( through lovely garden) if your room is way at the back. Not many choices of cafes and restaurants nearby, though they have shuttle to take you to the center of Ubud

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Adiwana Unagi in Ubud. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and it was such a beautiful hotel. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and we also enjoyed a massage in the spa which was very relaxing and a good price. The restaurant was nice and had lots of choice, you can also order breakfast to your room which was nice. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the roof terrace where there is also a happy hour as well as afternoon tea. There was a daily shuttle which ran into Ubud centre a few times each day so we went into the town a few times to try some other restaurants. The sister hotel restaurant opposite also looked very nice but didn’t get chance to try it here. We also organised a tour with the hotel where they took us to various spots such as the rice terrace, coffee plantation, temple and waterfall. We also separately visited the monkey forest which was a short walk through the town of Ubud. We would highly recommend staying in this hotel - the rooms were spacious and clean and the outdoor bathroom and bath tub were a great feature. We would love to come again in the future to experience the kind hospitality of the staff. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our first visit to Bali, and it was an overwhelmingly pleasant introduction to the island. From the rooms to the amenities to the staff, everything about our stay was exceptional.
Arrival and First Impressions
Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the hotel's cleanliness and meticulous maintenance. The lush surroundings and well-tended pathways created a welcoming tropical ambiance that was evident throughout the property—from the spa to the restaurant.
Rooms and Amenities
Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, integrating the natural beauty of Ubud with modern comforts. The pool area view offers a refreshing escape in the heart of the jungle.
Exceptional Service
What truly set this hotel apart was the exemplary service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay balanced relaxation with exploration. They were not only accommodating but also incredibly proactive in helping us plan and arrange tours around Ubud. Gede, along with the rest of the team, showed an impressive level of hospitality that made us feel like family. Their positive energy and readiness to assist with any request—from the simplest to the more complex—were genuinely heartwarming. Everyone was very welcoming and respectful.
Dining and Spa
The included breakfast was thoughtfully curated and individually prepared, which we appreciated as it minimized waste and personalized our morning experience. The days we had early morning tours, they so kindly prepared takeaway boxes for us. The spa deserves a special mention; this was our first stop post a long flight, and the massage therapists were exceptional. Their expertise in delivering a relaxing full-body massage was exactly what we needed to start our vacation right.

We stayed for 3 nights, we wished we stayed longer. Helpful and smiley staff, amazing rooms with nice view, pool and lounge bar with beauriful scenery. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We also tried massage in the spa, it's a must.
