The room met our expectations, and the pool was clean and well maintained. Even after a heavy downpour, the team quickly cleaned the pool and made it ready for use, which was impressive.
The staff were very helpful in arranging rentals and cabs whenever needed. We had to skip breakfast due to an early morning trek, but they were kind enough to provide it later in the evening when we returned—this was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place.
The breakfast options could be improved, as there are only five choices available and each person is limited to selecting just one. While it may be sufficient for a light morning meal, more variety would be appreciated.
We also noticed a cockroach in the bathtub. Additionally, since it is a wooden suite, there was a persistent frog noise from the rooftop, which was somewhat disturbing and needs attention.
Overall, it was a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved based on our experience.

Super luxury stay . Family kid friendly . The stuff are super helpful . It’s near ubud center with grab you can easily reach with 3 mint and they have shuttle service with timetable .
Pool is clean and room service every day is good .
There is small Ant which you have to accept as its nature friendly villa . Close your room door so you won’t get anything inside .

This is a nice property in terms of the closeness to Ubud center, and they have a free shuttle service which is great. The beds were big enough to accommodate 1 adult and 2 kids. staff is nice and sweet.
The room my family got was the first one from the street #105 and we could hear all the traffic noises from the main street. Moreover, on day 2 there was road work going on for the whole night due to which I couldn't sleep the whole night. We didn't had a prior info about, I would have appreciated a heads up. There were mosquitos in the room due to which my family had trouble falling asleep though mosquito nets were provioded.
