Fantastic, would stay again

HUGE bed, room space, ac, pool, balcony, breakfast, toilet facilities, everything was amazing for us. We absolutely loved it here. Location too, a bit away from the bush centre but with a shuttle available if you need.

Shower didn't have enough pressure and balcony space limited, but that's being really picky, we still loved it

Not great!!!

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good

Unfortunately one of our family members could not use there room as the smell of mould was so bad, also the bathroom extractor fan fell from the ceiling in my daughters room! Thankfully just missing her, they also did not provide new bottled water they tried to just refill the bottles! This was rectified when we raised this issue, the location was tropical but to far from the centre although they did have a shuttle, I would recommend this hotel!!!

Passable

The manager and some staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus into ubud very flexible. The aircon worked well. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were secure.. the vegetarian food was good.

Many staff did not speak English and were not trained. The pool was not cleaned and the ladder access broken. The property generally looked uncared for, probably a lack of money and poorly trained staff. The plumbing was pretty bad with really bad smells coaming from the shower drain. The worst was the use of unsealed water bottles to provide drinking w as ter to guests. I observed the shuttle returning with three large water bottles open at the top. One was placed in the reception area when I was there.. the room was huge but poor fitted.

Will go again to this property

Quiet area, but courtesy buggy when needed going to convenient locations, breakfast although modest was good value and interesting. Vego or vegan but resto’s everywhere for meat if wanted. Staff but especially Andy to be commended as this modest little property was so hospitable. Traditional Balinese property. Lovely.

Rooms and accommodation is good worth the price. Staffs and services was so bad. You’ll regret staying there. They were doing pickup and drop to the Ubud center which is useful though.

the money value was okay. the rooms are big but..

the property in total is very old and need some fresh up. the rooms are thirty, especially the bathroom. the food was okay, but nothing special. the staff barely speaks english. we decided to leave after one day.

Great place to stay

The room was great, clean with a massive bed. Andy was so welcoming and helpful. Would recommend.

The only downside is it being within walking distance to Ubud centre, but with a motorbike it’s a short drive, and they have a shuttle bus.

Nice, but not my usual type of place

The room decor is nice, there’s a net on the bed, the restaurant for breakfast is nice as it’s upstairs with a view. The staff were friendly and the menu is fafully vegan/vegetarian for those interested in it. The room had a view of both the pool and the rice terrace, with a balcony so we could watch sunsets.

There was no phone in the room, they didn’t always refill the wat on the room or give body shoal, we only had shampoo. The room entrance was at the back which was fine, but there were no lights on those stairs so you couldn’t always see where you were going.

Place is nice, bf and coffee are pretty good, stuff is friendly, it’s quiet at night and has a great volcano view in the morning from the balcony.

It was nest of some flying insects like ants in my and my kids room, which was pretty annoying during night.

Perfect stay

-clean -friendly -great breakfast -free shuttle to town -the biggest bed I’ve ever seen We’ve stayed for 2 nights and loved the vibe. Traveled with a 10 month old and the staff were happy playing with her. The pool was clean and refreshing. You can choose your breakfast option (e.g. healthy, American etc.). I had the scrambled eggs with fresh juice and a fruit platter. My husband had the smoothie bowl and was happy as well. The coffee looked a bit different but was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

FANTASTIC!

The amazing, welcoming and friendly staff - especially Andi who went out of his way to assist me with tours and any other queries/requests that I had. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness top notch. Room size bigger than expected. Free shuttle drop off and pick up to Ubud Centre. Good WiFi connection. Beautiful natural environment.

No telephone in room to dial front desk...however, I was able to send WhatsApp messages to Andi and always received prompt replies and excellent service!

commute to Ubud was a bit troublesome at times. There are regular free shuttles operate from the hotel to Ubud(by the hotel) which we've used during our stay.

Ruhige Lage,super Pool,leckeres Frühstück. Nahe am Stadtzentrum aber halbe Weltreise um hinzukommen.

Den Kindern hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen, eine Leiter (obwohl nicht tief) wäre trotzdem vom Vorteil gewesen. Die Zimmer waren äußerst groß, da haben wir gut drinnen tanzen können. Die Schaukeln im Essbereich draußen und Überdacht waren auchsehr gern und oft genutzt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Man hat gut mit ihnen auf Englisch kommunizieren können. Sehr ruhige Lage. Frühstück lecker, nach ein Paar Tagen eintönig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, aber da in Ubud der Verehr absoluter Chaos ist, hat man immer ewig gebraucht um in die Stadt zu kommen und man hat oft keine Lust mehr. Shuttle Service für den Transfer ins Stadtzentrum ist ein willkommener Bonus, man muss allerdings auch Geduld haben, und generell etwas Zeit einplanen um irgendwohin (mit dem Auto/Taxu) zu gelangen.
