The property is exactly what we needed very clean and tidy and very peaceful, the staff were absolutely amazing the most wonderful people they really made our stay so welcoming

I have not noting too say it was amazing

The nicest thing about the room was the balcony and the jungle view. The bed was comfortable. The amenities (the pool and the restaurant) are much nicer and the staff were really friendly. In terms pf location, it’s definitely more isolated so you get the jungle feel and they do offer shuttle services to the centre of Ubud. Another good thing about the location is that the ridgewalk is right next to it so you can walk through it to the center. I wouldn’t recommend it at night as there are no lights. There are also some cafes outside the hotel.

This hotel is old and the rooms clearly show it. The bathroom was very outdated (the bath was clogged). The sheets were stained. I know it s in the jungle but the room and the bed was full of ants. The location overall is not great if you’re looking to be close to shops and restaurants. It takes on average 40 mins to and from the centre by car and the last bit of road to the hotel is tough.

The yoga teacher was nice and a fairly comfortable bed.

The pictures are misleading. This is an old (11years) hotel. Lobby is sad. Afternoon tea is a selection of filtered coffee, long life milk and a few sad looking pastries. The room is dated and small. Towels look grey and washed out. The greenery around needs some attention. The kids club is a shoe box with hardly anything inside. Breakfast is mostly catered for Indian guests with limited options and not tasty at all. I mean this cannot be a 5 star hotel. It was disappointing as we came from another 5 star hotel and every part of it just couldn't be compared. Staff are pleasant, but that's all. We wouldn't recommend this for families nor couples. I cannot understand any positive reviews. It's a 3 star max hotel, but definitely not 5.
