Casa Art Ubud

I loved my stay so much that I extended it. I feel so incredibly safe, the staff are so supportive and genuinely you feel secure around them. It is clean, it is gorgeous and I like the ala carte breakfast as less food goes to waste this way. 100% the most safe I’ve felt in my 2 months stay in Bali till now. Also, next to hotel is a family small local grocery store where sweet and kind locals sit with their dog Keemu. The dog has two broken legs and is the most sweetest baby in the world. She and the locals have made me feel like it’s my own home and neighborhood. Such sweetness! Thank you Casa team.

25 miniutes walk from the centre of Ubud Large rooms, ours was particularly clean. We were offered welcome drink The staff are super nice and very helpful, they cleaned our room on a daily basis, changed the towels, no worries for us. They also provided laundry services off site for a decent price. The pool area was nice, the water was clean. The choice of 3 different breakfast meals every day is a very nice touch and the breakfast itself was tasty. Location wise, there are a lot of other restaurants in the area, within walking distance, if you don't fancy a trip downtown.

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es perfecta. Ducha muy amplia y cama muy cómoda. Me ha encantado.

- Clean, well presented hotel - Nice staff - Checkout time is actually 11am not 10am, this was a nice surprise

- Annoying check-in process. I arrived after 23:00 and was exhausted from a long day of travelling, I was made to fill in a sheet of my personal details;, and then fill in another sheet selecting my breakfast and specify a time I would attend. Ridiculous… - My room wasn’t great. I had basically no natural light in the room as the only window was internal. If I knew this I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. The shower head was faulty and I struggled to have a pleasant shower, and because it’s not a separate room the bedroom floor gets wet easily when you use it. - Breakfast was poor. I ordered the pancakes and thought they would be fresh, but they were just small ones from a packet. It made the fact I had to select my breakfast the evening before even more ridiculous… I took one bite of the pancake and left them, this actually really annoyed me as I have wasting food!
