We had such a relaxing time at B-Saya, would definitely stay here again

B-Saya is so peaceful, overlooking rice fields, we loved watching the ducks every afternoon splashing around in the water! We chose the half board option which included breakfast and dinner, this was great value and the included evening meals were amazing. Although the location is a little way off the main road, there is a regular shuttle down the road and if the times aren’t convenient it was easy and cheap enough to catch a Gojek

This Villa I booked thought booking.com best on review but It never makes me disappointed as I picked the right Villa, The staffs were so friendly and with Theo smiles especially Greg, he was amazing and. Helpful.. the foods was amazing .. we stayed there and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there .. the coffee fantastic and the service was so good .. My villa close to the pool and can see the rice fields and very relaxing and quiet place .. and the Villa provided the transport don to the town (market) as well.. the Manager Rudi was a very friendly and nice 😊 person.. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

Perfect location, amazing rooms, super supportive staff!

Bathrooms could be a little more upgraded but were excellent for the most part.

Great location, lovely staff, but rooms need a proper facelift.

The staff here were amazing, super attentive and made the stay more enjoyable. The location was great too, a short drive into the centre and the hotel also has a shuttle service. Lovely pool area area and seating too.

Stayed in guest house 1 - garden view. The room was not clean enough, sheets were unclean stained with blood, had to request they were changed - which they did, but not much better. Floors weren't clean. Bathroom didn't feel clean, floors sticky, sink area black mould, little insects getting through gaps in windows and doors, toilet seat needed changing years ago. No hot water in the shower for the duration of my stay, lukewarm at best. The staff made the stay, but I never truly felt relaxed in this room. Never walked in it barefoot.

Lovely hotel at an amazing price

The property was lovely, just as the pictures taken. The pool was lovely to be around and never very busy. The staff were incredible!!

The rooms weren’t soundproof and you could hear people in the other rooms very clearly!

Amazing staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the views from the pool were very nice. Cleaning was acceptable but could be better. The room was nice and well conserved.

Location is not bad, but not in the city center. Breakfast can be improved and the prices in the restaurant were bit high.

Amazing place with relaxing atmosphere still very close and easy accessible to the Ubud city center. We were welcomed with refreshing towels and complimentary drinks. Stuff is the sweetest! Pool area with amazing view and very relaxing! Truly recommend this place. For that money it was amazing experience! I wish I could have stayed longer.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The view is incredibile and the pool is simply perfect! The breakfast, omg, so much good food! The rooms are really comfy and clean! But the best part is the staff, amazing people, so polite, so helpful, smiling, funny.. just great people!

My stay at B Saya Villas was awesome ! The staff is so kind, the villa was so nice and well decorated. The garden, the pool, the rice terrace and the breakfast buffet is a real plus. I would recommend highly! Thank you for everything, I would stay here again if I return to Ubud. Suksma gati 🙏

We enjoyed this place

Lovely personal. The breakfast was great, it is buffet + main dish (one of 8). The pool was pretty warm and clean. There is a transfer to Ubud center and back once in two hours. The view is nice.

There is a traffic on the road in the morning, didn't bother us a lot actually. The fridge in the room was working 24/7 loudly, so we turned it off every evening.

The view of the trees and fields from the hotel. The gorgeous sunny evenings on a comfy lounger by the pool, and the size of our Villa was great.

Fantastic Stay!

The staff were the highlight for us, they were just so friendly and helpful and really made our stay so comfortable. We also took yoga class in the morning with Lisa. She is a great yoga teacher and we would highly recommend her. The food was great, for breakfast we love the fruit bowl and they also add a little something extra to the breakfast each morning by way of a little starter which is a nice treat. The facilities were great,the pool is big for swimming and overlooking the Paddy fields, the view is fantastic. Our room was beautiful,cleaned every day and the shower had warm water each day. This hotel is in a lovely quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre,yet you can walk into town or get the shuttle bus. We would very much recommend staying here if this is the type of holiday you like. Thank you, Karen and Ed

Great property until the rain came and almost flooded out our rooms but it doesn’t always rain that heavy so you put up with it for a couple of days. Pool area was great and breakfast included in the price was great

The view was nice and the bed was comfortable. Norman was very helpful and was kind enough to move us to a room with a better view, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we are thankful to the staff who looked after us.

You can see the effects of the pandemic on this place as it still needs some work, but it’s seems they have done their best to try and get it ready to re-open. A few suggestions would be to tend to gardens a bit more, mowing the grass and pulling the weeds would go a long way. A lot of the furniture and cushions need replacing or cleaning. The music playing throughout the property from 7am-11pm was pretty disturbing to the natural peace and tranquility, especially since it was the same (pop music and piano ballads) songs on repeat. Maybe some soft traditional Balinese music might be better suited to the setting. When we asked if they could turn the music down a little because we could hear it in our room they did. 👍🏽
