Not worth the price

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is great. Hotel is beautiful and looks pretty neat.

Rooms are not accessible, lots of stairs (thankfully the staff helped carry the bags). The shuttle runs very few times, you need to Grab or have your own vehicle. Breakfast was very average. Rooms are somehow connected through the ceiling, you can clearly hear the people next door.

Very nice boutique hotel not far away from the center of Ubud

Great pool, very attentive and friendly staff, comfortable beds in spacious rooms, sufficiently diverse breakfasts. A shuttle a few times a day to Ubud downtown is a nice service. WiFi adequately strong (depending on the distance from the room to the reception area).

A lot of stairs to manage, so not necessarily the best option for seniors or people with reduced mobility. Rooms are not adequately soundproof, but it is the problem of noisy neighbours, not the hotel's fault.

Most relaxing resort we have stayed in for a long time.

All staff were so welcoming and attentive. The Villa with the infinity pool was breathtaking. Breakfast was exceptional and the whole resort was magical.

Relaxing, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

The Sakti Garden Resort and spa was such a peaceful, tranquil resort. It was like being in the middle of a tropical rainforest with all of the highest quality amenities. The staff were absolutely outstanding, so kind and welcoming. The pool was beautifully maintained and the restaurant and bar were excellent quality! Also, the shuttle bus to and from Ubud Centre was an excellent added addition allowing travel in and out of the city with ease.

Exceptional Stay – We Will Always Come Back

This is our second time staying at Sakti Garden Resort & Spa, and once again, everything has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, all the staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, you truly feel welcomed and looked after at every moment. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, which is impressive, and we always had fresh fruit in our room, a lovely and thoughtful touch. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. The restaurant is outstanding, the food is exceptional, and the breakfast is diverse, delicious, and suitable for all tastes. Every meal was a pleasure. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful and magical. The gardens are beautiful, lush, and perfectly maintained. There is a dedicated space for morning yoga, and a variety of activities included, which adds so much value to the experience. We also enjoyed the spa and massage, which were impeccably clean and of very high quality. The massage itself was professional, relaxing, and extremely well done. The rooms are large and spacious, with an immense bathroom, a bathtub, separate showers, and a beautiful view that completes the feeling of comfort and serenity. Honestly, everything you could possibly need is here. This place is truly special, and we will always return here with great joy. Highly, highly recommended.

Great place to stay.

Awesome place and friendly people. Love the walkways between the rooms. Food was amazing with the best breakfast ever! Lots of choices. Shuttle helped us to get to the centre of UBUD and back.

Beds were a bit hard for us. UBUD just too far for walking, but they have a shuttle service.

Comfortable, secure, and reliable.

The manager gave us some light food and snacks, considering my health issue. He also gave my little daughter a toy when we left there. Their hospitality and kindness were beyond our expectations and we were truly grateful for their service.

Excellent!

It’s a fabulous property with gardens that screen the rooms from each other and give great privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are all the areas of the hotel, the pool is a fabulous place to relax. The breakfast is a real treat and the staff are all unbelievably welcoming, friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay, relax and have an adventure in Ubud.

Amazing place to unwind....

Excellent stay at this hotel! Our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly caring, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Their respectful and kind approach made all the difference. We felt truly special and wonderfully taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was handled with such thoughtfulness that it left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be returning and we already find ourselves missing this beautiful place and its amazing team. A very special mention goes to Pragata, Anna and the chef. We really appreciated their dedication and the personal touch they brought to every moment.

Peaceful, welcoming lush garden of relaxation

I had a truly lovely stay at Sakti Garden. It’s tucked away just enough from the busy center of Ubud to feel peaceful, but still close enough to walk or grab a quick ride into town. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay, especially the manager, who even gave me a thoughtful handmade gift when I left. It’s a small, personal touch that really stood out. The pool is a highlight: surrounded by a lush garden and quiet atmosphere, it felt surreal to unwind there, especially in the early mornings or at sunset. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need without being overdone. And the breakfast setup includes a great selection of Indonesian coffees, a really nice detail for coffee lovers. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming place with greenery, comfort, and local flavor, I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

My stay was enjoyable, early morning walks , using the resorts facilities .

I liked the quietness of the room and the area. The pool area was gorgeous!! The set menu is a great idea, with a choice of 2 or 3 courses, although a little boring after 5 days.

