Amazing. Super impressive, attentive service

I stayed at the Adiwana Room for 5 nights. Very impressed by the level of service provided by the whole team. The front desk was always amazing, greeting me when I enter or exit and even remembering my name. They even give you an “orientation” of your room and brief you of the amenities/services. They have a butler service where you can WhatsApp msg them for queries or services, which I was so impressed was always extremely speedy in response and service, with great attention to details. Fast room service. I stayed at ground level with a beautiful balcony view that also leads to the pool and spa area. They are always very friendly with the sweetest smiles. I was a solo female, but felt safe and welcome. I felt I didn’t have to leave the hotel much as everything was there - spa, nice food, rooftop n pool. I came to Ubud to relax away from city life and so happy with this choice of hotel as I had relaxing, memorable time here. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much to the wonderful team. 🌸☺️

Some bugs got into my room as it’s ground level, but it’s also part of the beautiful jungle setting of the place. They provide bug repellent upon request, though I brought my own.

Great

What a great hotel! We only stayed for a day, but it was fantastic. The rooms are huge and come with balconies — so comfortable. The area is super quiet, and the location is brilliant in terms of proximity to the city centre. Huge thanks to the team — all very professional and kind!

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room was quite noisy — it made it really hard to sleep. Not sure what was wrong with it, but maybe the hotel’s tech team could check it out? The sound it was making suggests it might need some servicing.

A serene, intimate stay surrounded by lush jungle - relaxing, beautiful, and highly memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adiwana Suweta in Ubud. The location was a big highlight for us - peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which made it feel like a true retreat. Since our stay was short, we didn’t look into transportation options, but we understand the hotel offers a shuttle if needed. We found several good restaurants within walking distance, which worked perfectly for us. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by jungle, with an intimate atmosphere and a lush, inviting pool area that made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The only small note worth mentioning is breakfast. Coming from another hotel where breakfast was included without limits, it was noticeable that here you were limited in how much you could order. That said, it’s understandable and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Comfortable, warm and welcoming

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with the sweetest and kindest staff members who will go out of their way to make your stay the best experience possible. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were always available whenever we had any questions and always manage to solve our queries immediately. The free shuttle to and from town was so handy and the breakfast vouchers were free to use all day long which was very useful if you fancied a later meal. The food was delicious and all the amenities in the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was also kind enough to pack us a breakfast bag to go as we had to leave at 4am for the airport on our last day. We had such a warm welcome when we arrived by the lovely Dwina and had such a lovely experience staying at Adiwana Suweta (mainly because of the kindness of every single staff member) and could not recommend this hotel more.

It was a great hotel to stay in UBUD. We definitely recommend it.

It was very close to the center. They had an all day breakfast meaning that if your stay comes with breakfast you can order it at any time of the day. This was very helpful since we were always on tours in the morning. They had a swimming pool and good food. The private pool we had was amazing. It faced the forest. They had a butler service so communication was very quick. They also have a massage place that was really good.

There was one waiter who wasn’t very kind to us but the hotel made sure to take care of us. When they show you the prices it never includes the taxes so you always pay more than what is displayed.

I can't say I disliked anything. Maybe if I knew I had a number of steps down to the villa, it might have impacted me staying in the villa, but the villa was so gorgeous I will so there was nothing I disliked

This was our first time in Bali, and I assure you it won't be our last. We came to celebrate our anniversary and my 50th birthday, and we fell in love with this beautiful island, the excellent service at the hotel, especially from Jodi and our amazing driver, Komang. We felt right at home. The suggestions they gave us allowed us to see so much in such a short time. The food was excellent; I was worried because I don't eat spicy food, but everything we ate was delicious. I even tried my first avocado juice, which was amazing. Everything was so fresh. The hotel left a lovely surprise in our room. I know most people travel for the nightlife and the beaches, but believe me, the jungle, the weather, and everything in general was fantastic. I almost forgot, the hotel has its own spa, it's very good, we had massages every day 😍

Staff were 10/10, they could not do enough for you and would happily help with anything. The facilities and cleanliness of the resort was amazing. We also did a day trip with the hotel - Yusa was fantastic. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Will 100% be coming back.

Garden Oasis in Ubud

Everything. The size of the hotel was perfect, small enough to feel intimate but not empty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice little touches such as free minibar and lovely quality robes and slippers. The pool area was beautifully clean and calm and the grounds are stunning. The breakfast was phenomenal and plentiful. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea that was free with our booking. The gym was brilliant. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They genuinely are so lovely and kind, always looking for a way to help you or improve your day. Communicating with them via WhatsApp is so convenient and they reply pretty much instantly. On our last day they prepared us a packed breakfast to go as we were leaving early. So sweet!

The location is a little bit far out of Ubud centre, however we booked the hotel knowing this. The free shuttle provided is every two hours and you can book via WhatsApp. A Gojek taxi only costs about 35k IDR if you wanted a different time. There is a mini mart across the road and some nice restaurants and spas within walking distance (highly recommend Eli's Kitchen and Hesa Spa). One tiny suggestion would be to change the pool music playlist as it was very repetitive.

Very good location, not far from Ubud (10 min by car), but not in the busy area. Very comfortable to go for different places. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was big and very nice. I recommend this place for staying in Ubud

The stuff is very friendly and they always try to be help even thought some of our problems can’t be solved. The location is very convenient to visit the central Ubud.

