Amazing rooms, really traditional and it made the stay in Ubud feel just right. Quiet and staff were lovely.

The grounds look just like the pictures. We had a Royal Villa and it was pretty.
The let down was comfort. Mattress, linens, pillows, and towels were all poor quality as was the soap and shampoo. Sometimes no pool towels and when they did, they were tiny and mismatched. It’s hard to enjoy a pool day sitting on hot vinyl loungers with tiny or no towels.
