Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were professional and friendly, and the property itself is gorgeous. The pool and surrounding scenery are amazing for photos and relaxation. Food and beverages were top quality, and the room comfort was outstanding. You can really feel the attention to detail here. Truly worth it.

We checked in at 3 PM and requested a room change at 5 PM due to view restrictions. Upon returning to the hotel that night, we discovered that the air conditioning in the new room was not functioning. Although the staff informed us that the air conditioning had been fixed, the room remained extremely warm, and the air conditioning was still not operational.At 11:30 PM, after making ten calls to reception and expressing concerns about the air conditioning, the hotel decided to change our room. However, we were informed that we would need to wait 30 minutes for the new room to be prepared. Upon moving to the new room at midnight, we discovered that the bed was not a king-size, but rather two single beds pushed together, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The breakfast offered a limited selection, and guests were only able to choose one main item from the menu, rather than an all-you-can-eat option, and the portion sizes were rather small. Ultimately, I do not believe this establishment lives up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, and I am quite dissatisfied with the value received for the price paid.