Nothing I didn’t like. Suggestion would be to have the shuttle service run a little more frequently particularly in the morning. Maybe 10 & 12.

Hospitality

We chose this hotel for the best between calm and proximity to ubud center and we were happy with our choice. It is a wonderful experience to stay at the sakti garden, the service and the staff are excepional, we got a room upgrade to a beautiful suite with a rice field and natural balcony view. The room 404 was comfortable spacious and calm. The breakfast was really good and the Loji's in restaurant was a wondeful surprise to us with its diverse menu and indonesian specialties ( be pasih bumbu bali and the chocolate volano) the prices are correct . We also recommand the balinese masssage, time will flyby so I recommand taking the 90mn massage, its worh it.

Stunning and relaxing jungle resort

Our stay at Sakti Garden Resort was incredible thanks to the amazing staff, their attention to detail and friendliness made our stay, right from the welcome drink, to helping us plan our stay and holding our bags for the last day. The resort itself was stunning, the rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and the pool was like swimming in a jungle river. The location: Outside the hustle and bustle of the city center made it perfect for our stay, jungle views and peaceful. There was a regular complimentary shuttle bus to the center The pool: beautiful pool with lots of greenery surrounding it and a swim up bar with attentive bartender's, the juices and drinks were very fresh and tasty The spa: one of the best massages we had on our trip, the spa area was beautiful and relaxing The restaurant: breakfast was a treat each morning with good quality pastries and fresh buffet style, with an egg and coffee station. We had a lunch at the hotel and the food was very delicious

Luxurious, attentive and very relaxing!

The rooms are really spacious, the balcony is lovely also. Small things like letting you have the first few drinks in the mini fridge free are nice gestures. We were also celebrating our engagement and the resort organised a free 45min Balinese massage for us which was incredible! The walk to our room was also beautiful surrounded by jungle.

The pool was possibly a little too cold and didn’t get too much sun but this is only a very minor inconvenience.

A Tropical Oasis and the most amazing staff

We loved the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome. They are the most wonderful and gorgeous smiley humans who are very outgoing. They treated us like royalty and were extra loving with our babies. This was a real treat for us. Our 5 nights were perfect. The resort is stunning. The food is divine The pool was a treat The resort is secure and the staff are professionals. The shuttle service to town was a treat.

We travelled with twin one year olds and would have loved a small play area for our kids. There’s plenty of surplus space below the lobby. We also love sunbathing. The pool is carved into the hill and a beautiful tree canopy does limit the areas to capture sun. This place is truly amazing

A fantastic place where you can relax perfectly and feel the atmosphere of Bali!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a perfect place to relax. The entire resort is clean and well-maintained, surrounded by a magnificent garden. The garden is beautiful, making you feel like you're in the jungle, surrounded by a relaxed atmosphere. There's a beautiful swimming pool in the garden. Breakfasts are very good and varied with a variety of coffees, drinks, fruits, and hot dishes. Dinners at the hotel are also highly recommended. The staff are wonderful, friendly, very helpful and attentive to every detail. They make this hotel a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are large and very well-appointed in Balinese style with a small balcony where you can listen to the sounds of the many animals in the late evening. When you enter the lobby you can already feel the wonderful atmosphere of this resort with beautiful Balinese music in the background. This is a place worth spending time. I recommend it!

Ubud best resort :)

Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, both breakfast & dinner. At dinner we had 2 courses : main meal and dessert, we had to choose bethween 6-7 options. The room is very big and we had view to the rice field. The pool is nice and the water refreshing, our boy liked a lot. It is really amazing small hotel resort with a great price. I love to make photos of food :)

Beautiful setting in quiet area outside of town with wonderful staff

Quiet location in jungle setting outside of town but very quick to get a taxi into the centre. Staff absolutely lovely.

The jungle setting means it is a little dark and the pool area never really gets the sun . due to the weather, the rooms smell quite damp but hard to air them I’m sure. Ubud itself is just incredibly busy rapidly losing the charm that it had but nothing to do with the property itself.

What a lovely stay! We got upgraded!! Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, the massage there is a must, complimentary yoga on Tue and Fri (instructor is local and a star!), the staff so so friendly… super nice gift on check out 🩷 We could not find all flaw and we already miss it!