There’s a strong smell of drain during our stay, especially the outdoor area. We booked a villa with a private pool but we didn’t enjoy it all because of smell. The stuff was very friendly and tried their best to find the source but it still lasts until the end. It’s not a small room but there isn’t a wardrobe at all, just a few hangers. All our stuff has to be laid out in our luggages on the floor….

Small and Luxurious!

A small yet very luxurious hotel with truly outstanding staff. A big thank you to the reception team, especially Mr. Wira, Ms. Wulan, Ms. Gusti, and Mr. Yasa, for their kindness and professionalism. We had a wonderful family stay in a hotel that truly renews your energy and makes you feel warmly welcomed. The TableSpoon restaurant serves à la carte dishes (not a buffet) with excellent quality. The menu could be a little more varied, but the food is delicious and the staff are simply amazing. A truly delightful experience that we highly recommend!

A relaxing five-star hotel experience a few minutes away from Ubud city centre

Adiwana Suweta is located 15 mins away by car from Ubud Palace. While the entrance is on the street, the rooms and pool are quiet. The hotel was not crowded and we were able to relax in a spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was good, extra credits to spend on food and open mini bar were a nice attention. A convenience store is located just across the street and a few restaurants are available in walking distance.

The service was great but a bit too attentive at times, with inquisitive questions about the guests’ whereabouts. The pool is of decent size, but the number of benches can be a bit too few in the afternoon.

A beautifully peaceful location with the kindest staff.

The staff were the standout, which is saying something as the hotel is beautiful and does everything right. From before we had even arrived, the staff were extremely communicative and friendly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful 3 nights there. The food and drinks were excellent, with a great selection. The pool area is beautiful and the other facilities such as the gym and spa were excellently equipped. I used the gym twice and my partner had a couple of treatments at the spa. Both were excellent. Our villa room was stunning. Well decorated, well stocked and with a beautiful view of the jungle from the private infinity pool. We were a quick 5 minute shuttle ride into the town centre. The hotel puts on a shuttle service which we used. The WhatsApp communication was great for organising things and the staff were quick to respond and always accommodating. We loved everything about our stay there and would definitely go back.

Simply perfect

We've had an amazing time at Adiwana and I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the staff for being so friendly, kind and helpful. The mood is very relaxing and peaceful. All facilities are very well maintained. Cleanliness is above any reproach. The room was large and modern. Additional points for having a back-up power generator, which was quite useful as the power went down in the whole island - Adiwana had not only electrical power, but also internet, I even wonder how because even the mobile cell towers were down. :) Anyway, it doesn't get much better than this. Out of all the five-star and luxury resorts we've stayed at, I can only think of one other that would match the experience. Would be very happy to return here any time!

If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to considering the installation of soft-close mechanisms or door dampers to help minimize the noise - the doors to the room close with a loud bang if not handled carefully

I did not have a nice experience for the high price I paid. This was one of the worst (if not THE worst) cost x benefit

Many things: they advertise they have airport shuttle on Booking, but they do NOT have one, not even a paid one. What they have is a private car charging you 50 USD (yes, fifty) for a SUV when in Uber this SUV ride from airport to this hotel costs only 3 USD (three). I showed the print screen telling them they are advertising something they don’t have, but they said this was not their problem!! That happened 10 days before my arrival when they were sending me many WhatsApp messages for many days before my arrival. Another thing is they asked my time of arrival on the 28th of March, I told them I would arrive at 10 am on their hotel, they said “ok”. Then 10 days later when I arrived, at 11 am, they said they did not have a room and that check out was at 2pm. I said they said “ok” on WhatsApp and now are saying the opposite, but they ignored that (big) mistake. I was tired, had been traveling for 48h by car coming down from the Himalayan mountains in India until catching the flight from Delhi to Bali, told them that, said I needed to take a shower, they ignored. I asked to talk to the manager, they said the manager was unavailable on a meeting (note : this was a holiday day). I said to please get the manager. I waited for half an hour and then when he finally came, they finally acted like expected on a 5 star hotel, the most expensive one in Bali. But the effort I had to make in order to get them to do what was right is the point here. It seemed I was asking for a favor when they should have been the ones to be apologizing and redeeming their mistake. Last, but not the least, one of the most expensive rooms they had on the property had a beautiful garden in your balcony, but FULL OF PEOPLE passing by it 24/7 a day. I found out they open their facility for day use to anyone, so outsiders come and walk by the hotel passing in front of your room taking pictures, stopping in front of the garden right in front of your balcony to talk.

absolutely fascinating, first I’d like to talk about the lovely staff, they welcomed us with a lot of care and kindness, they made us enjoy every single moment at the resort. Much much thanks to all of them. Also they supported us with the activities although we were a bit late on booking some of them but we were able to made it 😂. Since the moment we booked, they directly communicated with us, and offered a list of activities inside & outside of the resort. I would give them 100 out of 10 for the speed response on whats up for any concern or request! I was really impressed 🥰. NOW, about the place. Cleaning: 💯 Service: 💯 Food: I would say breakfast is their speciality. Very delicious. Bathroom : For me the most important thing is the bathroom, very clean and no bad smells, good space. I liked that it’s have glass wall (that can be covered as well for privacy) so you can enjoy seeing the balcony from your bathtub 🛁. Massage: I tried the hot stone, absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend it, I wished that I had more time at the resort to do it again and try different kinds. Very delicious and calm tea offered after. Public pool: I tried morning breakfast in pool. 👍🏻 Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of time to cover the whole experience because of my short stay, but I would save it for next time I visit.
