Kubu Rama Ubud Cottage

The staff where just amazing, they where helpful and nothing was a problem. when we arrived our room was upstairs and we are disabled, but within a few minutes where where moved to a ground floor room. the whole hotel/cottages was just amazing. the pool was lovely and everything was spotless. We met the owner and he was so kind.

Nothing Really apart from the work down the steps with large suitcases. but what was handled by the team swiftly as soon as they saw us arriving.

The cottage complex and the room furnishings were very tasteful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at 5 PM was no problem.

Two really minor points could have been better. The butter at breakfast was always frozen and not spreadable. The solid armchairs on the terrace/balcony had no seat cushions.

Everything was exceptional. Starting from the location, the facilities, the staff. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, you have everything you need inside. The room has a nice view of the pool and the surroundings, we stayed upstairs. We had breakfast and the food was very good as well, quickly prepared. The staff is extremely friendly, they helped us with everything that we needed, just by a simply text on WhatsApp. They have a pool where you can relax, everything feels cozy, peaceful, a place where you can enjoy your privacy. The area is very nice and close to the center, you have everything you need around, 24h open market, restaurants. (Very good restaurant right across the location as well). Very good price for the whole stay! I enjoyed staying here and definitely would recommend it.

Nothing to complain.

Location was good, all popular places in Ubud not so far by motorbike or by taxi. Also I like that the hotel(cottage) has not so many room. It makes this place very quiet and comfortable to stay.

Room kinda look older compare with pictures. In the room we didn’t have dental kit,slippers and phone. It would be better if we had more choice for breakfast.
