Beautiful property. Everywhere you look has a scenic view. The staffs are extremely friendly and always greets you with a smile. Loved the complimentary breakfast and apparently a 10-min foot massage during the stay which we didn’t had the time to take advantage off. The indoor-outdoor type of rooms was a nice concept but because there were wide gaps between the large sliding doors and windows, little critters were able to enter the room. We had a gecko one night and then a little frog another night. We called the front desk and they hurried into our room for some pest control action. While critters were expected since we were vacationing in the middle of the jungle, we did not expect the bed bugs we found after suffering from a few bites. After discovery, we called the front desk and they came to change out the bedding. We didn’t see anything on the mattress itself but nonetheless got us feeling a little uneasy. Hotel comes with glass bottle water for brushing use. Also comes with mosquito repellent which was much needed. Other than the little livestock mishaps, we loved their staff, the thought behind the design of the rooms, and food, and the available services. One thing to note is we noticed taxis don’t drive all the way to the front of the hotel. Be cautious of that, otherwise you’ll have to trek some distance up the gradual incline alley.

A briiliant stay at Amora boutique! All staff were very friendly& helpful, the rooms were comfy and stylish and the food delicious. Meli went above and beyond to make this stay special. She made a printed card in Balinese with visuals to explain my allergies so I could show to restaurants when going out. Lastly, the petal bath, massage and afternoon tea was delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very nice, friendly staff, nice villas, great view into the jungle, area is nice and quiet, but not too far to ubud centre. The only downside to the villa is the bathroom and toilets are tiny and next to the bed.

Amora is stunning, the view the hospitality... we loved it. However i want to say there are no grab or gojek pick up allowed in that region so you are forced to use local taxi which says you should pay twice more comparing to gojek. Or you can walk the campuhan ridge walk and get a gojek like 20mins walking from the hotel

I can’t say enough about the Amora! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff are absolutely incredibly fantastic! My husband and I came to Bali for our month long Honeymoon, but we landed on my Husband’s actual Birthday. I didn’t want our celebration to overshadow his day. I worked with the concierge to arrange a surprise for him on our arrival, not only did they surprise him; they also surprised me with the way they went above and beyond my expectations! The Amora decorated our entire Villa and about 6 or 7 staff members all came down to sing him Happy Birthday with a cake on our arrival! The service was impeccable, the villa and the views; breathtakingly beautiful. The food was delicious, for breakfast you had the option of eating in the restaurant, having it delivered to the room, or having a floating breakfast in your pool. We did have a romantic dinner for two on our second night; the food was amazing, the service impeccable, and the scenery was beyond beautiful. The Amora offers several activities on and off the property, we did indulge in a 4 hour honeymoon spa day - words can’t describe how amazing it was! The spa is a definite must to relax and unwind! Our service was even completed with a personalized flower bath! The Amora is set on a beautiful, peaceful property - it is very clean, wonderful food, has very comfortable & plush bedding, and you will find the most amazing staff to make your trip a once in a lifetime experience. I would highly recommend the Amora!

We had the most amazing stay at amora Ubud on our honeymoon. From the very start at the airport the staff were always so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was gorgeous we didn’t want to ever leave and hopefully will get to come back! Breakfast was the highlight of each day always served on time at our room and with a smile. The romantic dinner was a night that neither of us will forget, an amazing time with every detail being amazing. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. It was our first trip to Bali and we felt like it was our home away from home. The location was beautiful and central to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. If we wanted to walk to town it was just 15 minutes on the ridge trail. The staff was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. We really enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant. We loved all the massages we received at the spa. The concierge was very helpful in planning our daily outings. If we had questions or needed anything the staff took care of us. We had such a great experience all around. They really managed to exceed our expectations.

Had a lovely stay in this resort. The royal pool villa room was amazing with nice interior design and furnishing. The food at bird hill restaurant was such a treat. Every dish we ordered came out tasty Service was also impeccable; the staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. There is also a cute and shy villa cat that roams around. Hiring private transport is a must as it can be difficult to walk into and out of the premise.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Private pool was very cool looking out over the jungle, but the water was very cold! Location isn’t bad during the day as you can take the ridge walk right into Ubud Centre in about a 20 min walk. But at night it’s about a 20 min taxi ride back as you have to go all the way around.

Great place to stay in Ubud, about 30min to Ubud town via ridge walk. Villas were very nice and comfortable. Few small places to get coffee/food within walking distance (and short walk to Karsa Spa) but we mostly ate at the restaurant - which was fantastic! Lots of choices and great food. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved staying here, thank you!!

The view from the restaurant was spectacular, and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle was just out of this world. There are only about 15 villas on the property, so almost certainly you'll get some alone time in the pool - I never saw more than 2 people in there at once. Free shuttle bus to Ubud town center every two hours between 10am and 6pm, and free shuttle return from town to the hotel every two hours from 10.30am to 6.30pm - this service was seamless and super handy. Free 15 minute foot massage provided plus a welcome drink, very nice. Complimentary afternoon tea at the restaurant daily. Really I cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel - I LOVED it and I didn't want to leave. Highly, highly recommended.

We booked this after reading some great reviews, and we were not disappointed! When we arrived we were greeted by all the friendly staff - and we got a free room upgrade from the lovely receptionist! We got a tour of the grounds, and shown to our room. Rooms are lovely, and we were offered a complimentary foot massage and yoga class. They also off free shuttle down to the main road 5 times a day - very handy!Safe and quiet area. This place was so unique, Ive never stayed anywhere quite as lovely and tranquil as Amora Villas!

GREAT HOLIDAY in AMORA Ubud villas !! I stayed 2 nights at Amora with my girlfriend and we both really satisfied with the villa. BEAUTIFUL view of the villa was fantastic and fantastic! Room was clean and comfy, every facilities were good to use. Breakfast at restaurant with amazing view was delicious and unforgettable! Swimming at public pool was GREAT and could feel surrounded by forest. Walked to Ubud center along the Campuhan Ridge Walk took about 30 minutes, and it was really unforgettable moment at Ubud.(if you just walk, it would take about 20 mins, but I and girlfriend could not just pass beautiful scenery and so it took more :) ) Definitely hope to visit again and stay more nights next time !

The hotel is fairly new and the staff are still learning the ropes to some extent, but thats part of the charm of the place. The views are absolutely stunning. The hotel offers a 7 am stroll to the village and a visit to a typical Bali house, which I highly recommend. You learn a lot about the local culture in just an hour and it sets you up in a great frame of mind for the rest of the day or for your visit. Just open your mind to the spirit of Bali and youll feel better for it! I am in my mid 50s and travelling alone, but felt safe in the hotel. They will take you anywhere - at an extra cost (not much by first world standards). If you are fit in enough for a few hours hike (including very steep uphill climb), the Mount Batur sunrise trek is well worthwhile (book a massage afterwards). Also try to catch a Balinese dance show (twice a week in Ubud). I didnt make the yoga barn this time but will be sure to return when my flexibility is more up to the task. Back home now and already wishing I was back in Bali.

Beautiful view and pool Very friendly and helpful staff Clean and spacious room Transfer to the center of Ubud They also offered us a welcome massage and morning walk, which we loved. It was a shame we only stayed one night. This was my partners favourite part of our 14 day trip. We were nestled amongst the lush greenery of the Ubud jungle with the ability to watch squirrels and birds play in the tree. Our neighbouring hotel rooms felt a mile away, although being side by side. The food was a definite highlight, we opted for a set meal which exceeded my expectations and was well worth the cost. Overall an amazing place, would recommend to anyone who wants 5 star accommodation for a fraction of the price. Very impressed!
