Honai Resort

The place is really beautiful. It’s really one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever seen. The spa is amazing. The kitchen also very good. Staff súper nice!

There were some details in the room: dirty walls, a shower that did not work, details like that (see pics)

The Stuff was kind and helpful always smiling and their dresses were very pretty. You really had the feeling that they are trying their best. Bathroom looked very nice and the bathtub is really appreciated

No yoga due to ceremony, the bathroom was a bit smelly when sitting at the toilet and looking at the silicon sealant it did not look very welcoming, also looking at the price they usually charge, in no way - compared to other facilities this price would be reasonable to pay. The stuff however needs to improve their standard procedures as those are sometimes a bit affronted, like how they are telling you to wait while checking the room, you get a welcome drink which is not properly announced and in the hassle - these are minor things but if you expect a guest to pay that amount of money these should be updated. Also it was not possible during my three days stay to do laundry which also is actually unacceptable and being waved off to a local laundry which ofcourse is a good alternative but if you pay this amount of money and have high standards you should be coming up with solutions and do it for the client not the client himself. 16 degrees ac in the room is also way to cold. Shower drain is not well as the water flows to the other side where you will have wet feet when using the toilet.

My applaud to April (the apprentice at the counter). Her work quality is authentic. She briefed we well and with clarity all the facilities provided, and even she ignite my interest why their facilities and features matter. It is a top notch quality. The room and the toilet was tranquil and ecstatic. The shared swimming pool was just outside! Theres a free yoga class! The breakfast is amazing. They even provide me breakfast takeaway at 7.30am after my checkout. The daily breakfast was scheduled 8am every morning. It is a serious quality beyond expectation. Kudos to management. It was an honor to have an amzing experience.

Seriously I dont seem to have any negative feedback at all. I seriously cannot find it. Seems flawless during my stay. Not being exaggerated at all.

Sometimes the towel smells bad . There was a spot on the sheet . The big dish in the bathroom wasn’t working. The location wasn’t very close to the center .
