Wonderful hotel near Ubud. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the breakfast fantastic. An amazing experience.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful location, with a stunning valley view from the room. The spa and massage are definitely worth trying and well worth the price. The food has improved noticeably since our last visit, with a good variety of delicious options.

Nothing I disliked, but keep in mind that ride-hailing and delivery apps cannot enter the hotel area, so you may have to walk a short distance, even with luggage.

Everything. Exceptionally clean, kind staff, nice food, never can have better stay. great value for money!!

A little pricey room amenities like water

The breakfast was alcarte freshly cooked. Plentiful and really delicious. We also had boxed breakfast one day as we had to leave at 4am and they catered for this. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had a private pool but unfortunately we couldn’t use as the water was pretty cold. There was a nice cool breeze and their sun-kissed pool bar provided really refreshing drinks and poolside bites. After a long day, we enjoyed sitting there and cooling down before heading to our rooms. Dinner at the Belantara restaurant was so amazing. We tried different dishes on each of the 2 days we stayed there and it was amazing. We also saw the Balinese cultural dance on one of the nights. The staff were very friendly and always there to help you.

The location is bit isolated and nothing much around there. The Ubud central is bit far, and the taxi bit hesitant to come there because of the roadwork. As soon as you enter the room there was this smell but went away after a while. Otherwise an excellent place
