Favorite stay in ubud

Mamora is my favorite stay in Ubud - I come back time after time over the years for their impeccable service , hospitality , clean rooms with high ceilings and comfortable cosy fluffy beds - calm location outside the city center still close enough - there is a gym is walking distance and a amazing cafe / restaurant around the corner too - any problem I have , they always there to support me - I recommend Mamora

Location : far from Ubud centre, road/ path is currently a worksite Privacy: our balcony/ window was directly across from a window of a house, could not get changed/ have privacy with curtains open - in the dark with curtains closed Villa vs hotel room: under the impression we had booked a villa; but was a hotel room Pool: pool in images although pools only for villas (see above)

The staff at Mamora Villas really make it worth the stay :) they are so friendly and welcoming

It was a stylish modern hotel that was beautifully decorated. We didn’t hear much noise from other guests or from outside when we were in our room. It was far enough out of town that it wasn’t too busy but close enough by bike.

Our room was facing construction works. It is not walkable distance from almost anything. A bit noisy during the morning given the windows don’t shut completely.

Do not stay at this place.

Decent size beds and rooms.

Lots of things but worst one was health concerns for kids and family 1. On arrival, noticed broken concrete at the entrance so car can’t enter the premises 2 lot of open gutters with broken areas exposing dirty water and attracting bugs and mosquitoes 3 staff was surprised when we mentioned about checking in, took few minutes for him to find out the booking details. Staff was polite but definitely inexperienced to handle anything. 4. We ordered Vegetarian breakfast, but terrible quality of food. Fruit platter was off, burnt and hard toast, everything was inedible. 5. Rooms and property was big but definitely had own issues, after staying one night we had to vacate, group of 3 families. Kids and adults developed bad rash, swollen and itchy skins, no help from staff when we requested to checkout early, kept on saying that you have booked from booking. Com so you have to contact them, we are not able to help you. Booking.com customer service is terrible too, no reply till now since we messaged them informing of health hazard. We checked out early and definitely would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. Very poor management at the property. They could see the kids and adults with health concerns but no help at all.

Bad location with health risk

The villa was really good and comfortable

I had to vacate the villa due to a health hazard. The property has open gutters outside the property without any cover and also has a lot of mosquitoes with other small insects. The reception also has mosquitoes in front of their eyes but the staff denies it. The car cannot even enter the villas because there is a big broken gutter just outside the villas. The management didn't assist with the cancellation. Kids got allergic reactions and rashes. The food was also not in good condition so nobody ate the whole breakfast. Staff on site are nice and do want to help but could not due to poor management. Bad choice for family with kids.

Comfortable and welcoming stay.

This was the first place I stayed when I arrived in Bali and it was so nice and relaxing. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. My stay was very comfortable and felt very safe as a solo traveller. Really easy to get a grab scooter into the centre of Ubud and nice to be out of the centre where it is peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous, but small qualms given the price

It was beautiful! After staying in hostels for a month, staying at this villa was a huge treat. It was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I thought it was odd that we were only given 1 key for 3 people even when we requested another key. Also, to have to request the breakfast a day in advance (it’s also not complimentary) was interesting given how expensive it was!

Clean, comfortable and a little away from the hustle and bustle, making it a quiet perfect stay.

We stayed at Mamora Ubud for 8 nights and it exceeded our expectations! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. There was a 24 hour reception desk and our needs were taken care of quickly and in the friendliest manner. We were asked every single day if we needed anything and given tips on renting transport in Bali. The location is a bit away (10 minute scooter ride) from central Ubud. If you want a quiet stay, that is exceptionally comfortable a bit away from the hustle and bustle (but not too far away) giving you easy access when needed, this is the place for you. There is a great café just across the road, so a quick coffee fix and snack were never a problem. We recommend this for couples that like to turn in early and get a quiet nights sleep, ready for adventures the next day!

Lo staff dell hotel è giovane e sorridente, sempre disponibile ad accontentare ogni richiesta. La reception è disponibile h24. Hanno la possibilità di noleggiare il motorino in loco. La colazione è servita in camera a scelta fra 4 opzioni. La camera è pulita e ordinata. L'esperienza ha rispettato le nostre aspettative.

La strada che porta l'ingresso dell'hotel è distrutta con pezzi di ferro che spuntano dell'asfalto e col motorino abbiamo quasi rischiato di farci male.

Комнату украсили цветами и положили фрукты в виде комплиментов. Небольшой балкон. Очень доброжелательный и помогающий персонал 😊 завтраки заказывать нужно за день, выбор из 4х вариантов. Но мне не критично, завтракала вне отеля

Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cette villa pour sa tranquillité, la qualité de ses chambres et son excellent service.

On n’a séjourné ma sœur et moi au Mamora Ubud Villa lors de mon voyage à Bali et globalement, on a passé un très bon moment. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible. L’endroit est très calme, ce qui permet un vrai moment de détente, loin de l’agitation. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée — un vrai plus pour le confort.

Cependant, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Le réseau Wi-Fi n’était pas très fiable pendant mon séjour, ce qui peut être embêtant si vous devez rester connecté. J’ai également utilisé leur service de laverie proposée par l’hôtel , mais malheureusement, un de mes pantalons m’a été rendu avec des taches, ce qui a été une déception. Enfin, un petit bémol : il serait appréciable que l’établissement trouve une solution contre les moustiques. Le balcon était très agréable, mais difficile à utiliser à cause de leur présence.
