Very family friendly and staff seem like family
I don’t feel like the floors were cleaned well and out toilet had a leak but that was sorted quickly. Feel like kids area could be more developed

Location and feel of the property is excellent. Old building feeling is awesome. Food is very nice too plus the staff are very friendly. Room next to forest seemed spectacular.
Toilet had a bad smell which need to be reported for cleaning. Jacuzzi was also somewhat unclean but it is understandable as it is open air next to forest.

issue was we had a leakage in the bathroom; we had our room changed ;
coffee machine was faulty on 2 occasions
staff were very nice and courteous
