Excellent highly recommeded!!!

Loved everything about our stay..was an excellent experience. We stayed in the jacquzi forest suite its beautiful and very spacious palace like suite. My kids and i loved the agricultural farm every morning and the bike riding facility. The staff is very polite and super helpful

Beautiful but too many crawly creepers

The staff is super super warm and amazing...they are genuinely the good part about the resort...resort is beautiful with all the nature.Just Amazing and beautiful. The Property is quite Run down.

BUT THE lizards insects and all the wild things can drive you nuts if u are not a Fan like Me.Too many geckos lizards mosquitoes frogs etc made it miserable to sleep at night. Once encountered baby monitor lizard in the open bathroom. The Open Bathroom concept killed the vibe for us.Just because of the Open bathroom and all the Insects bees and animals and lizards its a No for us for the next time.The Property needs an upgrade urgently and needs the bathroom covered.

Really great place to stay. So many facilities at resort like free bikes, can walk through rice fields, feeding duck and cow activities for kids, and many more. Food is exceptional and staff go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend it.

Nice and friendly staff, bathrooms a little dated but overall a nice place to stay.

The arrival welcome was a nice experience. The gardens and staff are lovely, the main pool was pretty, quiet and good temperature. The restaurant offered good food, breakfast buffet and cocktails. The room was large and spacious and the mattress was very comfy.

The rooms are tired and bathrooms especially need some attention. The lighting in bathroom was also difficult to apply makeup etc. The layout of the 2 bed Sky Infinity Pool Room was odd and seperate rooms which made popping into see our teenage daughter a bit annoying. The only living space was outside and when it rained everything got wet. The tiled area around the pool also flooded which made access to and from our bedroom difficult. One of the air con was not working 100% and while it was cool, it was not as cold as the other room. Overall you get what you pay for as this was cheaper accomodation that we are used to.

Tranquil, restful and a cool spiritual vibe

Very zen vibe helped by the insight animal farm. Food was excellent with plenty of choice and variety. The outside bathrooms were interesting especially finding a frog on the toilet seat in the dead of night!

Entertainment was a bit sketchy but did not distract from a lovely stay.

The beautiful scenery, with all the trees and natural surroundings, was amazing. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the Indonesian restaurant. Overall, the warm service really stood out.

The buffet, especially the breakfast, was very disappointing, there were hardly any options available. On top of that, the cleanliness of the property was a serious issue. The rooms were not well maintained, with noticeable dust and a general lack of care in how they were put together.

Picture perfect place to stay.

Resort is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by pretty rice paddy’s. We had the royal river view valley suite. Spacious and luxurious. The onsite restaurants are both very good. But the staff excel at the Visesa Ubud. Super attentive, always ready to go the extra mile and with such gorgeous friendly smiles. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

A slice of heaven in Ubud!

Visesa is a slice of heaven in Ubud. It's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud, so you can enjoy the tranquil gardens, rice fields and beautiful villas. Our 2 bedroom villa was adequately equipped, with a private pool that our family enjoyed immensely. The service is top-notch, from check-in to departure! All the staff was eager to attend to our needs, whether it was breakfast in-room service, golf cart pickup, or reservation assistance. We also enjoyed their resort amenities and activities, like Balinese dancing, yoga, massage, acoustic night by the rice fields... and our personal favorite, cooking Balinese food with their chef. Highly recommended!

Need more shuttle service to downtown Ubud.

Romantic Balinese hideaway that will not disappoint even the fussiest of travelers.

Loved the Balinese feel of the place. The gardens were spectacular. I sat and watched them harvest rice, then was given a impromptu tour by the head gardener and even got to feed and pat the cows. Every staff member was amazingly accommodating and happy. The villas out door bath and shower in the beautiful private garden was something to behold. I will always cherish our time there. Just to add a must do is go to the restaurant for happy hour, sit outside and watch the lit waterfall, makes a very romantic night. And yes, there was a coffee machine.

Road to the hotel had a small landslide which made it a bit longer to Ubud central. Not really anyone’s fault.

Looks great but fails to deliver.

The staff were lovely and gardens beautiful. The stone work throughout the resort and the ponds are amazing. The main pool by reception looks very inviting.

We had rooms not villas initially. They were dark and mouldy. Had to have lights in all the time. We were moved to a villa which was better. The food is atrocious. Inedible. Breakfast buffet is cold. Half the heating pads aren’t on under the food. Buy even those that are - still cold. The menu is limited in the international restaurant. It’s just not nice food. The property is isolated so you need transportation to go to Ubud to eat out. There is nothing within walking distance to eat or go. The hotel shuttle stops at 5.30pm. You are given no information about what’s available at the resort or locally. There is a spa there but again no information about what’s available or even where on the property it is. For such a large resort it really fails on servicing its guests.

Wonderful staff!! Facility is amazing and big. Choose the jungle suit If you are picky like me and don’t make friends with insects & lizard and want a closed bathroom (unlike the open bathroom Balinese cottage/villa).

Breakfast is very poor if you are not Indian/Asian, the desert selection is more than what a non Asian will eat, it’s literally two sorts of cheese, one ham, cereals that don’t include oat (more like kids cereals!). Shuttle service to Ubud could be more, they only have it three times a day @ 11, 14, and 17, knowing that U UD palace is just 5 min drive!! They can make a shuttle service every half an hour without any problem!

stained towel no turndown service room is filled with insects food below average in term of options and quality pool was not heated I didn’t enjoy my time open bathroom worse thing in the night you can find insects you pay 50000 if you lose your card key as I’v asked for one key no communication with guest I have been charged twice for room service and they promised me to return the amount if it cridted ( I HOPE )

the location was nice and the property itself is beautiful

unfortunately we didn’t had a nice experience as our villa was making very loud sounds from the roof and was smelling like cigarettes. when we first complained to the reception to change our Villa, no one reached out to us to do anything. only after chasing them and calling we managed to change and finally get some sleep.
