Joglo Organik Ubud

Amazing place, I could talk for hours about how great we were treated here. We got a very late check-in, about 2:30 a.m., but we were warmly welcomed. Cars can't reach the accommodation, only scooters, so the guys from Joglo came and took us and our luggage from the car. You can ask for scooter rides to the main road or from the main road to the villa anytime, but we preferred walking as much as we could, as the path is incredibly beautiful and has lots of restaurants, warungs, shops and massage spas (SRI Bali spa is the best one). The room was decorated with flowers because they knew it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was very good, and they had some good choices for lunch and dinner at their restaurant. All the staff were sooo helpful, always smiling, always asking how your day was and if you needed anything. Anything we asked of them, they resolved - helping with some bookings of adventures, renting scooters, laundry, airport transfers etc. We communicated a lot via WhatsApp; they answered very fast and on point. Miss the place already; if we ever come back to Bali, we will definitely come back here.

The only problem we had was with the hot water in the shower, as it was on and off; you had to stop and turn it on again. Also, the tub is huge, and it takes forever to fill it with water, but then again, we didn't use the tub.

One of the best places I have stayed. The people are amazing, the views, the restaurant, rooms and all the complimentary services. If I visit Ubud again, I would choose it immediately.

If you are not comfortable driving the motorbike, it can be tricky to reach, but they come and pick you up if you ask for it!

Great location in quiet area, lots of nature but be prepared for hairy scooter ride to get anywhere!

Tiny shared pool, impossible to enjoy. We didn’t have Villa with pool, just a room overlooking rice paddy fields. Definitely felt a lot less luxurious than in photos and pool was tiny. Didn’t enjoy meals either.
