Room was rather spacious with strong aircon. Liked that there were two sinks. Pool was clean but cold and there were a lot of bugs since it was outdoors. Service staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was calming and quiet. Breakfast was not bad.
Room felt old, had a slight smell and there were spiders, mosquitos and lizards. Would be great if the room came furnished with mosquito repellant. Mini fridge leaked and the bathtub was clogged and had issues draining. Although the response time in fixing the issues was great, very unfortunate that these incidents even occured in the first place. Bottles of water provided were not consistent across the days.

Breakfast was good.
Looking at the pictures of the resort, we got deceived thinking that there will be great view from window. This is more of the closed room with no view. Phone charging was difficult with only one power outlet.
