Bije Suite Villa Ubud

Private , away from noise , set in beautiful gardens , very helpful, lovely staff

Very peaceful and large room to stay, with good pool. Lots of green plants around. Nice to relax. Close to coffee shops and marts for convenience

The location of the villa is good, easy to reach the town centre (if you have scooter), close to several good restaurants, and 24-hour groceries shop. The staff was great, always happy to help and make you feel at home. The breakfast menu is good, it has variety of options. We tried several of them and they were all great and delicious. We got the villa with private pool. It was spacious, well equipped and quiet.

The only thing that we did not like was the open type of bathroom. Indeed it brings you a bit closer to the nature which is part of Ubud, however during our 4 nights stay we killed more than 20 huge cockroaches. Also the villa itself has huge sliding doors leading to the private pool and the jungle view, however when closed, the doors leave 1 cm gap that remains open. As a result of that we had a small lizard in our room for 2 nights before the staff managed to remove it. We understand that this is part of the nature but after all it is not very comfortable to have cockroaches in your feet while taking a shower and a lizard on the wall right above our heads while sleeping.

Property was beautiful and not too far out. Staff was friendly.

Room wasnt very clean, bathroom setup is just a mess and basic things like the curtains and netting over bed was really not up to standard which then made me worry about cleanliness in general. The bathroom sink leaked over everything, when we swam the hole room was wet as no barrier between room and pool.
